About this villa rental
Situated on the starkly beautiful Llŷn Peninsula with the unforgiving Irish Sea to the west and the rugged peaks of Snowdonia National Park to the east, this home offers a family-friendly retreat far removed from your everyday routine.
This charming property will blow you away with awe-inspiring views over the surrounding countryside and sparkling sea views from the upper floor.
An open-plan layout on the ground floor creates a delightfully fluid space that provides a feeling of separation between different areas through clever design and strategically placed pieces of furniture.
Sitting separate from the main living area, you'll find three bedrooms, including one with bunk beds ideal for younger members of the group, with a conveniently located en-suite bedroom nearby so parents can keep an ear out.
Step through the bifold doors and into the beautifully landscaped garden, adorned with railway sleepers, an immaculate lawn, and a large patio perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing on comfortable outdoor furniture.
Upstairs, a spectacular living space boasts soaring vaulted ceilings, a wood burner for cosy nights around the fire, and a balcony with seating to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening G&T looking out over the landscape.
Your privileged position places you just a five-minute walk from Machroes Beach, where a slipway makes for easy access to the water. Elsewhere, the ever-popular Abersoch is five minutes by car, where you'll find sandy beaches facing across Cardigan Bay to the west coast of Wales.
Home truths:
*Access to the home is via a private entrance
*We'd recommend a vehicle to explore the area – there's ample on-site parking and an EV charger available
*The dining table doubles as a laptop-friendly workspace
*There are bedrooms, bathrooms, and a sitting room downstairs, making this home ideal for those with mobility issues
*Make use of the detached garage to store sailing equipment, wetsuits and sports equipment
*An outdoor shower is handy for washing off wetsuits and other beach gear
