Cozy and centralized from all the attractions!

They were located in the center of the town, where all the attractions we were looking at. Parking was great, we had plenty of space for our enclosed motorcycle trailer! Our room was cozy with a comfy bed. We will see them again next summer.

Only an overnight not much time to explore the area

The room was a bit dark and we had to locate a heater for the night which was easy.

Amazing stay

Shower/ toilet were clean, ac nice and cold, the whole cabin smelled of cedar which I loved. There were complimentary towels, hand soap, shampoo. The linens were nice and clean & pillows very comfortable to sleep on. Mini fridge was great and microwave came in handy as did the coffee pot with 2 mugs sugar and creamer. Tables benches and chairs outside your rooms to sit on and listen to the music of people playing live on Fridays & It's pet friendly too. Great stay can't wait to come back again!!

No Towel bars by sink or shower.

I was there to access fun / twisting motorcycle roads . The hotel was a perfect location to base myself and the hote

The staff were fantastic, almost made you feel like you were at home without the yelling children and mad wife.

Great Place

The hotel is wonderful and so was the staff, had one issue with the door and that was promptly taken care of. Only things I would suggest is a better A/C window unit, old needs upgrade, fountain drinks with Diet Dr. Pepper. Great place and atmosphere otherwise!! Kudos!!

The location was good.

That I found bed bugs in my room and I’m supposed to have a refund for my stay but they have sent it in yet and anytime booking try’s to get ahold of them they don’t answer the phone.

you get what you pay for

cheap rate, friendly staff

towel racks fell off the walls. shower head needs to be replaced. community benches means waking up to neighbors talking right outside window. one window missing curtain and the light was right in line with our faces

Phenomenal!!!!!!

The room was nice!!! We stay in the Lantana. The area of Leakey was beautiful. We went to ride the 3 Twisted Sisters and that we’re amazing!!!! The staff at the Inn was exceptional!!!! The 1st night of our stay there was a medical emergency in one of our neighboring rooms. The couple rode in on a bike. The owner of the Historic Leakey Inn gave the tenants the keys to his personal vehicle so that the husband could follow the ambulance to the hospital. Very Very impressed!!!!!! We will definitely book a room or a cabin at the Historic Leakey Inn on our next trip to the 3 Twisted Sisters!!!!

The Historic Leakey Inn is cute and comfy but wish it was in a better area.

The office offered free popcorn at check in and we had a microwave and fridge in the room for food. The owner’s dog that lives on the property is so friendly and was my favorite part of our experience. The bar that’s connected is lively on Friday nights if you’re into that.

The room was humid and didn’t have enough windows but the air conditioning helped.

A fantastic experience exceeded expectations

Fun atmosphere. Good tasting and well portioned food at onsite kitchen. Bar was ok. Lots of locals made it fun.

The next time I'm riding the area, I will give them another shot to see if it was a one time issue.

The location was great. The individual buildings were really neat and the old school cabin feel was fantastic. If you are riding the 3 Twisted Sister, this is a great location to stay.

The booking said that there would be no one at the desk after 5pm. I arrived at 4:30pm and no one was there and the door was locked. They did leave my door code for me to pick up and get into the room. Upon getting into the room, I found that they hadn't changed out the towels and the dirty towels from the previous guest was in a pile on the floor. I went back down and called the number that was left in the event you needed to talk to someone but of course, no one answered so I left a message asking for clean towels. I left and went to dinner hoping that there would be towels when I returned but no luck. There was one clean washcloth that I used to dry off after my shower. Speaking of the shower, the hot water lasted barely long enough for me to get into the shower after it got to a reasonable temperature. Good thing I'm not a hot/warm shower person because my family wouldn't have been able to shower with the cold temperature.

overpriced and outdated

Location, close to two national parks.

The most expensive single king room looks like a chicken coop. The property required renovation a long, long time ago. You don't get what you see on “instagram” like pictures.

My mother and I loved the historic aspect of the Inn. We enjoyed Max the pup who looked out for us and the property.

Very quaint property with vintage features. Beautiful plantings and outdoor seating to enjoy. Extremely comfortable bed.

Be prepared for noise from live music if you’re there on a night when a band is playing and from other guests outside your door.
