About this apartment rental
Close to all the White Mountains has to offer, hiking, swimming, skiing, shopping and dining. This newly renovated condo is located in Bartlett, away from the crowds. The first level offers two bedrooms, one a queen and the other a double with bunk beds (maximum top bunk weight is 120lbs) and a full bath with tub and shower. The bedrooms are equipped with tv's and Roku's. There is a small back yard with chairs. Security/wildlife camera outside the front and back door. Upper level is a large open space with a post and beam vaulted ceiling and 16-foot sliding doors that offer seasonal winter views of Attitash and Bear Peak. The condo has a fully stocked kitchen with an island and bar stool seating as well at a 6-person dining table, a leather couch with double recliners positioned in front of a 60" tv with a Roku Stick for streaming and a front and back deck to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening cocktail. All linens/towels/pantry supplies and spices/ paper goods and cleaning products are provided. Just pack your bags and come on up to Bartlett NH! We know you will enjoy your stay!

This property was an excellent base for our trip to the white mountains! The condo was super clean, and had absolutely everything we needed! We were so impressed with how well stocked it was. The property owner responded very quickly and was friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient for everything we wanted to do, and there was plenty of space for the three of us! I hope to be able to stay here again next year!

We felt right at home! The Condo was stocked with everything we needed and had such a welcoming feel! I am a pillow person and the fact that the beds were well stocked with pillows was a huge plus! Right from booking the owner was so quick to reply with questions and so helpful with area tips. We were there for our daughter's birthday and the owner left her cupcakes, and a birthday note. It was so thoughtful and made her feel super special. The location was easy to find and was practically next door to Story Land and an easy drive to Santa's Village. We hope to stay again for our next trip to the area and recommend to anyone traveling to the area!

The property was clean and came with an incredibly well-stocked kitchen. Plenty of plates and cookware and utensils so we didn’t have to go out for every meal, and a big enough island to do prep and a big table for all of us to eat together. The owners are clearly conscientious and thought of everything. The bedrooms were cozy and comfortable. It was perfect for our visit to Story Land and Diana’s Baths and the Conway Scenic Railway. We will keep this in mind for the future and recommend it to friends and family.

We loved our stay at the Bartlett Condo! It had everything we needed and the kitchen was well-stocked for us to cook a few meals. Location is wonderful, close to Jackson and many food options along the way. There were a few bugs (ants and the like) that found their way to the bathroom but that's NH in the summer for you. Communication with the hosts was amazing and helpful. A great stay!

This condo met our needs perfectly. The two bedrooms were perfect for me and my two kids (who shared a room). The kitchen and living room were open and spacious. I appreciated the air conditioning on both floors. The location is just a few minutes from Story Land and also allowed us to easily visit North Conway and Santa's Village in Jefferson. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time staying at this property. Everything was labeled for ease of use and it is tastefully updated and clean. The host had easy to use instructions and helpful hints and was very easy to get in touch with when we had a question. Such a lovely place to stay in the White Mountains!

We stayed with our 4 children (ages 4-11). The property was well cared for, clean and had everything we needed for an easy, enjoyable vacation. We appreciated the stocked kitchen - it had everything we needed and was well organized. The kids loved the game closet and appreciated the night lights. The owner responded immediately when we had questions and followed up to make sure everything worked out. Location is close to ski areas and lots of restaurant options. Don’t hesitate to book this one.

Clean, well equipped condo in our favorite location! We have stayed in many condos in this area and this was as wonderful as any we have rented. Comfortable beds, kitchen has everything you could possibly need, plenty of extra blankets and towels, easy check in and check out processed, etc… We have no complaints, thanks for hosting us!

Our family just stayed here for a long weekend at storyland (mom dad 5 yo 4yo and 2mo). We had absolutely no complaints. Upon walking in the condo smelled so clean and homey which is huge for me. There was everything we could possibly need and more. If we come back to storyland next year this is absolutely where we would stay again. 10/10!

Extremely clean/organized with easy access to everything you would want to do in this area. Traveled with 2 adults and 2 smaller children, bed setup is perfect for a small/ medium family! The place is fully equipped with cleaning products/laundry detergent/everything you need in the kitchen/ Disney+, netflix, +so much more! We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

One thing to note you have to turn on the water heater when you arrive. We missed that note so it just longer in the am to get everyone showered etc.

A perfect home away from home with attentive and thoughtful owners. Every detail is accounted for, from clear instructions to fun extras like a game closet and kid gates/travel crib. We had a great time staying here!! Jeanne was wonderful to deal with and is so thoughtful in how she stocks the house and makes it so easy!! The welcome book was perfect - don’t forget to look at it because you need to turn on the hot water!! She details everything in a really easy-to-read way. Super clean place and comfy beds. Perfect for a family. Close to everything!! We loved it here and will return!

We had a great stay. It was very clean and had all the amenities! Close to everything in a great little wooded area right off the main road. We ended up bringing my 19 month granddaughter and it was a bit tough with the stairway. Would definitely recommend!

Cons:
Only one bathroom and it’s downstairs away from the kitchen/ living room area (mother just had knee surgery so stairs were difficult and two toddlers potty training meant a lot of fighting for bathroom),
Thought it was a house not condo so we could hear neighbors kids etc. Hopefully they didn’t hear our kids (lol)

Stayed at this beautiful home for our family vacation. Close to everything. Home was VERY clean and owners thought of EVERYTHING!!! They stock everything in case you forget something. Had to contact the owner and she answered immediately and helped us.

Our family of 4 comfortably enjoyed our stay at this Condo. The condo is truly "stocked" with all the staples including Tupperware containers, ziplock bags, aluminum foil all the way to coffe,tea, spices & condiments. Traveling with a younger child I appreciated the step stool in the bathroom and the detachable shower head for easy bathing. I was pleasantly surprised that the unit had a washer and dryer. I don't always do laundry on vacation but with younger kids it's great to refresh some clothes or dry off beach towels quickly. It was nice having the 2 decks to go outside and enjoy our morning coffee, however as it didn't bother us, I can see that some people may not appreciate the traffic noise from the main road. You can not see the main road from the deck as it is nicely wooded. My only recommendation for this unit would be to have a free standing panty/cabinet to hold food/snacks. There are no empty cabinets to put the food away that doesn't go into the refrigerator. We put some snacks on top of the fridge and the rest took up most of the kitchen island making it unusable for us. Obviously this won't be an issue for everyone as I know most people on vacation "eat out" a lot.
Our main reason for choosing this condo was for its proximity to many activities (you could walk about 10 minutes to Storyland if you wanted!) We chose to go to Santa's Village on this vacation which is a 50 minute drive from the condo. One of our favorite restaurants, Red Fox Bar and Grille, is just a mile down the road.

Hidden gem that’s a short jaunt to Storyland.
My family really enjoyed our stay at this property due to its close proximity to Storyland and the surrounding towns of North Conway and Jackson.
The property, itself, was in good shape and had plenty of included amenities such as towels, kitchen staples, tv, etc. There's really not much you need to bring except your own food. Even if you forget something, there's a small grocery store not to far away or you can drive a bit further to a well-stocked Hannaford. My only gripe is that you have to take your garbage up the hill to a community dumpster which really isn't terrible but it's just unusual for most folks.
Lastly, the host was very friendly and quick to respond to inquiries if one should happen to have any questions.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay there and I would not hesitate to book their property again, especially in the fall.

We had a great time. The property was exactly as described. very clean, and the kitchen loaded with everything that you will need. The place is half mile from story Land, perfect for my 8 years old and 3 years old who love storyland. Would love to go back.
