Enjoy this bright, updated first floor (no steps) 1,240sf 2BR/2BA Resort Casita located in building 3, unit 107. Great Room w/dining area. New stainless appliances. Both bedrooms are ensuite with a private bath and walk-in tiled showers. Enjoy the cozy covered patio outside while you grill on the black stone. A maintenance-free way of life w/community pool/spa, desert walks & peaceful evening stargazing. Covered carport parking. Wi-Fi, cable, and smart TVs. Great location near Oro Valley Marketplace, Century Theatres, Hospital, medical facilities & grocery shopping.
Some things to explore - Honey Bee Canyon Park & Catalina State Park offer many incredible hiking and biking trails. The heart of Tucson is only 20 miles south and includes popular sites like the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum which is made up of a botanical garden, a zoo, a natural history museum, an aquarium, and an art gallery. Closer to home in Oro Valley, you'll find many restaurants and brewpubs if you don't feel like cooking.

Meredith went Above and Beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable. My husband has severe allergies to chemicals and fragrances, and Meredith went out of her way to make sure he would be comfortable. Plus, the condo was decorated so nice and everything was clean and lovely. We have already booked our next visit!

From booking to checkout, this has been a wonderful stay. The condo is so clean and comfortable with everything we could possibly need. Meredith is a great host! She was great to communicate with and went out of her way to meet a special request. We look forward to returning again soon.

This property is well appointed, comfortable and cozy. It's in a great location for nature oriented activities, cultural events and friendly neighbors. The pool and hot tub are very nice and the grounds are beautiful. Meredith is an excellent host and is very responsive.

Property was ground level, had a lot of amenities that met our needs and was very quiet and safe. We were busy all days at a swim meet and couldn't explore around the area, however I would recommend this property as a great getaway spot for couples or families.

Everything here was very clean and comfortable and very good quality. The common areas were well maintained and immaculate. The host was very easy to work with. The other guests were quiet and very friendly.

This property was a wonderful place to stay. It was very clean, and exactly what we wanted. The two bedrooms, two bathrooms made it perfect for my husband and I and my sister. The kitchen was well supplied with cooking needs. It was in a great location, close to restaurants and grocery store. This area was a great home base to see National Parks and National Monuments in the area. We would definitely stay here again.

Meredith was easy to communicate with and responsive . The property is as described, the kitchen fully equipped and it’s a wonderful location. It’s close to all the trails and parks we like. The neighborhood owl only added to the beauty

The condo layout, furnishings, flooring and bathrooms were upscale and top notch. The location was perfect and landscaping was beautiful. It felt like home and a perfect size for us and as travelers this is exactly what we're looking for in future stays! Meredith Crouse made it easy for check in and her instructions on the table were excellent! Easy to park in your location or in anywhere that blank or not marked. We will definitely be back! Thanks again!!

Beautiful condo very nicely decorated and the kitchen nicely supplied! Comfy bedding too! I thought it was in a beautiful, safe area but a bit quiet. Enjoyed my morning walks and found a beautiful nearby park that was perfect for fun with my young granddaughter. I would definitely rent again.

We loved this property located north of Tuscon in Vistoso Highlands. Well appointed and beautifully remodeled, this condo offers quick access to mountain, desert and national park hiking, plus miles of walking and biking trails. Lovely community with a pool and spa. There is also a small community fitness center and community fire pit. We stayed ten days and found the unit very comfortable. One minor inconvenience was the lack of a garbage disposal. But, if you plan on eating out, then it isn't a challenge! Regardless, we would stay here again if ever needing a place in the Tucson area. This is a good find!

The space had a very beautiful decor. It had a real homey vibe to it. It had everything my family and I needed to be able to have a relaxing weekend. The host was very kind and efficient with responding to all my questions and concerns. I will definitely be recommending this small slice of heaven to my friends and family.
