Really easy to get to. Very fresh, clean and everything seems new. Well appointed and the bottled water supply was a plus for me! Being this close to the beach was great for morning walks. The balcony was a great place to ride out tropical storm Debby!

It was the perfect place for our beach trip. Super close to beach. Had everything we needed. Comfy beds, plenty of towels, beach gear. Lovely place. Will probably try to book again if we return.

We have stayed in the area many times previously, we arrived to Redfish to find a newly renovated space, that was very well equipped for arriving guests, was very clean, fresh and bright. The addition of newer beach chairs, umbrella and even beach cart was a very pleasant surprise! We will return again! Thank you!

We had a great stay at the townhouse. Bedrooms were big with comfie mattresses. The kitchen was well stocked and there were many extras including paper towels, beach towels, and water. We hope to come back soon.

This place was a perfect home away fyom home for us. It was so pet friendly, beach access, quiet streets and easy access to sshops and restaurants ! Terry and Sandy are amazingly responsive and so hospitable! Will most certainly keep in mind for future visits and recommend to friends and family!

This was our second time staying at this property and everything was just as perfect as before. Short walk to downtown Neptune for fun restaurants and shops and an even shorter walk to the beach. The property was clean and well equipped with kitchen necessities and beach gear. We definitely plan on staying here again!

Location was awesome, owners are super awesome, and the place is awesome! Beds were so comfy, the area is convenient, and one of the owners even helped us pack our roof top carrier!! You just can't beat this rental. If I could leave 10 stars, I would!!

This was a great place close to the beach. The owners were very responsive, and left a lot of necessities and treats, and even went out of their way to make our dog feel welcome.

A two block walk to the beach and a short walk or bike ride away from the restaurants and bars of both Neptune and Jacksonville beach. My dog loved the dog couch and I loved there was a rocking chair to relax in a night. Beds were very comfortable as well!!!

Our stay was perfect; The home itself is steps from the beach and less than a 5 minute drive/20 minute walk to the downtown area that is filled with fun restaurants and boutique shops. What stood out to me the most was how dog friendly not only the home was, but the neighborhood. The host provided dog toys, a dog friendly couch, and a fenced in front yard, which was perfect for outdoor meals and lounging. The beach welcomes dogs (on leash), in addition to the downtown being extremely dog friendly as well. This was such a great stay and we definitely plan to make this a regular trip!

We had an amazing experience staying here! The house was so clean and the amenities were perfect. The balcony with the swinging chair was a great place to hang out when it was raining. Trips to and from the beach were just a quick two minute walk. I would absolutely recommend this place as a perfect beach getaway.
