When away from the property, set the thermostat at 77 degrees in the summer and 68 degrees in the winter.

The property looks just as it does in the pictures. Everything was perfect on the inside. We did have a small problem but Kristin came to the rescue within 15 mins of us calling her. We will be returning to the property by the end of this year.

We came to Biloxi for a dance convention/competition; there were 5 moms and 5 girls. The house was perfect - it was clean, spacious, and 5 minutes from the convention center. Everything was perfect!

We had to unexpectedly travel for a funeral and the home was perfect for our family. We appreciated the accommodations and hope to book again under happier circumstances.

The house was nicely remodeled, but not clean or well maintained. The description of the house being steps away from the beach was in accurate. There was fencing around the houses so we were unable to take any short cuts. The walk to the beach requires you to walk across a four lane busy highway. Also, not realistic to walk that far with breach equipment and kids. That was disappointing.

We arrived at this property for our annual Girls Trip and we were completely blown away. This property is just as described, and it is gorgeous. The property have 3 levels to the home perfect for a family and or friend getaway. It fit 7 of us comfortably, which it could accommodate up to 10. It is literally a walk to the beach AND the property is located in a prime, quiet cul de sac and the location is ideal to move around and get to the beach, shopping, and great restaurants and casinos easily.

This was a perfect location for our girl’s trip. This house is clean and spacious, we felt like it was a home away from home ! Very short walk to the beach and some of the restaurants. The property owner, Kristin was very helpful and easy to communicate with. My friends and I will be returning; hopefully next year!

We took my wifes mother and her aunt both have been widowed in the past year on a vacation with three of our adult children and our new grandbaby. We had such a great time family bonding and this property was perfect for us. We really enjoyed just relaxing and eating out around Gulfport. Thank you so much for making this property available for families. The location was great and it fit our needs perfectly.

Meeting Halfway
The house was perfect for our family living in Texas and Florida to meet along the Gulf Coast. While Gulfport the city leaves a bit to be desired, the house was wonderful. It had plenty of space, was clean, and Kristin was very helpful and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend!
