About this house rental

Come relax and unwind in the beautiful San Tan Desert! This home has just been through many changes and upgrades! The brand new pool in the backyard is the most exciting! This is a heated private pool that you could be relaxing in and next to with your friends and family!
The backyard has seating for 6 people at the outside table and there is seating for 4 more people on the benches.

Free WiFi and Free wireless internet
Cox cable and High Speed internet are provided for your use!

Sleeping arrangement is:
Main bedroom: Queen
Bedroom 2: Queen
Bedroom 3: Queen
Den room: Queen
Living room has a Queen Size pullout couch

The den does have a set of double doors along with a single door to the living room. There is not a closet in this room but it is nice to have privacy when the doors are shut.

After you pay for your reservation we like to confirm your reservation by phone and exchange information.

Pool can be heated for additional fee. $350 for up to 7 days plus $50/per day afterwards.

This place was perfect for our week long stay. We enjoyed the patio and pool a lot. Everything was stocked well and also very easy to use appliances. Definitely would stay again. It fit all six of us 4 adults and two teens with space. Everything was very clean and well kept. Neighborhood was very quiet and clean.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, clean and comfortable home! Monica was so easy to work with and was on top of everything! My grandchildren loved the pool and all of the toys it came with! I will certainly rent this home again!

Our son was getting married at the winery in Florence, AZ. The house was only 30 minutes away. So it was a perfect location because you have multiple restaurants in Queen Cresk to choose from. Living room was a little tight for 8 adults to relax but we made it work. The only small complaint we had was the dog next door was barking any time we were in the back yard and that got annoying.

Our stay was relaxing and for the most part comfortable. Everything was clean and enjoyable. There were many food and shopping options available and near by. And the drive to our concert venue was fast and easy. The pool was amazing, and the home was very welcoming. The only small quirk we experienced is the beds were harder than expected. But other than that our stay was great!

Great stay! Rented for 4 weeks with friends. We always look for nice outdoor space and this one didn't disappoint! Nice location - always felt safe. Nice parks nearby. Close to shopping, restaurants and other activities. Monica made things super easy - check-in and communications were great. Would we stay again? You bet!

This house was perfect for our family who was visiting Arizona for a family wedding. The accommodations were lovely, and we greatly enjoyed the outdoor space and pool. When visiting Arizona again, we would definitely book this house again.

This was an excellent space for a few friends to get away for a week! The pool was perfect size and had awesome tiering so that you could just sit and be in the water or actually swim. The small things like movable umbrellas around the pool to provide shade, a pairable speaker for music, blankets in each of the nightstands as an additional level of comfort were just really nice. The property owner Monica was super responsive and accommodating. Navigating the neighborhood with all the cars parked on the street was difficult at times and we did have one morning where our driveway was partially blocked by a neighbor, but we made it work. Would definitely stay again!

The property was perfect for our visit. It was very clean & comfortable. We had one small issue with the air conditioning, but it was taken care of promptly, upon reporting it.

We had a great stay for a week in July. Pool was a great relief from the hot weather. We did have a dust storm come through and Monica told us how to manually turn on the self cleaner. The pool cleaned itself in a few hours and we were back in business! Crystal clear once again! Would stay again.

Victor and I, his wife, very much enjoyed our stay. Our 2 grandchildren, age 6 and 10 had a one night sleepover too. The place was spotless and very well stocked with everything we needed. Our grandchildren loved the floaties for the pool, and how kind that they had life vests for little ones. We hope to be able to rent this place again. Thank you awesome owners!

My wife and I have stayed at many VRBO homes. This house along with the service and owner assistance was the best of them all. The house is very well equiped and very clean. The grill is like brand new. The pool was serviced every week and kept perfect as well as heated exactly as I requested. I highly recommend this property. Thank you so much Monica

This rental is perfect for families. We are a family of six and everyone was able to have their own bed. The location is nice and central to many points of interest and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. The home is immaculate, stocked with everything you can think of and has a wonderful beach theme. The pool and outdoor seating area are spacious and comfortable. We will definitely be coming back to stay. Highly recommend this property..AAA++++

My family of six stayed four nights in December 2022. The house was immaculate and incredibly well equipped. The mattresses were awesome and the bedding plentiful. The neighborhood was quiet and well situated for our events in Queen Creek and Gilbert. We didn't use the pool, but the pool area is awesome and would be a blast if the weather were warmer. We will stay again for sure, it's a no-brainer at this price. The owner was awesome and communication was terrific. I received an email prior to our dates with pdf instructions for the house.

Our home suffered a flood and we needed to find a place to stay while repairs were being made. We found this place and the owner was incredible with us! She was very accommodating. Everything was clean; kitchen well stocked with what we needed and the grounds and pool were beautiful! We loved the Beach House feel in every room! It was so warm and welcoming! We would always recommend this place to our out-of-town visitors and those looking for a wonderful stay-cation!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. Monica was great to work with and quick to respond to my questions. The location was convenient to what we needed and the house set up was nice. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels provided, and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots/pans. The pool was nice and clean..had lots of pool floats and 3 umbrellas for shade! Outdoor seating was a plus too! We will rent this house again as we travel to the area often.
