You’ll have full, exclusive access to the apartment during your stay. As soon as you complete your booking, we will send you detailed instructions for your access. The instructions will provide all local features, the best recommendation regarding places to see and visit Luxembourg, and access to the building and find your apartment.

The apartment is located in Bonnevoie, one of the most populated districts in Luxembourg and also known for its eclectic, bohemian and lively atmosphere. There’s excellent access to public transportation, with Gare de Luxembourg train station just across the street from the apartment. Plus tons to see and do along the main road, Rue de Bonnevoie like a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, brunch spots, supermarkets and specialty shops.

It’s about 15-20 minute via train to/from the LUX International Airport. The main train station, Gare de Luxembourg, is just across the street from the apartment and a great way to travel around from home base. Other Things to Note:
While there is an elevator available, please note that there are several steps to climb before reaching the apartment.

To make your stay more comfortable, we provide high-speed Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, bed linens, and bath towels free of charge. For long-term guests, the apartment offers laptop-friendly workspaces, perfect for remote work or business travel.

Please be aware that there is usually no supply of basic condiments like cooking oil or sugar, so if you plan to cook at home, you'll need to pick these up at the store. Additionally, if you're a wine drinker, note that there are no wine glasses provided—feel free to use another type of glass available or bring your own.

1. Respect the Neighbors: Parties/events, illegal activities, and excessive noise are prohibited. No loud music after 10 pm.

2. Guest Limit: Only guests listed in your reservation are allowed.

3. No Smoking: Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. A 300€ penalty will apply for non-compliance.

4. Residential Use Only: The Unit is for private, single-family residential use only. No business, profession, or trade activities are allowed.

5. Check-In/Check-Out: Adhere to designated check-in and check-out times. A fee of 50€ per hour will apply for late check-out.

6. Furniture and Structures: Do not move furniture or set up tents/structures. A 300€ cleaning fee will apply for any stains or damage. The
cost of any taken or damaged items will be charged to your account.

7. Liability: We cannot assume liability for issues managed by third-party entities.

8. Damages and Cleaning: Guests are responsible for covering damages or necessary extra cleaning charges after their stay.

9. Departure: Turn off the heating, leave the keys in the designated lockbox, clean the kitchen, and ensure the dishwasher is empty to avoid a 200€ cleaning fee.

10. ID Requirement: Provide a government ID during the online check-in process.

11. Compliance: Adherence to all house rules is crucial. Non-compliance may result in cancellation of your stay without a refund.

Interaction with Guests:
You can check yourself in using the lockbox that you’ll find inside the mailbox (that you do not need a key to open).
