There are multiple fantastic ski resorts on our doorstep! Drive just 8 minutes to hit the slopes at the Park City Mountain Cabriolet Ski Lift Base. Park City's Main Street and the Deer Valley Resort are also a short drive away. A 30-minute drive takes you to downtown Salt Lake City and the Salt Lake City International Airport.
Head home to your private balcony and hot tub, and relax with views of Rocky Mountain peaks, Olympic Park and the Swaner Eco Center nature preserve.

The main living room features tasteful wooden furnishings, a 3-person cream sofa and 2 comfy chairs. A huge, wall-mounted 55” flat screen means you’re all set for movie nights! Just outside the living room is a private terrace with seating for 2.
There’s a second balcony downstairs, complete with a luxurious hot tub. After an afternoon of shopping, or a day on the ski slopes, nothing beats turning on the bubbles and enjoying a long, hot soak! It’s even better at night when you’re relaxing under the stars.
You’ll feel inspired to cook every night in our stylishly outfitted chef’s kitchen - complete with dark wood units, granite counter tops and swish, stainless steel appliances. Once your latest culinary creation is ready, enjoy social mealtimes together around the 4-seater dining table.
Our condo sleeps 6 in total with 2 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom is situated downstairs and has 2 comfortable twin beds, making it feel like more of a guest bedroom. But with an en-suite bathroom, 40' TV and access to the hot tub, you may still want to claim this room for your own! The 2nd bedroom is located upstairs, and also has a 40' TV, along with a king size bed and a Jack & Jill bathroom. There’s also a full size pull-out bed in the living room.

Our Newpark Terrace is located in the heart of Newpark Town Center, so you’re walking distance from shopping, dining, entertainment, cafes, groceries and a range of recreational activities.
You're also within a 8-minute drive of world-class skiing and snowboarding at the Park City Mountain Cabriolet Ski Lift Base, as well as the incredible restaurants, local art galleries, and lively nightlife of historic Park City Main Street (a 14-minute drive).
A 9-minute drive takes you to Utah Olympic Park, while a 30-minute drive takes you to downtown Salt Lake City and the Salt Lake City International Airport. With over 1000 acres of permanent open space surrounding our location, you’ll love the feeling of space here.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Downstairs was cold w/ no heat (that we could find). TV's are old and picture quality is poor. Hot tub is basically a warm bath

as two former Park City dwellers we were back for a quick weekend visit for a friend and we’re thrilled to be close to all of our favorite amenities. Across from two of our favorite restaurants right above our favorite yoga studio walking distance to shopping groceries coffee food we never needed the car. The weather was fantastic. We were able to walk and bike right out the front door. This is a great home and anideal location.

Perfect location for Park City. My biggest regret is relying on the much hyped bus system (park at Kendall Juction Transit Center and hop on a bus). I would pay the $25/day and reserve parking at the lift base if you want to maximize your time on the slopes. I would not recommend for families with infants and toddlers as the false fire alarm problem appears to reoccur frequently due to pressure valve tie-ins.

Condo in excellent location, a few minutes drive from historic old town, hiking, shopping and dining. Interior furnishings were comfortable—great master bed—and the layout was perfect for privacy. Super clean and quiet. Definitely recommend.

Missing and wrong access codes
Front door code was incorrect. Arrived late and needed to get a hotel room instead of staying in the property we paid for.
There is a closed gate that needs a code to drive through. We didn’t know it existed and didn’t receive the code until midnight the day before checkout.
Very poor communication and thought went into this listing. Made for a terrible experience.

It is a two-story apartment in a condominium with many apartments, but nevertheless there were no disturbing noises. upstairs kitchen, living room and master bedroom with bathroom. downstairs, a room with its bathroom. In the balcony, a private hot tub, always hot. Hot tub unfortunately was not clean enough, with hairs and grease on the walls. After a fire alarm in the whole neighborhood, electricity went off in both rooms and same happened to internet. No positive reaction from Turnkey vacation (they blamed the condo) but I was able to solve it in the electrical box of the unit. Those two days were uncomfortable but it was not apartment fault. Good location, kitchen supplies and very comfortable bed in main room, with extra soft pillows.

