The newest lodging sensation on Lake Texoma made its debut last spring. The incredible 3,000 sq ft house is specifically designed for large corporate or family gatherings, comfortably hosting 16+. You have four large bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen, gaming loft and massive open entertaining space inside and outside. Convenient parking with overflow and boat spaces included.

The Lodge offers a spacious outdoor patio area with an upscale grill, outdoor preparation kitchen and sink, tons of seating and a big TV to catch all the games! Inside you won’t be bored either. You and your guests can make memories playing the vintage pinball machine, shuffleboard (one inside AND outside), TVs in every room, and several arcade games in a blackroom. A real pellet stove is available to keep the place cozy over the winter!

Vacationing is a breeze with the fully equipped kitchen featuring two fridges and brand new cooking appliances. The main table seats 12 but the party doesn’t have to stop with an additional 7 bar stools available inside. You’ll have plenty of couch seating to relax and enjoy your getaway. There are 3 full bathrooms plus an additional half bathroom that is handicap accessible.

This is a beautiful, clean, and comfortable place to stay for a large group. Chris was the best Host. He checked on us periodically while we were outside to make sure we had what we needed for a great stay. My whole group was very happy with this stay. We rented the Captain’s Quarters house next door also and really had a great time with both places and the use of the beautiful pool at the Captain’s Quarters. Close to the lake and good restaurants in Denison and Pottsboro, beautiful entertainment spaces inside and out, nice bedrooms, bathrooms, and the kitchen is huge and very nice. We enjoyed this trip and made many happy family memories. We will most definitely do this again

We had a group of 15 stay here and the house was amazing! Plenty of room and entertainment for 5 grown boys! Host was very friendly and accommodating and answered any questions promptly!

We chose this beautiful home for our reunion this year. After being at Lake Altus for the last 25 years it was a little nerve wrecking changing. We chose this home because of the space it provided. We had about 40 people there for lunch with PLENTY of seating inside and out for everyone. We had 14 stay the night and the rest were able to drive in so we did make use of the overflow parking that was available for the day. The kids LOVED the pinball machines and games inside as well as the trampoline and games outside! They ran and caught fireflies and had so much fun. The AC worked GREAT in the house which was so nice. The beds were comfy and the whole house was accommodating. I think We used every square inch of the kitchen, 2 dining room tables, long bar and 2 refrigerators. I only Wish it had been a little easier to get to the actual lake but for the purpose of this trip, it was not too big of a deal. Thank you to the host for checking in and doing some extras for us that were unexpected but so appreciated

AMAZING!! Can’t recommend highly enough. We were celebrating an 80th birthday and a 60th wedding anniversary…. Perfect!! We rented both Captains Quarters and Fishing Lodge. We had 24 people age 4-80. Homes are on same lot so easy to move between them. We enjoyed large family meals and cooked on site. We also enjoyed a full day in the pool at Captains Quarters with lots of space and shade. Perfect stay! 10/10. We hope to stay again!!

Our group of friends like to rent a house or cabin for a weekend of playing board games, hiking, and hanging out etc. We really have to search places that work for like 10-16 adults staying somewhere and not some adults and lots of kids. The Lodge exceeded our expectations by far! Having 6 queen sized beds and a king and still a couple bunk beds or super comfortable couches was PERFECT! There was still ample space inside and out for us to gather around 2-3 tables to play games and eat etc. The property feels more like a home than a rental, everything we needed and more was available. The neighborhood was lovely and the walk down to the lake beach was a fun! Chris was a fantastic host and checked in on us throughout the weekend. We couldn't ask for more from a host, our group had a great weekend and we will definitely keep this place and his other properties on our list of places to come back to!

This property is a GEM💎& Chris is a AWESOME host ‼️ Our family ENJOYED our stay for our Thanksgiving Getaway ‼️ There’s plenty of beds , plenty of space & plenty of things to do for ALL ages ‼️ There’s a 10 minute walk to a beach & we never made it because we had so much FUN on the property… There’s a trampoline, basketball area, pool table, arcade games & lots of space to hang out both inside & out ‼️ We ENJOYED cooking in the large kitchen & grilling burgers 🍔 & hot dogs 🌭 outside… We will definitely be back during the Summer when it’s warm enough to swim in the pool I highly recommend this place to anyone that has a large family ‼️

This house has classic pinball machines, shuffleboard table, etc. Lots of fun for all the family. The great room is big and open for family gathering. We really enjoyed the stay here. It’s only a few minute drive to launch a boat at Grandpappy Point Boat Ramp.

The house was beautiful, plenty of room for all 16 of us. No one was on top of the other. There were plenty of activities for the kids an adults with the arcade games, the trampoline and hike to the lake. We enjoyed 3 days of family and close friends. We had family from out of state stay with us. We were able to have a wonderful 4 th of july experience. Thank you to Chris for all his hospitality.

We really enjoyed our 5 day stay. Chris was amazing and checked in on us regularly to see if we needed anything. He even offered to take our beach stuff down to the lake for us on his 4 wheeler. That was a little hard to maneuver-little hike down to the beach area-rocky and kind of steep but totally do-able. Overall great experience and we will be back. Thanks Chris!

Absolutely perfect for large gatherings! We had 7 dads and 10 kiddos ranging from 5-17 years old on our trip. The house was stocked with air mattresses, linens and plenty of condiments. It was clean and communication was awesome with Chris! He went above and beyond making sure our kiddos had a blast! We will back next year for sure!

We showed up on Friday and the place was awesome. We couldn’t figure out the gas (utility) situation for a bit however the owner was quick to respond to calls, texts, etc. This place has a bunch of amenities for your party to use and was awesome overall!

Spent the weekend with with 3 generations to celebrate a 75th birthday. Great accommodations - clean, lots of beds, bathrooms and "hang out" space, both inside and out. New appliances - 2 refrigerators was a plus! Kitchen was large and dining area seated all of us. Met the owner, Chris, and he offered to get us anything we needed and let us know he was available. Kids spent a lot of time outside exploring, playing catch, and on trampoline; and inside there were lots of arcade games, board games and shuffleboard. Great walk to the lake on the street or you can take a quick hike through the beautiful woods to get there. Outdoor space had lots of seating, gas grill, outside TV and fire pit. Would definitely consider staying here again - and possibly rent the next door property as well (also owned by Chris) for an even larger family gathering.

This house is amazing. It is unique with hand crafted details throughout. The layout was perfect for our family of 20 celebrating my mother's 80th birthday. The owner was VERY accommodating and the friendliest I've met. He even mailed some lost keys to us after the stay. The biggest thing we enjoyed about the home was the attention to details. Games, DVDs, multiple TVs including on the large back patio. I felt more like my own personal vacation home rather than some cookie-cutter condo rental. Will definitely be staying at Chris's house again in the future.
