With two complete levels, each with its own kitchen, bedrooms, and entertainment areas, this large and attractive home is perfect for large groups who desire the option of privacy. The lower level is bright and spacious, with a convenient full kitchen that includes a drop-leaf dining table, stainless steel appliances, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and comfy bench seating, perfect for your first cup of morning coffee. Just around the corner, you'll find the queen bedroom, with a shared bath at the end of the hall. Off the stairs, you'll find a second shared bath, plus the lower level's primary king bedroom with a wall-mounted flatscreen TV and access to the furnished lower-level deck with ocean views.

Head upstairs to access the roomy second level, where you'll find an attractive vaulted ceiling, warm wood accents, and beautiful floors, with ocean views right from the living room. An open-concept living space shared between the living, dining, and kitchen areas lends a convenient and welcoming appeal to the space. Kick back on the living area sofa to stream your favorite movies and shows on the wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The full kitchen, dressed in wood countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a center prep island, is waiting to help the group chef prepare a delicious meal for everyone to enjoy at the outdoor dining table with seating for six. There are six barstools available, perfect for the kids' afternoon snacks, and the wet bar will make it easy to assemble your favorite beverages to take out to the upper-level deck. There are two shared baths, one right off the stairs and another off the kitchen in the hallway. At the far end, the second-floor primary bedroom has a king bed and bench seating.

The free WiFi will make it easy to connect your devices during your stay, so you can research tomorrow's next adventure or download a good playlist for those long walks along the shoreline. Take the provided beach towels down to the water for an afternoon of fun then come back to enjoy a good novel while the central AC keeps everything nice and cool.

This home is a combination of Palatial P-Town Apartment A and Palatial P-Town Apartment B, which can both be rented separately.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
