Love the location. Very convenient. The hose was very clean but I had a couple of small issues. The AC was not working very well and did not cool down the house. No blankets or bed sheets were provided. Otherwise great stay

They brought us extra blankets, washcloths, and towels right away. The pullout cushions could use a refresh, and no coffee fixings to go with the coffee. Otherwise clean and cute!!

This tiny house was in the absolute best location. We had easy access to town and Mt Cooper. Only complaint was stains all over the living room couch.
But 5/5 🌟!

This is a nice Tiny house.
Walk easily to town.
Parking was limited in winter by poor snow removal.

We had a great stay, walking distance to downtown!

Great location near the main street of Leadville! Totally comfortable for 1-2 people, though I think 4 would be a bit tight. They even had an AC unit! Internet was usually okay, but during peak hours, I think it got a bit slow and I had trouble working. The kitchenette had pots, pans, plates, cups, glasses, but be prepared to bring basics like oil and spices if you want to cook. No shampoo, only body wash provided. It was a bit chilly in the mornings but I threw the other quilt on my bed and it was fine.

Fun experience with the kids!

Cute home, mostly clean, wonderful location. Loved the art and local “touches”. A couple major downfalls that absolutely do not agree with the price they charge.
The fire alarm was taken apart and not functioning when we got there, the freezer could use a clean, and you have to leave the faucets on drip to keep plumbing from freezing.
Cold: Once the sun went down, the two heaters could not keep up with the cold (outdoor temps were in the teens) and the bedding was thin. There are no extra blankets for the bed on the main level. Both beds are against a window.
Uncomfortable: The beds were uncomfortable, the pillows very thin.
Minimal privacy: There are two windows that are not 100% covered and the rest of the window coverings are subpar in terms of privacy and they offer no insulation against the cold.
Overall I don’t recommend this for a worry-free romantic get away. I could see myself renting this for $100 per night and for different purposes but I paid much more than that with all the fees included.

All communication leading up to walking into the tiny house detailed exactly what I needed to do. I called the property manager regarding a question and received excellent customer service. The property fit myself and two other people comfortably but adding a fourth would have been tight.

Very small place but it had most of the essentials. The only thing is that it’s very cold! We definitely needed more blankets.

It was everything we expected, nothing more, nothing less. Just what we needed. Good location within walking distance of downtown. Check-in process was easy. Everything about the house, host, check-in/out, location, etc. was great.

The place was immaculate! Also amazing how efficient they are with such a small footprint. Great place to stay for a couple of people during the Leadville 100.
