Good price

The owner met us late in the evening, introduced us to the apartment, the apartment is very tidy with a view of the sea, in a fridge we found bottle of water and juice, tomatoes, grapes, from the owner's garden. The rooms were regularly maintained, the owner was very polite he answered all the questions. He gave us sunubrella during the holidays. The place is quiet, the sea is right there. I liked everything very much. We are satisfied. We will definitely back again.

Overall, great! Again, the host was amazing! probably the best part of the stay!

The host, Kostas, was the absolute best!! he spent a lot of time trying to fix a problem I had with an Albanian trip. Very kind man! the property was lovely, in a quiet part of the area, very close to the beach, as stated.

The bed is very hard! (as others have mentioned)

Amazing stay, very good clean apartment, will definitely return.

Apartment immaculately clean, spacious with good balcony, towels and sheets changed regularly, only 150 meters from lovely sandy beach. Owner Kostas very welcoming and friendly host, always available to assist or answer any questions.

Bathroom could do with a spruce up, new shower head, and shower screen removed and replaced with a wrap round curtain, but was very clean.

A very nice accomodation near a beautiful sandy beach, with fridge and electric hob. Mr Kostas is a great host and his figs are delicious !

Welcoming host, cozy studio. Recomended!

Kostas is a very welcoming host. He was promptly responding and he personally greeted us when we arrived. He also prepared a plate full of his tasty figs to enjoy during our stay. Our studio was at floor level, had an antique feeling and was very well maintained. There were a kettle, a coffee maker and a functional kitchen. There was also a small private space outside to enjoy the meals. Everything was tidy and clean.

Based on our personal preferences, the mattresses were a little too firm.

Nice room in quiet location

Nice room in quiet location approx. 2 minutes walking to the beach. Outside shower. Laundry lines (on the balcony) Welcome gift (tomatoes from the owner's own garden)

The kitchenette could be better equiped. There are some pots, silverware and plates but I was missing some sharp knife. Might be a detail for someone but didn't like the old style 2 handles sink faucet.

Lovely time in Agios Georgios

I liked everything at the property: friendly and helpful owners (thanks for excellent tomatoes and water - the welcome present from the hosts), spacious room, very clean, all facilities in order, lovely small garden. Close to the beach, and the beach is lovely: golden sand and crystal clear water (a bit too shallow, but still all right). There are umbrellas and sunbeds for little fee.

This is NOT what I did not like, but just a word of warning to some kinds of travellers. It happened that I was there after car accident, broken ankle and surgery. So I have swollen ankle and walking difficulties, walk with the stick, limping. It was crusial for me, to have the beach in close proximity and flat terrain. And was indeed about 50 (well, 100-150) metres to the beach, BUT! the village is on the plateau, and in order to reach the beach you should go down on rather steep (about 30%) paths or steps. I was not able to use the paths and thought that even being physically fit I would not dare to take them. There were steps at the taverna Malibu which were wide and long, but uneven and without banisters. I managed them somehow, but going down to the beach and then up from the beach was a real and painful challenge. Another thing: the shops were about 800 m - 1 km away, so going there with the walking stick and carrying back purchases was not easy. The conclusion: excellent accommodation, friendly and efficient owners, lovely beach, but for old people, people with walking difficulties, mums with babies this part of Agios Georgios might be not the best choice. I do not know about other parts of the village.

Excellent room and location and very friendly owner.

Great location. 2 minute walk to the beach. Great views from room. Very friendly welcome and excellent service during our stay. Would highly recommend and most definitely would return.

Hot greece

Simple standard 1-room-apartment near the beach in a calm area of the village. Next restaurant and bars are around the corner. Living room/bed room/kitchen with air-conditioning system, little kitchen and modern tv. The room was cleaned regularly and waste emptied every day. The owner Kostas is an very helpful guy who will support you where it is possible. Just ask him. He can speak good English.

Great place to stay

Very close to the beach amazing to relax and rest night very silent, a lot of places to eat, good parking and. Kostas is an amazing person and hostage, his tomatoes and peppers are delicious

Superb

The place was calm and relaxing. The room was comfortable and clean, had everything you'd need. Nice and friendly staff. The beach was very close, sea very clean. Ideal place for a nice holiday.

Perfect holiday in a perfect place.

Perfect accommodation in a perfect location if you are looking a quiet nice sandy beach. Rooms was clean, beds comfortable, very nice view from the terrace. Sandy beach with clear water only two minutes walk, very nice restaurants near by, supermarkets, everything you need just to spend nice time of the holiday. The host was very friendly and helpful. I recommend also visiting the island of Corfu, especially Paleokastrisa and Kerkyra (Crofu town).

Very good

Very close to the beach, quiet location, doesn't get too hot inside (even without AC), very helpful host. Nearby is a great greek restaurant, Malibu.

To arrive to the location from the airport you need a shuttle (the host can help you if you ask a few days prior to the arrival) or a taxi (which is expensive, about 50-60€). The green buses are available only once or twice a day.

Everything was perfect and the host was extremely friendly.

We received home-grown tomatoes and peppers. The beach is very close, like 2 minutes of walking. The room is equipped with everything you need.

Good experience!

In this place you feel like home! Beautiful surroundings with roses and trees. Our host was very helpful and he made us feel comfortable and pampered;) It was clean and nice accommodation with easy reach to the beach and restaurants. Facilities like grill, parking, beach equipment were available additional.
