This property was perfectly located for our trip, beautifully decorated, and was beyond well equipped. The host communicated with me well in advance and was very clear about all directions and instructions. We arrived very late and she was lovely to offer to pick up a few things that we might need before hand, which was perfect since we weren't going to be able to get any provisions for the morning. I give this property and its host 5 stars. This note doesn't deserve one less star - a note - two of the rooms' windows face the road. If you aren't used to street noise (nothing more than cars driving by) when you sleep, it may be a challenge to you.

We are a family business exhibiting at Americas Mart for the week. The house was perfect to come home and relax after a long day working!
The house had everything we needed, comfortable beds and we each had our own room! Kitchen was well stocked. Loved the area!

I have stayed in a lot of VRBO properties and I can definitely say that this one was extremely well stocked. It had everything we could possibly need from food, coffee, water, wine, toiletries. All of that was very much appreciated!
The condo itself was very nice and exactly as pictured. The beds were very comfortable. It is on a busy street so there is some road noise. I had read about that beforehand so was prepared with a white noise machine and it was fine.
The condo is a bit difficult to get to because of the busy road and the narrow driveway. We were able to figure out the back way to get there and had no problems after that. This is important to do because it will be impossible to turn directly in to the property if you are coming from the south during traffic. I think the directions mention this as well. This did not detract from our visit at all. I highly recommend this property.

Husband and sister in law stayed her for a 4 day get away to Atlanta. Beautiful place located near Atlanta Botanical. We had a great time. House was I. A great location with parking.

We enjoyed the apartment. Everything was as pictured and was in a good location! We did get our steps in, which was great! We averaged 19,000 a day! The “extra” treats were appreciated! Wine, chocolates, waters, etc. Teresa was very responsive. Thank you for a great weekend!

Condo is located in a great area close to EVERYTHING!! Which made it easy to get to places we wanted to visit.
Condo is older so it has some areas that should be improved…uneven floors and since they are wood they creek when someone walks on them. Front bathroom shower was clogged up with hair so we could not use it once we realized that the water was not flowing out and I reached out to contact. Then we noticed that the kitchen sink was leaking below and we believe it was due to the backup of the tub in the adjoining bathroom. Never received a response when I notified contact. I am on a cane and all the stairs made it difficult to go up and down but overall, it was a good choice.

We stayed at the home for four nights for a girls trip. We really enjoyed our stay. The house is clean big enough for everybody to have their own space. The only thing I would say is that I wasn’t aware that it was up a bunch of stairs, also the noise from the street was pretty loud. but even with all that, I will definitely stay here again.

We loved this VRBO property. The host/hostess had everything we needed there. First time ever we did not have to go to Publix to get cream, coffee, water, etc. We usually end up leaving a ton of tuff behind due to stocking. But this host does it all. Easy check in. Super clean. Super comfy beds. Lots of street noise so do bring a noise machine or app for phone but, location and amenities offset this. We loved this property!! Excellent location and beautiful decor!

My daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed our time in Atlanta, partly because of the wonderful location of our rental. The kitchen was wonderfully and generously stocked and we slept in some of the most comfortable beds I've experienced in a short term rental. The fourth bedroom is in the loft, so two of us chose to share the king sized bed in the master bedroom and we still slept wonderfully. Thank you, Teresa, for a lovely stay.

Very well done interior in a location ideal for our stay (Piedmont Park/Midtown area - near the road race finish line). Plenty of room for 3 adult couples (6 people) with more than adequate separate bedrooms, parking, and appliances. An abundance of towels and supplies. Within walking or scootering distance to a lot of places. If not, Uber/Lyft options were plentiful as well.
Only potential (and ever so slight) drawback was you get some traffic noise because it sits on a busy thoroughfare (Piedmont Ave.). Not enough to keep me awake; however.
Communication with owner was timely and clear. Would definitely stay here again.

This is very beautiful property! Clean and well taken care of. Large. Very-very comfortable. The neighborhood is great, close to pretty much everything. The only thing which needs to be mentioned - apparent is on the second floor with outside metal stairs (slippery!) which might be a problem for people with very little kids or elderly. Our 10 years old daughter slipped and fell down on these stairs. Otherwise the place is wonderful!

Teresa is an outstanding hostess. She answered all our questions almost immediately via emails before and after our arrival. The treats for us in the apartment were just what we needed after a long day of airplane travel. The apartment was perfect-lots of room, including the bedrooms and dining and living room areas. Teresa was attentive to our needs, kind, and very thoughtful. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again.
Thanks again, Teresa!

