This spectacular beach home includes new flooring on the first and second floor, freshly stained decks with new furniture, new living room furnishings, upgraded bedding, and TVs in each bedroom. With an internet speed of 500 Mbps, you'll have reliable connectivity for your online needs. This is a gorgeous, dog-friendly home featuring three levels of living space with deck views that will stay with you for years to come. The third-floor kitchen and living room boast beautiful bamboo floors and broad views of Back Bay - you will be entertained nightly by our famous sunsets.

When evening falls, you'll love the home's nine cheerful and spacious bedrooms, most with their own private door leading onto the wraparound decks. There is a large private pool with lots of decking for lounging in the sun and a brand-new rejuvenating hot tub. The home includes canal access to Back Bay for kayaking, paddling, fishing, crabbing, or just taking in the natural treasures of the waterscape. You'll also be within walking distance of one of the widest parts of Sandbridge beach.

THINGS TO KNOW
The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October.
Gas fireplace is only for off-season use from October-May.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location on a quiet cul-de-sac with easy beach access. The check-in process was not pleasant because the house was still being cleaned at check-in time and wasn't completed until after another hour. After a long drive and with young children, it was very stressful. Also, we had a problem with the refrigerator not cooling. We were not offered any real solution or assistance so one of us managed to find a reset button for the fan filter which then turned the cooling process back on. The pool and hot tub were nice, but a pool net would have been handy to clean the debris out of the pool. The bedrooms were nice, but 2 did not have dressers so some had to live out of their suitcases for a week. We loved the location, and the kitchen was well stocked.

The location was perfect. Beautiful views and loved that it was tucked away from the main road. This made it feel safer with small children and dogs. The short distance walk to the beach was ideal. Thank you for providing a beautiful home to make lasting memories.

The kitchen fridge/freezer has an overwhelming smell of fish that’s imbedded into the fan so it doesn’t matter how much it’s wiped down, the whole unit and kitchen area reeks of fish and ruins your food and overall comfort in the kitchen. When we checked in, there was garbage scattered on the lawn and the house was not properly cleaned. There was toothpaste on sinks, dirty floors, stains on the kitchen counter and stovetop, food wrappers in the rec room, and, worst of all, we found vape drugs in the rec room. With little kids and teenagers in our group, this was extremely hazardous. The lower level does NOT heat well off season so we were cramming into upstairs bedrooms until space heaters arrived from the maintenance team the next day. The space heaters could not all be turned on in the lower level bedrooms without the circuit breaker popping so an overall temperature nightmare and we just didn’t have the amount of rooms available that we paid for…. The general manager of the sandbridge vacasa location told me I should be happy with all of their “solutions” and offered me no immediate compensation for our unexpectedly difference in experience.

This house overlooks a wildlife area on the bay side. The view out into the bay was nice. Kayaking from the house out into the bay was really fun for our teenagers. The house was super clean and well equipped. Would like to recommend putting in a basketball hoop for the teenage crowd. The fireplace would have been nice to use as we chose this house over another explicitly for use of that amenity. Unfortunately we found out at the last minute that we could not use the fireplace because the propane tank was scheduled to be replaced. Big disappointment for us as the weather was cold, blustery and rainy. We left a day early. Overall, the house is fantastic in a great location.

This trip was for a family re-union and we could not have been more pleased with this property!. The location was perfect, easy to get to, ALL the amenities, beautiful property. All of the above, and more, made our re-union so memorable...really did not want to leave.

See review on Vacasa. Doors and windows full of dirt and bugs. Decks in disrepair with nail sticking up broken boards. Gate broken. Mouse poop found in basement or lower level. Dishwasher had dirty dishes and dirty filter. Mold on shower curtain.

The house is so big!! Very spacious!! Plan on a lot of stairs!! Ask for extra toiletries like toilet paper, trash bags and towels. We ran out and only there 3 nights. The glass doors were all not wiped and dirty. The beach is just a short 2-4 min walk…parts of the ocean can be seen from some of the decks. Brand new hot tub-amazing!! The pool was closed but that was disclosed but looked amazing. The bedrooms are spacious. Just loved this home!!! A few minor touching details and it would be a 10!!
