The facilities, the restaurant were really good.
The staff are also very welcoming and friendly.
You could also book a place for muay thai training.
They made our trip to Nosara more relaxed.
I Recommend this place !! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for us

We stayed in the tent for a night. It was a lovely experience with a large private outdoor area and shower. The pool was great for cooling off, it’s set in a beautiful location, nestled in the lush forest yet so close to Guinoes, the coffee’s delicious and everyone was really helpful and friendly. We’d highly recommend this place

Jesús and Warner we’re the best hosts! They make amazing smoothies and coffee. The room is also quite nice especially for the price. You feel like you’re sleeping in the middle of the jungle!

The proximity to nature. Staff calls you by first name the pool was very cool high up. The kickboxing class I attended was very fun.

Great restaurant, pool was incredible! really cool atmosphere and bar. This was right up our alley and there have been a ton of improvements. Had a coffee with the owner and a great chat, really good guy. The coffee was the best we had!

Loved the pool as well as the quiet hang out places near the pool with the shady hammocks and the lovely area made available for yoga, reading etc up there on hill with the breezes near the jungle away. The communal area was comfortable and nice to hang out while you do your own stuff on computer or whatever. Sitting at the bar you could always strike up a conversation and meet new people. Great selection of food , smoothies , coffees in the restaurant.
Easy relaxed atmosphere and great positive energy of the Dojo students classes going on.I really enjoyed the entire staff and folks who run this place.I would stay here again!
My month long stay in a Glamping hut I anticipated as a quiet retreat was too centrally located to the main communal area -so it was noisy from activity - music in the restaurant and bar, people playing at nearby pool table into the night..along with hearing other renters in the next door huts..That being said ;It's all very jovial and does quiet down around 10 pm. However; I had asked for, and actually was assured I would be given a hut "on the end" but that was not the case. I was put in one which was not ready when I arrived hot and tired from my long trip to get there & I had to wait over an hour in the mid afternoon heat for them to clean my hut for me to take my shower and relax, settle in. I asked to upgrade to a room immediately but everything was full. I would stay here again but k it will be to rent a room with more privacy and air conditioning. I think the huts are fun, novel adventure for short stays (if you are out for the day ) but simply too hot in the high dry season to "live" there the way I did..

Daughter left her favourite toy behind. Amazing help and they send it home in the post for us. Really appreciated.

The room has a comfortable bed. There's silence so it's good if you want to rest.
There's a cockroach problem that needs attention. We found 5 big ones crawling in the bathroom. We had to get bug spray just to get through the night. Totally disappointing. In fairness, I was there a few months ago and there wasn't a problem. It's just that they have to be on top of fumigation. The gutter in the shower was open, and I think they crawled in that way. Freaky to say the least. Aside from that, the bathroom has poor lighting, and a black floor. Speaking of lighting, the outside light of the room was burnt, so at night it was pitch black, with no other hotel lighting in that area at all. Not good.

Friendly, efficient check-in. Good early dinner in open-air bar/restaurant on first night. Told they'd help me with motorcycle rental in the morning. Tiny, clean room, with a/c and wee fridge, was very cosy, slept well.
Whole place utterly deserted the first morning, no restaurant, no desk, no staff, no motorcycle (told later "completely forgot"). Went out for morning. Housekeeper served me beer in afternoon, while she was there having lunch. Asked and told she could do a small load of laundry for me. When I went out again later, she was folding it and I (don't speak Spanish but) understood she was going to put it in my room when she finished. When returned around 7pm, whole place in blackness, again no restaurant/bar. No clothes in room. Eventually found next morning at check-out. There were karate (?) lessons going on throughout for kids and adults but, I don't think they were guests.

The staff super friendly, excellent service. The food in the restaurant is definitely a 10, you really don’t need to go anywhere else.

David the owner and Warner the chef were very kind and personable. The place was cozy and fun. THE POOL IS BEAUTIFUL. You have to go up a lot of stairs to get there, but the view is worth it! They grow there on veggies on site and have the best hammock chairs!

The villa was great, good air-con and wifi. The bed was large and comfortable with puffy pillows and cool linen. The common areas and bar were welcoming, as were the staff and enjoyed my stay.
Nothing.

We stayed in one of the "glamping" huts for 4 nights. The hut itself is roomy enough for two people to have luggage separate from the sleeping and dining area. The bathroom was nice and big. No hot water, which is kind of standard in Costa Rica. But you wouldn't want a hot shower in that heat. The hut is made of mesh so of course there is no air conditioning but there were two fans that circulated the air as best they could. The kitchenette was equipped with a little fridge and single burner stove which was enough for us to make some meals. There is a communal sink where you wash your dishes then bring them back to your hut.
The pool was a bit of a trek uphill but you got a stunning view and the pool itself is huge and luxe.
Carson, the receptionist, was very helpful when we asked for recommendations of activities and restaurants.
The place is called Jungle's Edge for a reason; you can hear howler monkeys and birds at night and early morning and iguanas were about and on the roof of the hut as well. If you are a light sleeper these sounds may disturb you but if you are a nature lover you may love it.

Expensive restaurant, little choice, closed on monday, not very clever service (kitchen closed without being notified=no desert)

Nice facilities, really enjoyed the infinity pool and yoga/workout spaces. All the equipment I needed was there! Hang out spaces were comfortable too. Was a bit far from the main city Center but didn’t mind the walk, or just a quick and cheap tuk tuk ride away!
Prices at the restaurant were expensive. Paid way too much for a green salad. That being said all ingredients were fresh and delicious, and I think the owner recognized that as it seemed the prices may have decreased the day before I left. Bar was only open until 8, would have liked it to be a bit later! But also appreciated That there wasn’t a rowdy crowd Up late as my room was directly behind the main eating area.

The concept is nice
it is closer to a Camping than a Lodge or even Glamping.
No warm water to shower
Common areas were messy and dirty
bungalows on top of each other without privacy

It’s off the beaten path but still accessible. it is possible to walk into town without walking on the main road if you take the “sidewalk” to Bodhi Tree and then cut over. glamping cabins were well equipped, full kitchen, good fans. the pool area is unique and has a great sunset view.
the staff were all wonderful, and the food was surprisingly delicious.
my shower didn’t work but the owner quickly tried to fix it and when he couldn’t, directed me to a common shower and gave me free breakfast to compensate.
it was a little buggy, but not much more than other places I stayed in the area. glamping cabins are definitely not very private (walls of screen/mesh, close together), so if you don’t want to hear/be heard definitely choose a different spot. another reviewer commented on the owner’s treatment of a staff member, which I now understand. I would say most of the conversations I overheard between owner and staff were appropriate but there were two times where the owner was quickly angered and did not treat staff kindly, which made me a bit uncomfortable. I would just like to remind the owner that his staff are kind people who deserve to be treated with respect, and to try to give them the benefit of the doubt when potential conflicts/miscommunications arrive…you’re working with great people!! :)

We stayed in the glamming tent, it was comfortable.
The tents are quite close to one another, so you hear conversations, alarm clocks etc…
