Great value, clean, good breakfast and good location

Everything was perfect with our balcony room. (except the duvet) breakfast was lovely, location great- close to bus station and restaurants. Also close to the sea by car. Housekeeping was excellent. Hung up our laundry for us as well.

The only fault was the bed duvet to cover up at night... It was a starched towel like fabric that scratched the skin. Initially we had the room underground with no natural light and the extractor fan in bathroom wasn't working and bathroom was small... But we changed rooms after one night. That room wasn't so good.

Uma boa estadia

Mesmo não falando a mesma língua o pessoal é simpático e tenta ajudar da melhor maneira possível . Acomodação espaçosa com 1 quarto,casa de banho e cozinha equipada com placa,exaustor, frigorífico,mesa e cadeiras, sofá. Dispõe de bastante arrumação Adorei os azuleijos da casa de banho. Fica 10min a pé da estação de autocarro (otogar); 5min a pé do centro comercial Erasta,vários supermercados em redor; 2min a pé da paragem para os Dolmuş. A paragem em frente ao carrefour 7min a pé tem o horário dos Dolmuş para Ölüdeniz. 30min a pé ou cerca de 7min de autocarropara o centro de Fethiye (Paspatur).

Ficamos no quarto 06 (rés do chão) que fica ao lado da cozinha e zona do pequeno almoço e recepção,consegue-se ouvir as pessoas a falarem e as cadeiras a serem arrastadas.E sente-se o cheiro dos fritos do pequeno almoço O pequeno almoço é fresco, mas pouco variado em vez de tanta fritura preferível adicionar frutas e iogurtes. Tem máquina de lavar roupa,mas não há estendal Poucos utensílios para cozinhar (1 panela e 1 frigideira pequena e 2 colheres de pau). Não há detergente para a loiça ou esfregão.

Could be better

Great location, most of the staff ever so helpful. Breakfast ladies plus the lady who welcomed us on arrival were brillian

Guy who checked us in was not helpful at all. The apartment had next to no cooking pots/pans etc So could not cook in the apartment No cleaning clothes or liquid for the kitchen.

Good value for money

Very central location, newly opened hotel, everything was new in room, you can even find a washing machine to wash your clothes. Room was very spacious and clean. Just couple of minutes far from shopping mall and city center. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was delicious.Very good value for money.

Our room was looking to the street side and because of that especially in the night time you can hear noises of cars/motorcycles.Also there is no barriers between balconies, you can walk from one balcony to another one, some people might find it disturbing for security reasons.

Nice apartment and convenient location for Oludeniz and bus station

Nice and helpful staff, really convenient location to reach Oludeniz and if you need to catch a bus in the bus station, a bit less convenient for Fethiye centre. Really nice and clean apartment, good breakfast.

Was given wrong and inferior room on arrival but this was rectified second day of 3 day stay Poor reception management as one passport was held at reception when we checked out and we had a 2.5 hour round trip to collect as we were almost half way to Antalya before noticing

The room was very spacious and had great air conditioning. There was a large spread of both Easter and western options for breakfast provided. Quiet area. Very close to bus stop and a shopping complex.

No soap and sponges to wash dishes.

Excellent stay

The property is very clean with staff who go out of their way to help whenever needed. The buffet breakfast which was included was made fresh every morning by a lovely female chef. The rooms were cleaned and bedding changed daily with fresh towels and toiletries provided. The location is 5 mins taxi ride to the Marina and main bazaar. Highly recommend.

We choose this place for the convenience of location. The room is a suite and big enough for three of us. Room facilities are rather modern. Reception is nice to let us check in before the official check-in time.

Room is on the first floor thus a bit humid and has no natural light. Breakfast is limited only to some local style dishes.

Value for money

Very nice place , walking distance from amenities. Room was very nice, had everything we needed and the terrace had amazing views over the mountains. Staff was friendly and would like to say a special thank you to the ladies serving breakfast in the morning! We will definitely recommend this place!

The room was exceptionally spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were truly amazing. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops, cafes, and restaurants. Most importantly, it was conveniently located just a one-minute drive away from Erasta Mall, which I thoroughly enjoyed.

There was no dedicated parking space for the hotel, so you had to find a spot on the street. It wasn't too bad, actually, but I suppose it could be a bit challenging at times. The breakfast was satisfactory.

The room was comfortable and air conditioning was good. The staff were friendly and the location is great. There was also a washing machine in the room if you need to use it.

When we arrived the rubbish bin in the bathroom hadn't been emptied from previous guests. The breakfast buffet was cold and not many options and the tea was too bitter to drink so I could tell everything had been left out for a long time.

Amazing hotel! Brand new, spacious rooms,clean,but most of all ,great staffs, not one, all the staffs are so oooo nice. Especially Hoca Savas is so hospitable and patient. He explained everything clearly. The tour prices they quote are reasonable, we took two offers. Will certainly come back again.

Very friendly and welcoming. Good location, staff willing to go extra mile to help. Had a 2 year old with us and everyone was brilliant with helping him settle for the first few days. Breakfast was good, rooms are spacious and clean.

The hotel was really lovely, everything is quite new and well thinked about everythinf. The staff and the breakfast was exceptionel. If we ever happened to be in Fethiye again we would choose this hotel again with no doubt.
