Spring Break on the Hill
The place was wonderful for a family- lots of games, Ninetendo and spaces to hang out. The kitchen was well equipped in cooking items, but not basic ingredients like salt, pepper and oil. The space is ADA accessible which is nice, the view is fabulous and thank goodness for the driveway as the hill is steep and I wouldn’t want to park on the street. Very residential and not really walking distance from anything, which made for a nice peaceful stay. We discovered a new part of Seattle and this was a good home base.

Classic, post-war modern house in nice shape despite its well-worn 71 years. Plenty of room for a family to spread out, lovely view, well appointed kitchen and tasteful artwork throughout. Spacious living room with a large basement entertainment/play area. Steep street with tricky access to driveway. A comfortable rental.

Good...But Could (and should) Be So Much Better
My husband and I travelled to Seattle to celebrate Christmas with our grown kids. Though we were the only two to stay at the house, we hosted two holiday meals for eight. The home worked well for us location and layout-wise. The bed was comfortable. That being said, a couple things weren't good and would cause me to not rent again.
The state of the kitchen made it a very unpleasant place to cook. The kitchen was described as "fully stocked" but there were things missing. Lots of funnels (?!) but no rubber spatula. A coffee maker but no filters that actually fit the machine. I had to text one of my kids to bring salt and pepper. More importantly though was the fact that many items in the kitchen were dirty. I learned quickly that I needed to wash items before using. Frequently used things like plates were clean, but bowls, the baking dish, pie plate, cutting board...all of these and more were visibly dirty. The inside of the cabinets were dirty. While I'm sure most renters don't do full-on cooking, a fully-stocked kitchen in a home at this price point (about $490/night all in over the holidays) should be clean and indeed fully-stocked.
The other thing was just the general feel. I realize that it's an older home but it felt very worn. The living room chairs once had cushions but no longer do making them very awkward and uncomfortable to sit in. A dirty sock was discovered in between the couch cushions. The walls were very dirty and scuffed. Again, generally clean but didn't feel comfortably so.
If the location works for you and you don't plan to use the kitchen much, it could be great. If you need a kitchen, I'd keep looking.

Our North Seattle stay
The location is great and it is a lovely home with both a view and some beautiful trees on the property. Our stay was bumpy as I am currently disabled and we booked the home specifically for the wheelchair elevator which broke, trapping my husband and I when we arrived. The good news is there was a quick response by the property management and the homeowner and the fire dept rescued us. It was then quite difficult for us to get in and out of the home without an elevator as it is on a very steep street. As long as that won't be an issue, this is a great rental home.

We were hoping to love the property based on reviews, but had a disappointing stay. The management company was very responsive though. Cleanliness, lack of towels and supplies, and uncomfortable furniture were some of the reasons for this review.

Light Space, with a View!
This was a tidy and uncluttered home, with a beautiful view. Ideal for families with tots, and/or someone who has mobility issues. The great view could be even better with some minor tree/hedge trimming. Two significant drawbacks: VERY creaky floors (disturbing to those resting), and only one bath on the main floor (needs better lighting), where the 3 bedrooms are (no en suite bath). There is a bath downstairs. We would have wanted a TV on the main floor. No coffee was provided. Still, overall, a very nice property!

We spent a week with our son who recently relocated to Seattle. The house was perfectly suited to our needs. It was clean with a beautiful view. We enjoyed the time with our son so much and the house made it comfortable. The view is fantastic and more than makes up for the slight inconvenience of the steep hill it is on.

I've stayed at many rental properties and this one served my needs. Rental homes are never as clean as my house. The location of this home is on an extremely steep street which makes it necessary to go to the park for a walk. (Not very convenient) The location is perfect to take advantage of all the activities that Seattle has to offer. We did not interact w/ the owner or PM.

Christmas in Seattle
This property fulfilled our needs .The biggest draw back was the location on a very very steep incline / street. I would not recommend it for young children or senior adults .

Nice House
The house is as described. Nice views from the living room to the west toward the Olympics, good sunset views. We enjoyed the entertainment area downstairs. Fremont and Ballard neighborhoods nearby had lots of dining and brewpub options. Street in front of house is pretty steep, which is why there are good views.

AWSOME place. Great location
We stayed here before our cruise. It was a great location! It gave us room to visit with family over pizza before we left. Turnkey was AWSOME! They answered any questions right away. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
The elevator was very helpful for my parents and older family.

The property was as described - though I believe we saw a photo of Mt. Rainier in the listing. The mountain views were actually the Olympic Range, which in my mind is just as nice since they're visible more often. That little nit aside, the house was very comfortable, and was within 20-minutes'walk to both Fremont and Ballard. Sunset views from the upstairs living room were AMAZING, and we enjoy the kitchen and back deck. Everything was clean, and the property manager maintained effective contact to ensure our needs were met. I absolutely recommend this home for two couples, or two couples and up to two small children.

We had a great time staying in this home. It's nicely furnished and well kept. The location is fantastic with a short walk (if you can handle the first couple blocks of hills) to a myriad of breweries and restaurants.
