Evrything about our stay was fantastic! The cabin is beautifully decorated in exquisite detail. All of the furnishings were top notch. Thabk you for all of the though you have put into creating a wonderful place to stay. We will be back!

My husband and I stayed for a weekend of skiing at Sugarloaf. The cabin is beautiful and immaculate. It had everything that we needed. Sugarloaf is a short drive away. Walking over to the Trails End Steakhouse for dinner and live music was a plus!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful new cabin. It served as our home base for our multiple days of skiing and was the perfect home base for our family to return to at night to relax. Thanks to Jodi for hosting us and being very responsive.

Weekend away for ATV riding. House right on ATV trail. A great restaurant just a hop skip and a jump away. House was fantastic and had everything we needed. Contact with host was immediate and great.

Cabin was beautiful and inside was just as spacious and clean. I did notice a smell the air was stagnant. Really affected myself with allergies and headaches. Lot of traffic for a cabin at the end of the road. Unfortunately the view and access to the water was sadly disappointing. I would not stay here again. When I go back to Maine I hope to stay closer to the coast and be able to enjoy activities such as fishing, and floating on the river without seeing a giant transformer. All in and all we made the best of an expensive trip which was nearly 8 hours. My expectations were unfortunately disappointing even with all the pictures my husband and I saw. We also saw no wildlife no eagles no beavers. Really this was frustrating as my family hadn’t had a vacation this far in over 7 yrs.

The cabin looks like it came out of a fairy tale! Everything was just perfect! The location is very quiet and there is a small dam and river nearby. Cabin is spotless and has everything you need for a perfect stay. Jody was very easy to communicate with, super responsive and nice. There are plenty of hikes, lakes and beautiful nature around the area. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time, especially the trails we got to ride with our side-by-side. I wish the cabin was facing the water and a little closer but other than that it was a lovely trip. I wouldn’t recommend it.

We have a lovely view of the mountains, near a lovely river, with scenic drives, walks right out your front door, a canoe launch too, and Sugarloaf about 20 minutes away.

My family and I absolutely loved this property! We had everything we needed and more. There was plenty of space and no detail was overlooked. The property sits by a dam and is within walking distance to a restaurant which served an amazing dinner. The owner was super nice and check in was a breeze. Thank you for an amazing place to stay! We hope to come back!

My husband and I booked in at the Eustis cabin for a little quiet relaxation before joining our extended family in the area for the holiday weekend. The cabin was comfortable, quiet, and well appointed. The area offers some great restaurants and places to fish and watch wildlife. We enjoyed falling asleee we p to the sound of the river. Wish we could have stayed longer!

You’re expecting a camp but walk into a cozy cabin that’s hard to leave in the morning to go fishing. So warm & softly lit. Lovely neighbors here that offered up kayaks/canoes. The owners of the restaurant are so kind & The menu was impressive! Best ribs we have had in a long time! Perfect spot to explore from, so much good fishing around!

We really enjoyed our stay, Eustis is beautiful. The area was exactly what we were looking for, however this is not a cabin in the woods on the water. We loved sitting by the fire pit and sitting on the front porch. The cabin is clearly new and in great shape. From the description we were envisioning that this cabin was isolated and closer to the water. This however is not the case. There is a restaurant and several other neighbors all the way around the cabin. The cabin is also not on the river and the cabin does not have access for you to sit by the river. You can walk to the river but there is no where to relax by the water. The cabin was clean and I did not feel the need to clean at the start of our stay except for the plates and cutlery. Those we needed to clean before we felt comfortable using them. Please understand this is not a negative review we enjoyed our stay it was just not what we thought it was based off of the description. You do need to buy firewood to use the fire pit. The neighbors were friendly and Biscuit the neighbor’s golden retriever was a such a love.

this cabin was exactly as listed, very clean and nice. Everything worked great, directions for all appliances, TV, and heat. Plenty of towels and bedding.

The cabin was cozy, beautifully decorated, clean, with comfy beds, everything you could ask for. The only reason it was rated 4 and not 5 is because all weekend the water smelled of sulfur. The owners looked into it with the water company but the smell when showering especially was over powering. You could smell it washing your hands and doing dishes but the showers were unpleasant and left us feeling dirty. Aside from the water issue, the location was perfect, the cabin itself was really fantastic. We really enjoyed it.

Very clean new house with stocked kitchen with all the essentials! They have thought of everything to make a property feel like a home! 20 mins to the mountain and walking distance to steakhouse. I would def stay there again!

We were so happy we found this cabin in Eustis, ME. It was in a perfect place and so quiet. Everything was perfect. The area was beautiful and the leaves were peak season. We even saw a moose just sitting in the road. It was so exciting. The cabin had comfortable chairs, couch and beds. Anyone wanting a great vacation come here! God bless you all!!

The premises very clean, although did need to clean refrigerator produce drawer probably missed by cleaners. The excellent decor was pleasantly appropriate. The premises was equipped with all home essentials, ie., spices, cleaning & cooking equipment. Very friendly neighbor who made us feel welcomed. Thought property was more private & closer to water, based on listing. Disappointed by lack of sandy beach on premises & dirt entrance to water (steep, dirt, tree roots & stones) was not conducive for my physically disabled, cane walking, friend.
