Visita a Zara e dintorni

La comodità dell'ampio parcheggio e la posizione su una strada di grande scorrimento facilitano molto l'arrivo in struttura. La colazione, solo salata come da tradizione Croata, è composta ad esempio da omlette (3 uova) con prosciutto e formaggio, fatte al momento, succo di frutta, affettati vari (salame, salame piccante, prosciutto, formaggio), poi ci sono le marmellatine, patè vari, nutella, burro, miele, fette di pane ottimo e poi veramente buono il cappuccino o altre bevande calde. La struttura è dotata di ristorante con specialità alla griglia, sia carne che pesce, le porzioni sono veramente abbondanti e con cifre modiche si mangia bene. Ricordate che non si riesce a mangiare sia il primo e il secondo perchè le porzioni sono veramente abbondanti, ne basta uno. Consiglio la carne alla griglia oppure il risotto ai frutti di mare... Se passate da Zara fate un salto anche solo a cena, ne vale la pena...

One night stay on a trip

Location for travelers on a trip with big parking is excellent on the main road to the center of Zadar, but in our case traffic woke us up early in the morning since our apartment was on the street side.

Apartment with big windows and doors had only inside curtains in them and it was rather hot in the bedroom since only living room had air conditioning.

Stinky place!

It’s not mentioned anywhere that the hotel is situated right over a restaurant with numerous grills that are working ALL THE TIME so everything is filled with the smell of GRILLED PORK. We couldn’t open the windows or use the terrace because of the smell. Thankfully we only stayed 2 nights, I’m surprised this hotel has so many good reviews.

Clean room and bathroom, with access to the balcony. Super nice, friendly and helpful staff. Large continental breakfast. Great localisation with quick access to the bus station, beach and airport.

Nice place I would visit again when in Zadar

Very nice place, around 2 km from the city centre. The room was clean and comfortable, there's a balcony too. It's located on a main street, but the room was quiet. There's a breakfast in the restaurant downstairs. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Exceeded my expectations: big enough room, super clean, everything worked perfectly!

My stay at Riva Rooms/Sobe at the end of July 2022 exceeded my expectations. The room for 1 person is just big enough, it gets cleaned daily (fresh towels each day), everything worked perfectly (including the air conditioning), the bed is big and super comfortable. The size of the bathroom is big enough too and everything inside also worked perfectly. The staff is extremely (!!) nice and helpful! Breakfast in the restaurant below is included in the price. The Kolovare beach is a 25 minutes walk away which was fine with me, but you can use the bus to go most places - the bus stop is super close: one bus ticket costs 10 KN (around 1.4€) in one way or 16 KN (around 2€) in two directions. You can buy a bus ticket at a kiosk or from the bus driver directly. I'd definitely stay there again.
