There is a kingsize bed in the downstairs bedroom with a large wet room on the ground floor, plus a further kingsize bed on the first floor with another bathroom featuring a roll-top bath. Perfect for two couples looking for a breakaway together.
The owners, who live next door, have created a sociable open-plan kitchen and living area, with a 50" Smart TV leading to an enclosed garden with beautiful views across the surrounding fields. Enjoy sitting in the garden and watching the various birds, squirrels and other wildlife that can be seen. Here you are just a 5-minute drive from the village of Felpham with local shops and Italian restaurant and just 10 minutes from the town of Bognor Regis, both with an array of pubs, restaurants and shops. Enjoy the 2.7-mile promenade from Felpham to Aldwick, along the way why not have an ice cream or some fish and chips. During the summer months you can enjoy the promenade train.
Little Cricket’s is perfectly located to enjoy all that the area has to offer, from the Cathedral city of Chichester with its magnificent 11th-century Cathedral, to it’s mainly pedestrianised city centre providing a very safe and pleasant experience for shopping or taking refreshments in one of the arrays of cafés, bars or restaurants that are on offer.
