About this house rental
The house is located within the Alorda park residential complex with restricted access only for tenants. The complex has several community swimming pools for adults and children, a bar-restaurant, a playground for children, sports courts.
The decoration of the house is very happy, colorful, invites to spend the dream holidays with the family.
The house is distributed on three levels.
Ground floor consists of a spacious living room with direct access to the pool, kitchen and bathroom.
First floor has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.
Basement floor consists of a loft apartment with large living room with fireplace and bar counter, a sleeping area and a bathroom with shower.
All rooms have ceiling fans. There is a private parking space in the community garage.
This house is perfect for families with children, who can play safely in the complex since the exit to the outside is protected. There is a night watch inside the complex.
The area of Calafell Playa can be accessed directly through the rear door of the complex, also protected by the lock.
Distance to shops, restaurants and beach 300m.

For stays longer than 28 nights, expenses (electricity, water, gas) are not included in the price.
1. To guarantee compliance with current regulations on citizen security, this establishment requires online check-in through its own channel, and may request the image of their ID and/or selfie from the tourist. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. For these purposes, the necessary measures will be adopted to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.
2 . DISPOSAL OF MANDATORY GARBAGE Upon leaving the house, if leftovers of food/drinks or any other type of waste are left, a penalty of €200 will be charged from the deposit.
3. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people. NO PETS. NO SMOKING inside the house. PARTIES are NOT allowed. Any damage caused to the furniture will be deducted from the deposit.
4. Tourist tax 1.10eur per person, maximum 7 days, applies to people over 16 years of age. (Law 5/2012, of March 20 of the Parliament of Catalonia)
5. Passport or travel document details will be required from all guests upon arrival.
6. The deposit (€200) will be blocked on the credit card at the time of delivery of the keys and will be released 7 days after departure if the house has not suffered any damage)
7. For long stays of more than 28 days, supply costs are not included.
8. Key collection: c/ Vilamar 88A, Calafell, Beach Front Apartment Agency. Arrivals after 21:00h and Check-ins that end after 21:00h will have a supplement of €50.
