This beautiful, well equipped, house is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Located 10 minutes away from Folly Beach and 15 minutes away from Downtown Charleston. Perfect for a family, group of friends, or people traveling for work!
The house is very cozy and clean with 3 bedrooms, 2 full sized bathrooms, a dining room, full kitchen, living area, and washer/dryer. The kitchen has just been completely renovated with brand new appliances! The house is stocked with all of the essentials including coffee, kitchen utensils and pans, laundry detergent, beach towels and much more! There is ample yard space and a large driveway and carport.
Within 10 minutes you can be sitting on Folly Beach or in 15 you can be in the heart of historic Downtown Charleston - the best of both worlds!
Another 20 minutes and you are on Kiawah or the Isle of Palms.
5 minutes away from The Cozy Corner is also an array of delicious, local restaurants, golf courses, James Island County Park and much more!

The property is just as described on the website. We loved the spacious main bathroom; it was perfect! Also, everything was just as described. Loved the fact that the property was so close to Folly Beach and convenient to everything. The house had everything we needed plus some extras! The outside was great for relaxing in the evening you even had lawn chairs and beach towels...it was great. Thank you

Cute little house that looks just like the pictures. Close to everything and yet a quiet neighborhood. Surrounding houses are well kept too. Hostess was easy to get ahold of and responded in a timely manner. The house was equipped with all that we needed. Plus James Island and Charleston were awesome places to visit! Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough good about this property, from the location, to the hostess, to the cleanliness and amenities this property was everything we hoped it would be. The hostess should write a book on how to prepare your home and communicate with guests as she truly knows how to provide a premiere experience. If your looking for a great neighborhood that is quiet and great for daily walks, if you want all the comforts of home and more, and if you want to be in the perfect location to enjoy both the city and the beach, you've found it! We will surely consider Charleston in our future travel plans and will definitely use this home again.

My wife and I stayed here for 1 week in early May. As other reviews have stated, clean, quiet neighborhood, perfect location to either Folly Beach or downtown Charleston. Bed was very comfortable and if you get a chance, try Ellis Creek Fish Camp for great seafood. Will definitely return for our next trip to area.

We were in town for the Charleston Classic and could not have picked a more perfect rental. The house was a short 10-15 min drive to downtown and there were many food options within just a few minute drive from the house. The house was clean and well maintained. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and came stocked with all the main essentials you may need for your stay (main toiletries, etc). We would definitely book again next time we are in town!

The house was spotlessly clean (the owner gets her money's worth from the cleaning fee) and in a great neighborhood. It was close to Folly Beach and convenient to all we wanted to do in Charleston. The owner thought of many details that made the house more like home. We will definitely stay here again!

This was one great little house. The beds were comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and the kitchen was stocked with the basics we needed to cook a quick meal. The owner is kind enough to put basic needs in the house (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags), and they also had items in case you forgot something. They were a pleasure to deal with and it is the little touches that made this one of the best VRBO’s we have ever stayed in. I will definitely keep this one as a place for future stays for me and my family and friends.

This home had everything we needed for our week’s stay. It was very centrally located but in a quiet neighborhood. Very easy to get to Folly Beach/Charleston/Mt Pleasant. Property owner was very responsive and knowledgeable about preparations for possible hurricane (which didn’t come).

Cozy Corner was a wonderful place to stay. We were moving my daughter to College of Charleston. The property was exactly in the middle between the college and Folly Beach. It's probably the first house I've been to, that was so well equipped with everything you could imagine (felt like I was home). It was also extremely clean, and the beds were very comfortable. I will stay here again when I come to visit my daughter!

The Cozy Corner was perfect for our first visit to Charleston. The home was well equipped and supplied with just about everything a person needs to spend a week on vacation. Very clean and comfortable rooms in a great location to get downtown and to Folly Beach.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was well maintained, clean and felt like home. The photos online did not do it justice. It was very cold (low temperatures 20 degrees) and the HVAC kept us warm and pipes did not freeze. So glad we stayed here. Quick response from owner was nice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Charleston and its proximity to Folly Beach. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was very clean and well equipped with a fully stocked kitchen and outdoor grill. The beds were super comfortable and the owner was easy to communicate with and responsive. We will certainly be returning!
