The accommodation was quite good, the staff very friendly, restaurants facilities very good

We ate in our room mostly for breakfast

the water pressure in the shower was terrible. there was also a lot of insects/mosquitos in around the propery

Spend a bit more and stay at a larger all inclusive resort where there is better service and things to do.

The apartments are new and fairly clean. Some of the staff are helpful.

The water turned off mid shower, then the room smelt like sewerage. The staff couldn’t provide me with a functioning key to the outer door to my room so it had to stay open. They also said there is no wifi, when we complained they eventually brought a router to our room. Can’t watch Netflix on the tv and there is literally nothing to do in the area and only 1 restaurant downstairs. No curtains on the windows to the lounge room. Didn’t feel safe.

Good sized rooms.

No smoke alarms, leaking air-conditioning unit, lamp not operational in lounge, live music on Friday and Saturday night (although didn't go too late).

Tuve la peor experiencia en este hotel, reserve un departamento de 2 dormitorios y al llegar me dieron un depto de solo 1 dormitorio indicando que era un error en mi reserva y que si quería 2 dormitorios debía pagar el doble, viajaba con mi hijo de 26 años por lo que obviamente necesitaba piezas separadas, me trataron muy mal fueron mal educados y culparon a booking por el error. Booking se porto pésimo con nosotros no nos dio una solución y mi hijo tuvo que dormir en el living muy incomodo el día de su cumpleaños....Booking.com debería haber reembolsado nuestro pago ya que la reserva la realizamos a través de ellos pero no me han respondido hasta ahora

Spacious apartment with kitchen, which is quite rare in Fiji Restaurant on the ground floor with room delivery, also few other restaurants along Sunset strip within 15-20 min walk Really good SPA on the ground floor (don't be put off by lack of friendliness, the massage is amazing) Easy check in after hours and staff was very helpful with luggage

The description of the location wasn't very accurate: it's at least 1.5 h drive from the airport, not 1h as stated in the description the beach across the street is not actually the beach and most of the beaches in the area are either private or dirty very noisy because of the busy road - lots of trucks even at night time I think the restaurant has karaoke nights so the music is insanely loud until 10pm (the whole building was vibrating)

It was a nice place to stay, the staff was great, wished for a more esthetic location.

The room was comfortable and clean. The pool area was beautiful. The neighborhood was quiet and the local people were very friendly. We loved eating at the Sitar restaurant that is on the ground level of the building. The staff were extremely nice and very helpful.

The apartment building faced a very busy road, where there was a lot of traffic and construction going on. That made the stay a bit noisy and the view not very esthetic. I was hoping to be on the beachside of the road.

This is a wonderful choice to explore the Coral Coast

Beautiful accommodation not far from beach with amazing staff

The friendly staff is really outstanding. We loved the large apartment with sea view and the very good food in Sitar restaurant (breakfast & dinner). The pool is also very clean.

We had loved more storage space on closets and hooks for towels in the apartment.

disappointing and overpriced.

we booked a deluxe room which said on booking.com it had an oven and a toaster. when I questioned it with the staff at reception they said that I was in the other room and needed to book the two rooms to get the oven and toaster. they did not really care. nor were they very interested. I also had to ask for a hair dryer and there was an ironing board in the room but no iron. water pressure was rubbish and the temp was inconsistent. I think at $184 per night is pretty spendy and I am not sure what made it deluxe.

Bed & bathroom was clean and nice...as well swimming pool. Staff was very helpful and nice. Good restaurant located in building and couple good restaurants located in neighborhood. Fast check-in and check-out.

My stay was adequate but only one night. The apartments are densely configured. Security is good.

The staff were vert helpful.

Nothing worse than turning up and reception is closed. Not a huge problem as the meal area and bar was open so sat it out there. The room is a little strange. Not a single place to hang up anything, not even the soap in the shower. Taking minimalist design a little too far to the point of impracticality. The Hotel is on the corner of the main highway so trucks, buses and vehicles were constantly passing no matter which direction your room faced. The internet works from your room which is always useful. Only a single night stay due to timing errors I made with my trip.

It's an apartment hotel. Newly built. Very spacious. Well managed with great staff. Manager, Mr. Rafiq was a very understanding and exceptionally friendly and accomadative.

overall wasn’t a terrible stay but definitely a stop over for one or two nights

stay in one bedroom sea view apartment 1st floor. bed was comfy fairly new complex nice pool area good food down stairs in restaurant

we stay here for 5days, it was way to long apartment was on the main road right on a roundabout. This was so noisy as traffic woke us up every morning around 530 and went all day. being above restaurant made it quiet noisy at times as well. Hose keeping did not clean rooms at all and I had to ask a few times for fresh towels being apartment style I sort of understand that but would have been nice to check in to see if anything needed to be done. lots of rubbish around the area and could not really swim in beach across the road and wasn’t any real nice beaches in the area.
