This beautiful and quiet property was perfect for our week in Fort Lauderdale. The home was spacious and private and the pool was so wonderful. We hope to return again!

This property was perfect for me. The backyard and pool gave you a relaxing feeling by just looking at it. The pool was perfectly clean and great temperature. The home was well appointed and the couch was relaxing. It was just what I was looking for.

This is a lovely home. Very clean and well layed out. We really enjoyed having our own pool. And it was very private. The location was great. Close to all of the summer activities we enjoy in the area. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was comfortable for my wife and I. Large private backyard with a good sized pool. A good sized screened in porch. The house had a few issues while we were there, but we cannot speak enough about the excellent, excellent service provided by short stay Florida who manage the property (particularly Michael). Be aware that VRBO lists the property as having cable/satellite TV but in fact, it had neither (only streaming service -no cable or satellite).

The property was beautiful! Just wish I wasn’t dealing with ants everyday. The manager was wonderful and felt terrible but the problem was out of control The first 3 days the rest of the stay I kept sweeping dead ants out the door every morning. I wish they would have refunded some money since the problem was big the first day they were all over the walls, tables, cabinets everywhere. It was bad!! They were great getting exterminator Out 3 days in a row but still we lived with the issue.

The house was overall quite comfortable. We had a few small issues that were quickly addressed by the property manager. Response time was super. Given the time of year of our stay, it would have been nice to have a heated pool; but it was still refreshing. We enjoyed our stay.

The entire tone of the “welcome” binder was all wrong. They seem snotty and the things they have you do before leaving are over the top. Why pay a cleaning fee if you’re doing 90% of the work??The property owners park their personal car under the only covered parking spot without even giving notice so when you get there you’ll wonder if you’re either at the wrong house or if someone is in there. The alarm went off three mornings in a row, early, even though the system says unarmed. I wouldn’t stay here ever again. But that’s just me.

We stayed at the property to escape hurricane Ian. The property manager was great and allowed us to add guests after a last minute and unplanned evacuation. Nice neighborhood, pretty pool and comfortable beds. Wishing we had stayed to enjoy the property and location. Maybe next time!
