The home was very nice, almost surprisingly so. Having small children, the stairs were a little challenging, but we showed up prepared for this, knowing there were multiple levels. We did have to move some of the decor out of reach of the little ones to prevent any damage, but again, we were prepared for that. The upstairs was warmer than we normally enjoy, but the home had fans available to help keep us as comfortable as possible. Everything else about the home was amazing, we thoroughly enjoyed about short time in the area.

We enjoyed our stay in the Cape Cod home. Easy check-in, no issues, we did not have to contact the owner at all. Information about the house was easily accessible, showers were clean, beds were clean and comfortable and the neighborhood was very nice. Would recommend. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay however the sheets had not been changed. We found a peanut and food stain on the sheets. Beds need stripped when guests leave instead of being left unmade so they will be changed. Disappointed in that. Close to many restaurants and shopping. Close to ball diamonds for softball tournament.

We absolutely loved staying here. Very quiet neighborhood. Kids all had their own space upstairs as well as their own bathroom.

We were here for a bachelorette party. The space was great and the location is in the heart of everything.Check in was smooth and easy and the space comfortable and spacious! The backyard is secluded and so nice to have morning coffee on the porch. I would highly recommend!

Loved loved loved this house and location!!! As a gift to our kids (ages 17-28) we went to a chiefs game and stayed here, it was absolutely perfect!! Close to shopping and tons of places to eat!! We had the best time!!

The home was very cozy and had everything we needed for for our long weekend stay in Kansas City. The home is in a very nice neighborhood, clean and very comfortable! We will absolutely stay here again when we return to KC!!

The property was in a nice quiet neighborhood with little traffic. However, it was July and the home was very warm when we arrived. It took hours to cool the place down and the first night was miserable sleeping upstairs. The kitchen had was equipped for cooking meals for our family. Plenty of linen. Overall, I would recommend this property and I would stay again.

The house was pretty nice, a few problems with some of the cleaning crew. I understand it was a third party that will not be back. Laura was excellent, quick to respond and very friendly. She allowed us to check in early. Great place, I would stay there again.

It was in a nice neighborhood and easily accessible to restaurants and grocery stores. If you plan to do any cooking, bring your own sharp knives as there were just two in the kitchen. Our only concern is that it could have been a bit cleaner, but it was not horrible.

This was the easiest and best experience I’ve had with renting a place to stay. The place was well kept, great neighborhood, beautiful inside and out, and would highly recommend to anyone looking for the KC area.

This property is located in the most perfect location! Easy access to shopping, dining and the expressway. Very close proximity to MNU- which was perfect for us to visit our son! House is exactly as described for which we appreciated. The covered outdoor space was nice to have- despite the bad weather. You will not be disappointed with the convenience of this home as well as the nice amenities provided. We would definitely like to stay here again when we visit our son. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We stayed here for a volleyball tournament at the MAVS complex in Lenexa. I couldn't get over how great the location was for the tournament and for shopping and dining. Everything we needed was within a 5 minute drive! Property was about as clean as most, though the sheets in our room had pet hair on them. It wasn't enough to make a difference for us. We did have non-family teens (girl and boy) staying with us and they used the upstairs rooms, which connected via a Jack and Jill bathroom and they couldn't get the doors to lock. I just hadn't realized it was shared that way, so it was a bit awkward for the non-family guests. Otherwise, we were comfortable for the 2 nights, there were no incidents, and I'd recommend it for the location above all else! Neat little property.

This property was absolutely perfect for our stay. Loved that they allow dogs of any size. Only downfall is the backyard isn't fenced but it was still manageable. The house was clean and perfect for the 5 of us.

The house was very nice and in a nice neighborhood. We didn't think ahead of time about the stairs with infants that are now walking, so we had to move some chairs to block off the stairs. All in all, we had a nice time staying at the house and recommend it.
