The living areas in the first-floor apartment consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen offering an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, a dining area with seating for four, and a sitting area with a TV. The bedrooms consist of a double with an en-suite shower room and a twin [super-king available upon request], along with a bathroom. Within 0.1 mile, you will find a shop and pub, and within 0.5, a beach. Please note that this property is non-smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the cost. Please bring own beach towels. A maximum of 2 small well-behaved dogs may be allowed on prior arrangement with the owner only, please contact Sykes to arrange. NB Free roadside parking is available opposite the church & along the nearby roads, but on a first come first served basis.

It is helpful to note there is a pay and display car park 2 min away and Isle of Wight tourist parking permits can be purchased on the council website - This is helpful if travelling around the island https://beta.iow.gov.uk/parking/permits/parking-permits. Note: Guests should supply their own beach towels.
