Four bedroom (2 are Master bedrooms) and 3 full bathrooms! Casa Vista Verde VII’s outdoors makes you feel like in a most relaxing paradise! Nice surrounding trees, and a huge yard where you can lay back and relax to your heart’s joy! Also, with a charcoal grill and plenty of seating chairs.
*Casa Vista Verde VI will make you feel at home (up to 14 guests can sleep here)!
*We have a nice professional pool table. There is also a nice regulation size ping pong table, poker table and of course, a fuss-ball table as well for your enjoyment! In Casa Vista Verde you will experience fun & entertainment “come rain or come shine” (we guarantee 100% no snow)!
Our kitchen is equipped so all you could need is available, just like home.
*Central air-conditioning, High-Speed Internet, washer and dryer and a TV on each bedroom!
Please note:
The original price covers up to 4 guests, however, many times at the last minute, relatives and friends want to join and be part of your vacation adventure. To keep prices at a great value, after the first 4 guests, any extra guest/s must pay an additional fee of $20.00 each per reservation night. All payments must be made thru the booking site prior to the check-in. Please note that extra guest/s payments are made based on the total nights of you booking/reservation, even if the person is staying one or two nights only.

We are pet friendly with a huge, fenced yard! We have a onetime $100.00 pet fee for each furry guest. Please let us know how many pets are tagging along to update your quote.

Property was not like the pictures. Broken chairs around pool. Could not sit in if you over 50. Also the gutter over the porch was falling down and the grounds by pool were not well keep. Party next door several nites. Loud... The property was ok. Would not stay there again. The Manager was very nice when I told him the problems with the property

In town for a baseball tournament. House was great for two families with all the needed towels, etc. Washer/dryer were lifesavers for uniforms. Nice kitchen. Easy to book and owner easy to reach.

I knew i wanted to be close to the wedding, for me and my husband, but also for my 82 year old mother-in-law, aunt, brother and cousin..plus the 2 dogs! I wanted space, a pool, kitchen, all in a comfortable setting. Jose answered all my questions and the house was perfect.

This was our first family vacation, since COVID. It was absolutely the BEST trip. The house was true to the listing. It accommodated the people & fur babies in our family. We enjoyed the entire house right down to the game tables. My kids lived in the pool everyday. Plus, we were minutes from all attractions. We are already planning our next stay.

My husband and I with our 6 children were in the area for a funeral. This property was able to accommodate all of us and it was close to all the events we had to attend and near our relatives in Longwood, FL. It is easy to get to from the airport and is close to stores like Target and Publix.

We have stayed here for the past 2 years during a hockey tournament in the area. It is very conveniently located near the ice rink, in a great neighborhood/location to shops and food. Would highly recommend.

Having the four bedrooms was a plus with adult grandchildren. Pool table was a big hit with old and newer adults. Outside pool was inviting but water was to cold to use. Ping pong table was also a draw to grandkids. Cats roaming yard and large dog barking at night was a minus. Very nice refrigerator and washer/dryer. We had busy days do most of time was there in evenings so did not use kitchen area.

The property was very clean and orderly. Perfect for my OCD. My granddaughter's wedding was labor Day weekend. 3 of us came from MN. The rest of the family lived in FL near by. We used the property for dinners, swimming, and games. So much was provided at the property we only left one day to go to Kelly Park. Pool table, fooseball, swimming pool, ping pong. Perfect entertaining home. I would definitely rent the property again. Thank you.

We came down from Nebraska to see family and Jose's home was a great central location for us. We were there for a concert which was only 25 min from the house, and we also went to the Kelly park, another quick 25 minute drive. We loved hanging out back and especially being in the pool. Jose was prompt with communication and with brining extra towels over when asked. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

It was a nice place for my family to stay. We were dropping our daughter off for her second year at UCF. The house looks just as it does in the photos. The pool table and swimming pool were great pass times for the entire family. The beds all slept well. We were greeted by a few uninvited guests (super large cockroaches) but it is FL. Thanks for sharing your home with my family.

The house was very welcoming. It was no problem getting in and checking out. With the exception of our two teenagers, the rest of us were over 40. Three of us have significant mobility issues but Jose's house is clearly set to accommodate mobility issues. The games were great, especially the pool table. It kept the men entertained while the women did the lady talks. The pool was really great and easily accessible. Overall, we enjoyed Jose's house and I would select his home for my future visits to Winter Springs. We tried to leave the house almost as clean as it was when we arrived, including gathering the soiled sheets and towels. We were not able to sweep and mop the floors because we could not find any accessible tools for us to use. We improvised where we could. We trust that we left the house in a satisfactory manner for the host and his cleaning crew. Jose's house is the best because it was clean, comfortable, and already prepared to accommodate mobility issues. For this we are eternally grateful.

The owner made the process extremely easy. He was available for every need and question that arose. The property was just as listed and described. The owner was easy to communicate with and flexible to our last-minute needs and requests. The only minor challenge is that the A/C seems insufficient for such a big unit. However, the experience was awesome, and I would definitely recommend this location to others.

We had to change previously scheduled vacation plans in Oregon, due to the unexpected death of one of our grandsons. I was relieved to find this property, due to its size and proximity to our son's home. We were delighted with the size of the home and the various amenities. We had family fly in from Texas and spent three of the nights with my husband and me. My son and his family came over two of the evenings we were there, and our other son joined us as well. The grandkids had a blast. It was heartwarming to see them play, and not video games! Jose was a gracious host and very responsive. We will definitely look for this home again next time we plan to be together, and hopefully for a happier occasion.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was out of the busy traffic but really convenient to everywhere we wanted to visit. Very clean with plenty of entertainment, pool table, ping pong and the pool was excellent. Check in was easy, checkout even better.

Our host was very hospitable and responded promptly to all communication. Went above and beyond to ensure a good stay. Property is spacious, great for family or friends, the pics don’t quite do it justice. The billiards table and sticks were in good playable condition, not just for the listing. There were many TVs most if not all of them smart. Walkable distance to local stores.

Over all it was a very nice place. The coffee maker didn't work very well and on Friday the 20th the house next door to the left had a very loud party till 3:00 am, keeping everyone awake.

The rooms are big and spacious. Loved the pool room, we played so many games. The pool was big and clean. Amenities were great. Washer and Dryer were great. There are a few minor maintenance issues that could be easily fixed, but overall we really enjoyed the place and the host was easy to contact.

The home is in a quiet neighborhood and quite comfortable with lots of home entertainment for everyone. Jose was great is making us feel at home.

We enjoyed a week at this lovely and conveniently located home while waiting to move into our new home in a neighboring town. The house was a comfortable, clean and convenient home base with a swimming pool as a bonus.
