About this house rental

Beautiful 1500 sq. ft. Egrets Point Townhome (End Unit for more seclusion) with lagoon and palm views and a nice walk to the beach, restaurants, amenities INCLUDED such as outdoor pools/indoor pool/fitness center/hot tub/Putt Putt, tennis courts, pickle ball and bike trails. 3 bedrooms with 3 baths and a pullout couch. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Quiet and peaceful within a 300 acre wooded resort. 18 hole Golf Course available but not included in price, Marina with boat ramp and water front restaurant less than a mile walk. Escape to Edisto...a sanctuary from daily chaos. Sunrises, sunsets, deer and dolphins.

There are two other Egrets PointTownhomes like this one that are available for rent as well for a large gathering. The three Townhomes have to be planned well in advance.

Ask about the availability of a golf cart as well.

Attentive and responsive hosts. Property clean and exactly as described. Close to pool and amenities. Definitely recommend the golf cart to get to and from the beach but is also an easy drive. We had a lovely time, it felt like we were at home. Thank you for a great vacation.

Subito is a wonderful townhouse!! I have stayed there 3 times in the last year and a half. I already have another visit planned!! Stacie and Keith are the absolute best hosts!! If you need anything they will get it or tell you where to go or what to do!! Thank you for a great experience!!

My husband and I hosted friends from Cincinnati and found the perfect place to stay. It was so peaceful with the lagoon right outside of our condo. The pool was walking distance and the beach was a short golf cart ride away. The condo was clean and comfortable. Our hosts, Keith and Stacie could not have more helpful and kind. Our group of four adults enjoyed our stay in your Condo so much. Keith has thought of everything needed for a fun and enjoyable vacation. We enjoyed the bicycles and were so thankful for board games the evening it rained. Highly recommend staying here.

Four seniors looking for a relaxing getaway enjoyed perfect weather, lovely nature lovers deck overlooking lagoon, delicious dining, and many easy access beaches. The Subito townhome has great space and amenities. It was well maintained and stocked by our extremely gracious hosts, Keith and Stacie. Heartfelt thanks and we would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time at the townhouse. Quiet and peaceful. Super close to the cafe, putt putt, playground, and pool. I recommend getting the golf cart as well. Keith was an amazing host always responded to our questions and gave us good recommendations on where to eat at on the island and in Charleston. Highly recommend renting this place. Me and my family will definitely be coming back. Thanks again. 👍

Nice, clean and cozy had everything we needed. Our group of 7 had plenty of room the kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Close to the beach and grocery store. Communication with the host was easy and fast. Would recommend this property to anyone coming to edisto!

The home is comfortable, clean, and well appointed. Check in was easy. All the Wyndham amenities without the Wyndham people pushing sales. Lots of space for family to hangout. Keith was super great at communicating with us! He even went above and beyond to meet a few needs due to our poor planning and made great local recommendations. We plan to stay again!

The pictures of the property accurately shows all the excellent features of all the rooms and outdoors. Had a couple of issues and not only did Keith respond quickly but he even came by to help us. The upstairs master bed was very comfortable.

Keith was so nice. I ask him a lot of questions and he quickly responded to every one. I thought the unit was bigger than how the pictures makes it look. I have rented many places at Edisto. This unit has EVERYTHING that you will need. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We visited Botany Bay and the State Park. Also took a dolphin boat tour. Rode bikes around the town and State Park. Easy ride by bike or the golf cart to the beach. I think it would be a "little haul" to walk to the beach carrying chairs, a cooler, boards etc. if you have kids. Adults would be okay. I hope to stay here again sometime VERY SOON! Thank you Keith for making our visit so pleasant.

We were so very comfortable in this home and property. We loved the view, so peaceful, and the location. There was plenty of relaxing time as two long time friends celebrated an important milestone together. The temperature was well maintained, always comfortable. I really appreciated the reverse osmosis filtration system at the kitchen sink. Keith and Stacie kept in touch withus well. A laid back beach vacation. Thank you!

Such a welcoming property with everything my bunch needed! We swarmed in with teens that enjoyed visiting the gym and chilling with snacks & Netflix after long days on the beach while adults continued our own activities. So enjoyed the view and plenty of area for all 8 of us to relax/sleep. Definitely our first choice again NEXT year!

This condo was perfect for our needs...very clean and in a great location to access the playground, pool, and putt-putt. We toured the island each evening on the golf cart to see the deer! My sisters and I immensely enjoyed our stay! Keith and Stacie are the best hosts ever! Very responsive and available for any questions or issues we had during our stay. The townhome is clean and very comfortable, beds are comfortable and equipped with sheets, which is unusual for vacation rentals on the island. The kitchen is well equipped, and the golf cart rental was very convenient! Location is excellent. Book your stay here, you will love it!!

Keith & Stacie Story provided a clean, safe and inviting home away from home. The back porch overlooking the small lagoon was a delightful place for morning breakfast and quiet time. The golf cart made getting around fun and the Wyndham resort golf course was beautiful. Very relaxing vacation.

A fantastic week at Edisto for spring break after a long Chicago winter. Close proximity to everything on the island made the week easy - we jumped around from the beach, pools, mini golf, restaurants, and boat/kayak tours. Also close to take a day trip into Charleston. Keith was super responsive and helpful with recommendations and information about the island and condo. Definitely recommend the golf cart - the rides alone thrilled the kids and it made the week easy to get around. The condo was perfect for our family (3 adults, 2 kids) to have enough space and relax between adventures. A great trip!
