The house was very nice and clean. We were pretty busy during our brief stay and didn’t have a lot of time to enjoy the house, but I would highly recommend it. There is a very nice deck and a screened in gazebo that we would’ve liked to use. One thing that was
A little misleading was the reference to the home having two bathrooms. The second bathroom does not have a shower (although there was an outside shower. As there were only three of us, the lack of a second indoor shower was not a problem, but with a larger group it might be.

The house is spacious and comfortable, and the outdoor gazebo is lovely, as is the neighborhood. Very well situated in Eastham, close to the beaches and Wellfleet. We have only good things to say about the house.
However, we had an eerie, unsettling experience that explains the one-star rating. A day into our stay, we were having a casual conversation at the house about how we found it odd that there were no lamps on the nightstands by the beds. After a day at the beach with our kids, we returned to find lamps in place by our bed and the bed in our daughters' room. So not only did somebody (presumably from Vacasa) enter the locked house while we were out and place these lamps in areas where we had personal items and valuables like jewelry, etc., but they did so clearly in response to "hearing" our private conversation about what was really a trivial matter in the first place.
We made note of video cameras in front of the house, which seems perfectly reasonable, and on the back deck, aimed at the deck area, which does not seem as reasonable. I can only assume that our conversation about the lamps must have taken place on that back deck. The fact that someone (again, I assume from Vacasa) was actively monitoring that video and audio feed is astonishing to me, and the fact that they would think that this would justify entering the house uninvited is even more incredible.
I regret having to leave this review and gave Vacasa every chance to explain the situation, to no avail.

the house was very clean and well maintained but we were unhappy with the sprinklers going off in the afternoon because they soaked the driveway and back deck. Shouldn't they only go off at night? Also a herbicide was applied to the driveway while we were there and warned that children and pets shouldn't be exposed for 2 hours and we only read this after we walked through it and brought it into the house, other than that it was a great house!

Overall great experience - the gazebo is an added plus.

We enjoyed our stay at this house in Eastham. It was comfortable and clearly well-loved by the family who owns it. We were impressed by the flower and vegetable gardens, and we very much enjoyed sitting on the deck for breakfast each morning. It is set in a quiet, pretty neighborhood and is conveniently located for restaurants and beaches. The only problem we had was with lighting. Neither bedroom had bedside lamps (only overhead lighting, despite bedside outlets), and the living room had no lamps either but only a very bright, white light over the dining room table. My husband and I enjoy reading, and this was a challenge at this house. Otherwise, we were very pleased with our stay.

None of the beds were made up when we arrived. Just sitting in a garbage sack in the bedroom. Needs a spring cleaning. No paper towels or tissues. Great location, quiet neighborhood.

This place was super close to my family's favorite beaches: Coast Guard, Nauset, and Campground on the Bay side. It was very clean, had a well stocked kitchen and comfortable furniture. The screened-in gazebo with a ceiling fan is the PERFECT place to relax with a book and a cocktail.
10/10 would recommend to anyone considering staying here.

Awesome kitchen and deck! Great location - central to everything you could want to get to on Cape Cod. Near great restaurants and both bay and ocean. Only 2 bedrooms for the 6 beds - great for one family.

This was a big enough place for us to be with our 3 young adult children, two of whom brought their boyfriends. So 7 in all one night. All the supplies we needed, and then some, in the kitchen, nice deck, large inside table for eating. The only thing I would add is a few lamps, standing or table, for both the living room and each of the two bedrooms (only overhead lights in each of the bedrooms.) Loved the convenience and cleanliness of the place, though, and would recommend.

Great house with plenty of space. Centrally located on the Cape though only a few local restaurants within 10 minutes, but very close to several great beaches

Lovely home w/ just a few issues
The house was wonderful. However when we arrived the upstairs toilet was clogged and my husband had to take care of it. It wasn’t until the day before we were leaving that they got back to us and it wasn’t issue wasn’t addressed . Also there was so much
Pollen that we couldn’t enjoy the outside deck or Gazebo
