Walking distance to Seattle Center, Pike Place and Downtown. Condo OK but a few shortcomings...only Roku, no TV remote, no door on utility closet, mattress topper wrong size, lots of noise outside especially on weekend. Portable AC , not central is noisy.

The best thing about this apartment is the location. It is very easy to walk to all the Seattle destinations. The secured posting of also a great benefit. This is our second time staying in this building and neither time did we need to access our car. We always walk.

It was really nice to stay here; we were within easy walking distance of both the Space Needle / Chulily Glass & Pikes Place Market. Really good security, & it was nice to have free parking. We enjoyed our stay!

Cute apartment with a great view. Our greeter Dejon was very helpful and prompt in reaching out to get us checked in. The pool and hot tub was nice

Our stay was so wonderful! The property was clean and exactly as it was advertised. The wifi worked perfectly. The apartment was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect for walking to everywhere we wanted to go, and we so appreciated being able to park the car but not need it during our stay. We will definitely choose this again when we need to stay in Belltown.

As someone who has worked in the industry of hospitality, I’d like to give my honest review to those I know would benefit from the transparency of my experience. Please do not book this room if you are not looking for a laundry list of rules and regulations. They do not prepare you enough in the description for it. For context, they are very specific about setting up a meeting with a “greeter” prior to your stay. However that was not the case for me. As someone who looks ahead I called VACASA two days in advance, then again the following day, and THREE times the day of my arrival.(Note: the customer service call center reps were very kind, and claimed to have made note of it each day/time I called.) However the ball was dropped several times. As I was told someone would call/contact me “any minute now”. That was said to me, even FIFTEEN MINUTES past my check in. No one reached out, despite being told they would. I kept being told someone named “Simon” was supposed to help me, still do not know who that is to this day; hence why I was out in the rain waiting well past my check in time.
Despite doing everything in my power to avoid that very situation, which again you’d think by the essay they leave you with explicit instructions they’d be just as pressed to sort it out.
If it hadn’t been for an employee coming outside to let her dog out, we would have been there longer, I have no doubt about that.

Loved the place and location. Didnt like the coffe maker didnt work. Also the hot tub in the complex was out of order. But i survived and would stay there again.

Loved the location, rooftop view and secure parking for our vehicle. Parked the car and walked everywhere during our stay.

The unit was very nice and well stocked for eating in or out. The building was VERY secure and perfectly located within walking distance of the Space Needle and Pike Place Market, as well as the FRS Clipper Ferry to Victoria, BC. The only downside was the bed, which had a foam topper with another thick topper enclosed in a zipper bag, making it very high & too soft. Perhaps a full, zip mattress cover with a regular mattress pad would be more comfortable and still protect the mattress from stains. Would happily stay here again.

Location was close enough to downtown to be able to walk to most attractions.
4.0 / 5.0
Close to everything we wanted to explore for our trip. We parked our car and walked everywhere. Lots of street noise, but I did not mind too much as we were in the middle of a busy area. Building is secure and safe feeling, which I appreciated!

Location is great to do all tourist things. Great, close bars, nice hot tub.

Plus- great location, bakery & variety of restaurants walking distance, washer/dryer, parking garage included
Cons- foot rest faux leather peeling off bad, hallway closet door off, bathroom sink slow to drain & grout in shower needs addressed

1-Moldy bathtub-needs to have caulking taken off and redone 2-Closet with door off?? 3- Leather coffee table peeling off 4- some of towels looked like a car was washed with them 5- Sheets had holes in top & bottom sheet. 6-very disappointed for price we paid

The location. Is great! But the property felt shabby. Vacasa was not easy to work with.

We were met by a property management rep who was charming, helpful and a good source of local information. Access to the building, parking and apartment was very easy. The building itself is well suited in Belltown with easy walks to all the main attractions Pike Place, Space Needle, shopping, as well as easy drives out to adjacent neighbourhoods (Felton, Magnolia, Discovery Park, etc). The apartment is well appointed (only suggestion - coat hangers!) and the perfect size for a couples getaway with views looking north up 1st Ave and a partial of the waterfront. The balcony was in need of a good sweep and clean-up but otherwise the apartment was spotless. Lots of good coffeshops and bars/restaurants (highly recommend the Virginia Arms and Boca). We were in town for baseball (Blue Jays) and walked to park (~30 mins) with no access or safety issues. In fact, I think Seattle is getting an unfair rap lately and is no worse than any other major city we have visited. We would stay here again.

It's unfortunate that I'm leaving a one-star review, because there was a lot to love about this apartment. The location was perfect: walking distance to all the big attractions and many restaurants. You could easily get away with not having a car while staying here. The apartment itself was comfortable: there was a little noise from the street but the fans covered it up well enough, and my kids loved the pool and hot tub. And the staff, when we finally did interact with them, were really kind and helpful. We especially loved Doug, who met us there at midnight and helped me get the big rental SUV parked in the tight parking garage. He's genuinely a good human being.
That said, they earned the one-star review before I ever saw the place.
You see, when our flight was changed to a later time, I remembered something in the listing about a required in-person greeting, and wondered how that was going to work with me arriving around 11:00 PM with tired kids in tow. So, I reached out via email on the VRBO website to ask if we could possibly check ourselves in and meet in person the next morning, expecting a prompt reply. They NEVER replied.
Thus began the epic saga in which I attempted to contact them by phone, text, and email, TEN TIMES over the course of SEVENTEEN DAYS before actually getting an answer to my question. After waiting on hold on the phone for 40 minutes, I did what they suggested and tried texting them, and they did respond to the texts, but never with an actual answer to my question, just with a generic "We'll be happy to assist you" kind of message and then no further information. This happened SIX TIMES. Two days before the trip, I had no idea if I was going to show up at 11:00 PM with my two kids and be locked out of the housing I had paid for.
Finally, two days before we arrived, I got through to someone on the phone and they put me in touch with the building manager, who made arrangements for someone to meet us there when we arrived, after midnight due to a delayed flight. This should have happened WEEKS before and saved me a lot of worry.
Since you never know when you're going to have a question you need answered or a problem you need help with, I would recommend you choose a different place to stay.