This property was just right for my colleagues as a "base-camp" for a trade show we were attending in Atlanta. Conveniently located just a short drive to the GWCC and easy access to restaurants, etc. The host was awesome, with clear and timely communications and a few treats for us in the kitchen upon arrival. Beds, pillows, sheets and towels were of high quality and made for a comfortable stay. Unit backs up to a fairly busy street, so there is some road noise during busy times. Parking was dedicated and easily accessible. A very enjoyable stay!

Awesome location, close to great dining and parks. The bedrooms are big and the kitchen has plenty of room for everything. The master bedroom does face Piedmont which is a very busy and at times noisy road. Even with all windows closed you can hear traffic, very early and late.

This review is about to be very dramatic! Please read with enthusiasm lol! So myself, my sister & my twin brothers decided to go to Atlanta to celebrate my 32nd birthday. I needed a big enough house, with 4 separate bedrooms, safe location & it needed to be extremely clean because one of brothers is on dialysis 😔 but you would never know because he is so strong and he never complains. But he has a lot of equipment that he needs. So he had to carry a lot of things, the steps made that all a little difficult but it wasn’t a big deal. We tagged teamed lol. The house was very clean, we instantly loved it! I literally walked around in my white fuzzy socks the entire time & my socks were barely dirty 🙌🏾 this is how clean the property was! The house is close to everything. I’m talking 5-15 min drive. It was in a very nice location, it wasn’t a lot of homeless or crazy people roaming the streets. The traffic is busy though and you can hear the noise from the cars all hours of the night but that’s to be expected in Atlanta. My sister hated it lol but it didn’t bother the rest of us! We had many many laughs here!! We are a very loud family & we were able to laugh, talk & listen to music without a problem. We felt at home here! To top all of this off, Teresa was so sweet to me!! She had the place stocked with everything we needed for our stay and a bunch of extra stuff. There was a gift bag full of chocolate (the good stuff too haha), a magazine about things happening around the city and a gift card 😁 which i used the same night lol! There was wine, beer and waters already there. The kitchen is fully stocked, you don’t have to bring seasonings because there was plenty. I’m a Chef and I had absolutely no complaints about the kitchen. We cooked a meal the first night & it was convenient because the pans were nice & nonstick. Plenty of silverware, cups, plates etc. You get the point lol! Everything was great! Each one of my siblings said they would stay here again! If you are considering staying here, just go ahead and book it! You won’t be disappointed, but just take care of the property because we plan on coming back here again & again! The laughs we shared here was needed! Unmatched! To close this long review up, I want to add that the vibe in this house was vibrant, mellow and fun. You can tell that all of the guests that have stayed here in the past had a extremely great time. The energy was incredible (if you are into that). Thank you for everything!

I had to be in ATL for business, and bought my family with me including my husband and daughters ages 5 and 1. The house is in a great area of Midtown, just across the street from Piedmont Park, meaning its close to EVERYTHING! We could walk to restaurants, the grocery store, coffee, and the park. You can hear the street noise, but the trade off was worth it for the convenience and charm. Even after my family left, I still felt safe in the unit, even at night. Check in was seamless, and our host Teresa was just AMAZING! She graciously allowed us to check in early as I had travelled all night with a baby. Even with early check-in the house was ready for our stay. We were greeted with charcuterie and wine for the adults plus organic fruit, water and juice for the girls. As if that weren't enough, there was also a welcome gift that included infant toys, deluxe toiletries and gift cards for coffee and groceries! The unit itself is just as pretty as the pictures and filled with historic charm. The house is stocked with everything you could possibly need during your trip, from extra towels and laundry supplies to candles and face wipes! There were so many thoughtful touches, that it is clear Teresa and her team go above and beyond to make sure every stay is memorable. I will absolutely be back for my next trip to ATL. Thank you!

Teresa is an amazing host! Responsive and attentive to her guests. Great hospitality! My family and I very much enjoyed our stay. Home is clean, well cared for, with all the little touches and amenities that makes a stay worthwhile. This guest-friendly home is your “home away from home.” This will be our “go to” home whenever visiting Atlanta. Will definitely stay here again!! Marjorie

Atlanta in 3 days.
Myself and my family spent 3 days in this beautiful home. When we arrived there was a big bowl of fresh fruit on table. A bottle of wine and a tray of cheeses and salami. Also a basket of treats and gifts. Never have I stayed anywhere that welcomed us like Teresa. The place was spotless clean and decorated beautifully. The location was perfect. It’s near everything you may need. Also it’s located very close to Piedmont park. The beds were very comfortable and looked inviting when we arrived. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Even coffee pods. Teresa really knows how to be a host. I would return in the future at any time. Thank you Teresa for being a wonderful host.
