This delightful beach home is reminiscent of coastal classic cottages where groups vacation year after year. The charming and sunny exterior features a professionally landscaped and enclosed yard lends for a perfect, relaxing vacation. Enjoy endless hours in the pool and sunning in comfortable chairs and chaises. The upper-level sun deck is a great spot for catching the gorgeous evening sunsets over the canal! The breezy screened porch is comfortably furnished and makes a great location for a relaxing morning coffee, enjoying the sights and sounds of summer.

The interior is painted with warm beach colors and filled with beach and nautical art. A spacious family room awaits your guests, offering a large TV, and five bedrooms that include a large king suite and private bath, with a separate door leading to the pool. All bedrooms offer TVs, and the two additional large bathrooms are located next to the other bedrooms. The layout makes this a great choice for a family to share with friends or relatives. The kitchen is open and well-equipped with cabinets and gadgets to help you prepare sumptuous summer meals. Access to the beach path is right across from the home. The owners offer you WiFi, a gas grill, and outdoor speakers.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October.
The fireplace is not operational.
This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We loved our stay! Super close to a private beach entry and a convenient short drive to shops, restaurants and VA Beach. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. 10/10

The property was very nice and worked out well for our family. We had 3 issues upon checking in, housekeeping had not been there, no cable tv, and no internet. Housekeeping showed up later that day and did a good job. Cable was fixed the next day and the internet was fixed the next day. They opened the pool early for us was requested which was nice

This house is not far from the beach which is a huge plus and it is very spacious! Love that there is a fenced in back yard, it made taking my pup out at night easy. You can cook in the kitchen and still be a part of the festivities in the dining area and the living room. It was a bit too cold and windy for us to use the screened in porch, but I'm sure when the weather is warmer it is nice to sit out there. The area is quiet and while it's not on the beach as soon as you step outside you can hear the ocean. We already have 2 more stays at this house booked.

I will give pros and cons about this house. The pros are: It is very cute and the rooms are nicely laid out. The master bedroom is lovely and very large. The kingsize bed is comfortable. The kitchen is adequate. The bedrooms are all nicely decorated and fairly large. The pool is lovely.

Great, dog friendly, beach house with a screened in front porch and rooftop deck for enjoying morning coffee and afternoon naps. The pool was a perfect break from the beach which was a short block or 2 away. Lots of comfortable indoor and outdoor seating and cooking amenities like a clean, gas grill. The house is bigger than it looks in the photos.

Awesome location and perfect for our family. The people managing the property are on top of it. The dishwasher wasn’t working and the property manager was quick to send someone out to fix it the same day.

My family and I came in for a gym competition and this location provided everything we needed and more! We tested it like home, as it looks like it’s the norm for renters of this property so far… I would definitely book this property for myself or another family trip again whenever!

The entire house was ranch style and no steps to climb up to enter nor exist. My sister are elderly and the house was a blessing for any one who has bad knees and problem climbing steps. We loved the pool but the depth needs to be displayed along the edges of the pool. Also the yard grass surrounding the pool needs to be kept cut low to cut down on the bugs.

Loved that the master was ‘separate’ from the rest of the house. Lovely pool and patio area with an outdoor shower. It was the perfect size for 3 families with young/small children. Beautifully decorated.
