A large capacity sauna, and outside, a jacuzzi set on a huge terrace offers you a breathtaking view of the mountains.

SITUATION: Located 1.8km from the village centre. Free shuttle bus nearby (in high winter season).
South/West and South/East exposure.
4x4 vehicle or chains mandatory, access to the chalet is by road but it is often snowy (cleared twice daily).

DESCRIPTION:
Traditional farm house in a peaceful area with beautiful views. Approx 270sqm on two levels + mezzanine. Sauna and large terrace with hot tub and garden.
GROUND FLOOR:
- Entrance porch with ski room with boot and glove drier.
- Separate toilet
- Bedroom 1: King sized double bed. Shower room with toilet
- Fully equipped kitchen, open plan dining area and sitting area
- Sitting area with fire place, TV and access to South West facing balcony
- Access to mezzanine/cinema room with TV area and games for children
GARDEN FLOOR:
- Sauna, utility room, laundry room - tumble dryer and washing machine, access to large sun terrace leading to outside hot-tub
- Bedroom 2: Twin beds (possible to convert to super king size double bed). Luxury bathroom with large double ended tub, separate walk-in shower and toilet. South West facing window
- Bedroom 3: Children's room with 2 x bunk beds and a sofa bed. South West facing window. Bathroom with shower over bath tub and toilet.
- Bedroom 4: Twin beds (possible to convert to super king size double bed). Shower room with shower and toilet. South East facing windows.
- Bedroom 5: Super King size double bed. Bath room with large double ended tub, separate shower and toilet. Access to South East facing terrace.

Under floor heating, 2 TVs, 4K blu-ray DVD player, Sky, Niam Mu-So Bluetooth music system, Wi-Fi,sauna, 8-10 person Cedar wood exterior hot tub, 2 dishwashers, American style fridge/freezer, 2 double ovens, induction hob, microwave, wine fridge, coffee machine, washing machine/tumble drier, boot and glover dryer, ski room.
