This house has all the space and stuff you need for families, which was so helpful for us! Really well equipped and set up spaces. Space for everyone too across the 3 floors. Great place

We had a great time in this house as it was close to everything. There was plenty of room for everyone to have a spot. The card games took over the house while we listened to music.

Close to town and nice upstairs. Faily updated, kitchen has good stock of supplies. Chairs and beach stuff in the closet.

We enjoyed our stay in this house. A couple issues …..
1. The loft is not as functional as we expected. Ceiling height is too low except for kids.
2. The door entry system at the upstairs door is not functional. Very difficult to get in. Once we got it open we had to lock from the inside and exit from downstairs.
3. We also experienced several electrical outlets that were not functional as mentioned in previous review.
Overall a nice house and good location.

Great view of trees and hills. Cozy, comfortable home. Loved that there are two separate hang out spaces. Quiet neighborhood. Would do it again!

Great home for families with younger kids. Cute little spaces and cubbies, 3 bathrooms, boogie and skimboards, toys... the record player!!
However, lots of problems with little things that didn't work. The exterior door was hard to get into, seemed a little broken. And used an actual key, which is pretty old school at this point, so only one key for us to share. Very squeaky bed, window screen issues, broken outlet in one room, mold in a stinky washing machine, ants in the kitchen. Also, kitchen had the absolute bare minimum of amenities. Glad that I had overpacked. Overall, a good stay. But had a lot of issues.

We loved the location and enjoyed sitting outside on the shaded deck enjoying the views. Lots of room inside and we greatly appreciated all the hooks for hanging things. Our major complaint is that the sofa in the upstairs family room has stains all over it. We put a sheet over it before we sat down. The pots and pans in the kitchen were all dirty upon our arrival. And the downstairs bed has a terrible mattress that was incredibly uncomfortable to sleep on. The pillows were pretty bad, too. Fixing these problems would improve the experience of staying here.

So cute, so many extras that aren’t listed. Perfect house for our group of 10. Upstairs is so great for kids. Record player was a fun surprise. Nice, clean and full of stuff to do.

Super close to everything and plenty of room for our whole family! Also short drive to Short Sands for surfing.

We really enjoyed our stay here and didn’t experience any of the issues the other reviewers mentioned. This is a really beautiful home that is perfect for families with small children. It’s set off from the busy part of Manzanita, which I really liked. The only reason I didn’t rate this home a 5 is the fact that we had raccoon visitors who were fearless and made a huge mess of the garbage that we had to clean up. The raccoon was hanging out by the carport quite early in the evening, which is not typical of them and can indicate a problem such as rabies.

Nice house w some issues
Great location but we came to a driveway completely littered with trash and 3 calls to Vacasa later it was never cleaned. Overall the house was good but I wouldn’t recommend staying more than a night or 2. The downstairs bed was so springy and noisy I woke up every time I moved. Seriously thee worst mattress of my life barely offset by having peek a boo ocean views.

Nice house, but with problems
The house itself has a lot going for it, with two great social spaces both indoors and outside. It was very clean when we arrived.
The challenges: 1) the keycode didn't work when we arrived, which led to a challenge that took awhile to solve, 2) the power in one of the rooms and the staircase went out our last evening and we could not find the electric panel and even though we texted about it first thing the following morning, we never got a response to our texts, and 3) one of the toilets plugged up and the plunger provided was inadequate for the task of unclogging it. We're not sure if the house has ongoing plumbing issues or if we just got unlucky.
