This pretty cabin is perfectly situated for a lively stay in Manzanita—you can walk to the beach in three minutes or take a slightly longer stroll to the delights of Laneda Avenue. That means your family or friends can do their own thing, whether they want to get a massage at a spa downtown, grab a bite to eat at one of several restaurants, enjoy a glass of wine at the Manzanita Winery, fly kites at the beach, or hike Neahkahnie Mountain, since you won’t need a car for four out of five of those activities! You’ll love the vaulted ceiling, and all the sun streaming in the high windows in the living room. A fully equipped kitchen and dining room make eating at home easy and convenient; a nearby grocery lets you stock up on all you’ll need. Location, location, location! Couple minutes to walk down to the beach. House was clean. Miscommunication with check-in, suggest you over communicate. House has the basics, but not much else. Very small living space. Not much room to lounge.

Cute little cabin close to the beach and shops in town. You can park your car and walk to most places in town. Cabin has all the essentials for a great beach stay.

I thought this property was really nice. It had a wonderful homey feel, yet everything was in tip top shape, and extra clean. It's an older house, but kept up well, and was pleasantly decorated with a beach/cabin theme. Although it did not have an ocean view, the walk to the beach was quite pleasant. It is in a very quiet area of upscale homes, so the walk to the ocean in itself, was quite enjoyful and relaxing, (and short- only about a block). Kitchen was well stocked everything you need to cook most any meal. The bathroom was nice with a great shower, and very nice towels. There was no doggy odor, - no way to tell it is pet friendly, if you don't have pets. The only negative thing I can think of, is that there is no yard- the houses are really packed in,( but with lots of shrubbery around, so it feels private). and the pillows on the bed were kind of firm for my taste. I would love to stay there again.

Place was fine and the location was pretty good. Please make sure you don't need hot water. I tried to take a shower and it never got warm. I was told that everything was working fine. OK, then I guess there is enough hot water to wash your hands in the hot water heater. For the expense of this place - do yourself and favor and find a different place.

We wanted somewhere close to the beach, and this was perfect! It was an easy walk over but not so close that we had to worry about traffic or noise at night. Definitely recommend!

As another reviewer mentioned, getting in home not very clear. Once we were in it was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen. Quick walk to the beach and shopping. Enjoyed our stay! Thank you so much!

My recent stay was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, everything about it was top-notch and exceeded my expectations.
The first thing that struck me was the impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail. The property was spotless, and it was evident that the hosts take great pride in maintaining it to the highest standards. This made me feel instantly comfortable and at ease.
The location of the property was probably my favorite aspect. Just 3 minute walk to the beach and downtown, but far enough off the main road that it was in a peacful little part of the neighborhood. Location could not have been better!
I can't recommend this property enough! It provided the ideal landing place for a memorable vacation, and I can't wait to return. If you're looking for a peaceful, well-maintained, and welcoming home, don't hesitate to book this place. It's a gem that truly deserves five stars!

The house itself was cute but the communication with the O’s or the management group was not good. They never sent the check in info, so we had to call multiple times to talk to someone before we could enter the property. The house tv also did not work and when trying to get information about it there was no response, again. Would not use this management company again, maybe Vrbo. :/

Overall the place was nice and clean and just a short walk from the beach. We were traveling with our 18 month old son and that being said I would not stay here again with a small kid due to the fact that there is no washer dryer or dish washer. Everything was advertised correctly we just found these items would be beneficial. Another thing to note is if you are going to cook a lot the stove is old with electric wire coil tops that aren’t even so it makes cooking a bit difficult. Great place otherwise!

The Expedia Web site for this property listed a hot tub. I called to confirm that there was one because I didn't see it in the pictures and was told that there is a hot tub. There was NO HOT TUB. I chose this property over a much larger, cheaper cabin because of the hot tub. It does not have a dishwasher (none is advertised). It doesn't have a washer and dryer (none is advertised) and is a very tiny cabin. There were several dirty dishes and cookware in the cabin. Some had food stuck to them. There was a coffee mug with lipstick on it. There was a baking pan that was disgustingly stained with food. Only one piece of cookware was non-stick. When you are hand washing the dishes, that is important. The toaster only toasted one side of the bread. One of the stove burners only partially lit up. We were only there for three nights. I spent a whole lot of the time making multiple phone calls and a visit to the Meridith office regarding the lack of hot tub and condition of the cabin. I was repeatedly told "management" will call me. Management still has not called me. There are other cabins in this area that are bigger and have a laundry and dishwasher. We could only afford three nights in this cabin and we spent a whole lot of the time trying to resolve this case of false advertising and lack of cleanliness and lack of responsiveness to comsplaints. We started calling Meredith and visiting their office on July 24. To date, we have not heard from "management".

Great location. Clean and perfectly stocked. Only problem was key code stopping working on second day. Management never returned call or text. Fortunately they had a hid-a-key as backup. Would definitely come backup.

The place was small but perfect for two couples and our dogs. We could easily walk to town (two blocks) and the beach (two blocks) with no incline. The wood burning stove warmed the space nicely. Our only concerns were there was no dishwasher, and our key code didn't work but was corrected with a quick phone call to the property manager. Also, the rental is not the best for dogs that are escape artists which our two are not. Overall, we had a pleasant experience. Thank you.

Relaxing get away
The house was perfect for my husband and me. The neighborhood was quiet and close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Check in was easy and the house was clean and stocked with all the essentials.

Cute but small
Super cute house but definitely not for big and tall people. Very narrow space in the bathroom.