This 2 story, 2 bed, 2 bath condo with hot tub was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 teens. Beds were very comfortable. Nice to have a garage to park in. The living area is open to the well equipped kitchen. Location was perfect to walk to dining and shopping nearby. Loved the keyless entry and exit.

It was a GREAT experience from check in to check out. The accommodations were very nice and very quiet. The gated community was a plus. Short walk from shops and restaurants. Drivable to any of the skiing we wanted to do. The hot tub was great after a day on the slopes. Other properties offered similar, but this was a great find.

Beautiful unit but not ready
Very nice unit, in a great location, but not quite ready for rental The gas fireplace did not work and it took numerous messages to establish it has not worked and needed parts. May not sound like a big deal but on a ski holiday, in a blizzard, a fire is really nice. Also., check in was frustrating. We arrived an hour early and parked out front. We asked to get in a bit early so I could make a zoom call. Answer was a hard no even though the unit was ready and empty. Finally, water heater must be too small because we could not even get three showers in before it ran out of hot water.

The power on the majority of the upper level was not functioning, including the WiFi, fireplace, and devices such as the television. The light was obviously a concern as well. We had to purchase a lantern from walmart to access the space at all. The host completely dismissed me and my concerns after the electrician could not resolve the issue, despite deceptively offering me compensation or move to another property. I was also made aware that the host knew of the power failures prior to my arrival based off of the review from the group who stayed immediately before us, and chose not to inform me whatsoever. The lack of communication and blatant dismissal of my concerns was unacceptable. Every time I reached out to them they informed me my information was being passed on to their “home care team” who could never be bothered to reach out. Even more frustrating was we returned from skiing to find our front door unlocked and wide open. When I reached out regarding that incident the home care team responded almost immediately, making it obvious the were intentionally ignoring me about all other issues. It also looks like based on their current availability, they have guests staying there as of the same day we checked out who are no doubt experiencing the same problems. I truly believe they are scamming people and then ignoring them so they won’t lose out on any profits during the time they would not be able to accommodate guests to get the required repairs.

Loved it!
We booked this for a girls weekend and really enjoyed it. Beds were very comfortable. Hot tub was awesome. Patio view was fun! Checkout list was only 2-3 simple things. Awesome location close to shopping and food. If you book make sure to read the guest portal check in info closely. I didn’t read it through and it was dark when I arrived. I didn’t realize I was looking for a gate (Completely my bad because it’s clear in the guest portal). It was a little tricky to find the gate in the dark but property management immediately answered my text with an explanation and then we found it quickly. Property management was great. This would also be a fun family location although my explorer sport barely fit in the garage with the side mirrors both pulled in.... if your family vehicle is oversized it would not work as there is no curb parking. I would love to stay here again.

Condo with Hot Tub and views - close to shopping and food
Great location - Hot tub on this property is great. Close to all the shopping and food. Nice views of the nature preserve. Garage is a little tight - door code was 10 digits to unlock and lock again which was a bit annoying. The two twin beds are too small for an adult, really only suitable for children - otherwise this place is just as great as the pictures

One concern
I was very pleased with my vacation rental overall, unfortunately the one concern that I have was that the hot tub maintenance company had access to my rental. A woman on her own should not have to worry about a man entering her home without permission, but that is what happened. This person had a key to my apartment and entered while I was showering. Local management told me that the company did not impose a risk and " I should not be concerned.

Perfect Family Getaway near Park City
My family and I stayed at this property for a few days, and it was the perfect, home-away-from-home getaway for us. The space is well laid out, so everyone can be together but still have privacy when needed. The kitchen is well equipped, and the property is near great grocery stores (Whole Foods. Smith’s), so we enjoyed cooking most every night we were there and eating together at the large dining table. The location was great, providing easy access to both Salt Lake and Park City for fun, sight-seeing, shopping, and dining during the day with a retreat at night. The private, easy to use hot tub was a lovely addition to the end of a long day! TurnKey staff was responsive and friendly, especially in regards to check-in and out, and we knew they were there should we need anything throughout the weekend. We would highly recommend staying here!!

Ski Condo
Very nice unit in a developing neighborhood. Bring a flashlight with you just in case the power goes out like we experienced. There are no candles or flashlights in the unit. Still a very nice condo.

We had a great time, great property with nice amenities. About 15 min drive to Canyons or Park City. Lovely stay.
