About this house rental

Outstanding 5 bedroom house with an additional 3 sets of bunk beds in the amazing “Kid's Zone” that can comfortably sleep 14 people. Perfectly located within a few miles from Margaritaville in Osage Beach. Let's begin with Captain Jack's suite room, named after the owner's grandfather that was a Captain in the Coast Guard way back when. You will even find a few pictures and his wheel hanging in this room. Captain Jack's suite offers a queen bedroom with a full bathroom and flat screen TV, just perfect for grandma and grandpa. The 2nd bedroom is a king suite with a full bathroom and flat screen TV. The 3rd and 4th queen bedrooms on this floor have an amazing view of the lake and their own deck to sit out and relax and enjoy that morning coffee. Bedroom 5 has a twin size over full bunk bed set just right for the little ones. 3 out of the 5 bedrooms are en suite, having an adjoining bathroom!! This floor also offers the laundry area and another full bathroom. Now, let’s go downstairs where you will find a newly remodeled kitchen, dining room and living room and half bath, plus an extra refrigerator in the pantry. There is plenty of room for everyone to hang out! But who wants to hang out inside when you have the fabulous outside space this house has to offer. The back deck is very spacious with lots of room for dining, barbequing and just relaxing. Lots of yard space to bring yard games or just let the kids play. The dock is spectacular with 2 slips for your use. Slip 1 is 12' x 31' and slip 2 is 10' x 20'. The dock has a swim ladder, Lily Pad, and picnic table available for your use as well. This house sits in back of a cove perfect for swimming and relaxing on your raft without worrying about all those boats flying by. This house offers cable TV and Smart TVs to stream on as well. We saved the best for last...let's enter the “KID'S ZONE”, a perfect hangout for the teenagers or just the kids at heart. The “KID'S ZONE” is connected by the front walkway in a building by itself and has a queen sofa sleeper and THREE twin over full bunk beds with additional trundles under each bed. You can sleep 14 out here comfortably and all in beds. This area has a 70” flat screen TV with cable and streaming, an air hockey table, shuffle board table and an old favorite, a Ms. Pac Man machine, and refrigerator for drinks. Don’t worry about parking as we have plenty. You can fit 5-6 cars in the driveway at the house plus right around the corner there is additional parking for 6-7 more vehicles in front of the garage. We have a path from this garage back to the house and it's well-lit at night too. This house sits at the 22 ½ mm on the water, close to Red Head Yacht Club, Margaritaville, and Shorty Pants just to name a few of my favorites. This house has it all for the absolute best family vacation offering something for everyone. Area attractions, restaurants, marinas and nightlife make this perfect choice for you next lake getaway! The kids loved being able to swim in the lake everyday and the kid zone was so awesome! We had a little mishap with an outlet and management was so quick to come out and fix! We all had a great time and made memories to last a lifetime.

There was 17 in our family, from 3 months old to 77. There was room for everyone. The accommodations were very nice and comfortable. The dock was perfect for even the young kids to swim, they loved the Lilly pad! It’s a place I would definitely recommend to friends.

My grandchildren loved their own room above the garage with games and big screen tv. My husband and son-in-law are larger men and they were crowded in the small showers. From the pictures I looked at before we choose this house I did not realize that the kitchen and livingroom were on a lower level than the bedrooms. My husband is a disabled veteran and it was hard for him to go up and down stairs. Glad for bathroom off of livingroom because once he came down he didn't go back up until evening. He only went boating one day with us because of so many steps to dock. He did enjoy sitting on the deck and watching the deer and our neighbors. It was a great house for the rest of my family. They enjoyed having their own bedrooms and bathrooms. We love having a washer and dryer. My grandchildren loved swimming off the deck and my husband enjoyed watching them. Thank you.

This property was perfect for our stay! We had a group of 16 and we never felt crowded, we always had enough seats for everyone whether it was hanging out inside or out on the deck. The dock worked perfectly for our two boats. The “kid zone” was an awesome place for our teen/young adults to enjoy cousin time together!

Booked for the weekend with a group of friends. Property was perfect for our group. Really enjoyed the bunk house / game room. We grilled out and ate on the deck. Dock was perfect for swimming and easy access to the Great restaurants main lake.

We have a family Ozark trip every year and this was our favorite house. The location is close to the grocery and other shopping. It was great to have a boat slip available to use. The teens loved having the bunk/gameroom area. The house is well stocked with towels, blankets and kitchen supplies. We enjoyed spending time on the dock hanging out and on the patio.

The property was very clean and everything we needed was provided. The kids space was amazing and our kids absolutely loved it! Very impressed with how easy the check in and check out process was. The owner was available for questions during our stay. The location is amazing and if we travel back to the Ozarks, we will definitely be staying here again.

After Big Thunder Marine cancelled our reservation, although a contract was signed a whole year earlier under the Lake Ozark Yacht Club .... Four Seasons Property Mgt help us find a place for our family gathering. We were 12 adults and 7 children, so we need a decent size location. They were wonder and reassuring that everything would work out. They worked with me non-stop, as we were only 3 weeks from our date of gathering and for a summer location that is a very short time.
