About this house rental
This one bedroom, one bathroom condo was completely renovated in 2020 and has everything you need to relax and enjoy your time on the island. It is the perfect space for solo travel, couples or escaping with your best friend. All of the furnishings are brand new and were selected to create a sense of calm and happiness for your stay.
The living room features a Pottery Barn queen sleeper sofa, a Smart TV with cable and an Apple TV and a countertop height dining table with chairs. The room extends into an enclosed lanai which overlooks the golf course; a perfect setting for your morning coffee or relaxing after a day of exploring the island.
The bedroom features a Serena and Lily queen bed with a plush Beautyrest mattress and Hotel Collection sheets. You will have lots of space to unpack with a dresser and ample closet space. The room also has plantation shutters which allow you to control the top and bottom sections separately so you can have complete privacy while still seeing some Hawaiian sunshine. The bedroom also has a Smart TV with cable and an Apple TV.
While the condo has breezy trade winds that can sweep through the unit, there are two air conditioning units (bedroom and living room) if needed. There are also ceiling fans in both rooms.
The kitchen is stocked with everything that you will need for your stay. In addition to all of the brand-new stainless steel appliances, the kitchen contains: pots and pans, chef’s knives, blender, toaster, rice cooker, Keurig coffee maker (with complimentary coffee), Nespresso frother, dishware, silverware and plenty of glassware for your beverage of choice.
Additional amenities include unlimited high-speed internet, one dedicated parking space, in-unit washer and dryer (detergent provided), a wireless printer, beach chairs and towels, and yoga accessories.
You will also have access to the swimming pool along with BBQs and tennis courts. And from the condo, it’s a short walk to the Turtle Bay Resort, beaches, restaurants, horse stables, miles of hiking trails and more.

This condo is a DREAM! All of the furnishings are so beautifully curated. We felt so cozy and the property was very clean.
The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and bake. There was even two types of coffee makers. The bedroom closet had plenty of extra linens, towels, and clothes hangers. The lanai was screened in and opened up to a beautiful lawn and had easy access to the path around the golf course.
I had to book this property very last minute. We were already on Oahu and had to leave the previous property because it was so dirty. Nicole, the property manager, responded promptly. She put our mind at ease and absolutely saved our honeymoon. If we come back to Oahu we would absolutely stay here again!

The house is beautiful and well equipped. It’s just a short walk to the beach. We loved the lanai. Having the choice of air conditioners and fans was great too.

Pros: Very clean, wonderful decor, downstairs unit located near the pool and the parking space, close to Turtle Bay Resort, quiet, nice new fridge, kitchen , lanai has great view of sunrise and the golf course, fold-out beach chairs provided and AC units work wonderfully.
Cons: Sofa not too comfortable, washing machine and dryer don't seem to be operating properly, and was unable to access to any local channels on TV.

Everything about Hale Hau'oli was exceptional. The location is fantastic -- on the North Shore part of the island and on the drive in to Turtle Bay Resort, it's quiet and safe and so easy to access other points along the North Shore. We couldn't peel ourselves away from Haleiwa town with its cute shops and eateries, and this was just a 25-minute drive. The unit itself looks like it had a total home makeover very recently. It was absolutely spotless and very well appointed with everything you need for short stay, including washer/dryer, beach chairs and towels, a hair dryer, a coffee maker, etc. The kitchen has nice, sharp Henckels knives, Crate & Barrel dinnerware, and even a cupboard with oils, vinegars and seasonings to cook a full meal at home. The lanai/screened-in porch backs to the golf course and was quiet and private. The unit also has ceiling fans and two A/C units in case the breezes aren't enough to keep you cool. The host has developed a binder with amazing recommendations on where to eat and what to do -- this thing is worth its weight in gold; it was spot-on! I could go on and on -- we didn't want to leave! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Such a beautifully-appointed home! We had a great time at the House of Happiness. It is a really convenient location to check out the North Shore as well as the resort. The owner has a great list of recommendations, and it seems she has thought of everything guests may need during their stay. We loved exploring North Shore down to Haleiwa the first day, then on the 2nd day we checked out the resort. We hiked the trails to Waimea Bay and back, then hit the little food truck village on the way to Polynesian Cultural Center. We also had dinner at the Beach House on the resort property. Just a gorgeous property with wonderful amenities and details. The home is well-equipped and we were extra grateful for the laundry facilities, extra pillows, and for Nicole offering to ship home our left-behind items! Thank you!

Beautifully upgraded condo, highly appointed with all amenities in the kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and little touches like beach towels, umbrellas, pickle ball set, etc. First level layout with screened in lanai is best option for the 1 bedroom units, in my opinion. Southern exposure, so pretty good light. Used sofa bed one night, and it was a bit uncomfortable, but not a deterrent by any means. Other family members stayed in the West units, and it seems like the East side is better managed.

Everything was great. Had a problem with the fridge not making ice. Contacted host via email, but never received a response. Everything else was great…
