About this house rental
Country views with an ocean breeze just minutes to the historical Arroyo Grande Village, Pismo Beach, Avila Beach, Edna, Downtown San Luis Obispo, Cal Poly and too many wineries and breweries to list as close as 5 minutes away. Also, Paso Robles, Los Olivos & Solvang only a short 45 minute drive & make easy daytrips. This well appointed home has something for everyone. Enjoy a book in one of our many swings, savor a glass of wine or s'mores around the firepit or stargazing in the deck side spa under the dark country sky you are sure to find a spot to rejuvenate. There are also many spaces to enjoy the company of others. The game room is complete with 55" 4K smart TV, bar with mini fridge, regulation pool table, air hockey, foozeball, skee ball and enough games to get everyone involved. The family room's large inviting couch & 72" 4k smart TV is perfect for movie night or a game of charades with the whole gang.
The kitchen with bar and open dining and sitting room that flows well with the back deck with large outdoor table and lots of seating is where everyone ends up. The Deck has awnings that roll in and out for your sun/shade needs over the firepit and seating to keep the fun going. And the side deck is where the BBQ is along with a swing & a couple of chairs to relax or smoke outside.

Getting our two boys and their families together is a challenge. When we do we want everyone to have fun together. This house was perfect for that. Activities and games all ages could do together and age appropriate games when children and adults wanted to break into groups. It is a few minutes to Pismo Beach and the charming town of Arroyo Grande. The hosts are quick to answer any questions and Johnny-on-the-Spot if you need any assistance. We highly recommend this house.

Our family had a great time at this house. It’s big/spacious enough for our family trip with 2 of our fur babies. The game room was the fav for the kids (and the adults) with plenty of games to enjoy. The kitchen had all you need to cook/bake/grill. They had a big dining table for the whole family to enjoy meals together and plenty of family room-like sections to chill/relax/enjoy games. Did I say spacious? I did, but I must say it again, you have plenty of space to escape to if one of the fam members is getting on your last nerve! The backyard was heaven for my furbaby. So much space to run and play, and they had a playground for those who have little kids. Hot tub was a definite plus, it was very clean. The table fire place was great for s’mores! They had plenty of extra pillows, blankets, and towels. They also had food and drink bowls for pets! There’s several grocery stores to choose from in the area and the house is not too far from the beach and shopping/restaurants. The hosts were easy to get a hold of on the app and were very friendly and provider clear instructions. I definitely recommend this place!

This house was clean, spacious, pet and child friendly. Our kids had so much fun with the games, toys, hot tub, and huge backyard. Very well organized and very thoughtful touches around the house for a vacation rental. Would highly recommend.

We loved staying at this home. It was the perfect spot for our family trip. We had three generations and needed lots of rooms and entertainment. The kids loved the gameroom, piano, backyard and big house with lots of room to run and play. The adults loved each having our own bedrooms and the huge family table and stocked kitchen. We had several questions during our stay and the hosts were quick to respond with answers and offers to help. We loved the family room and it was perfect for the superbowl. Would love to stay here again.

This house was perfect for our annual family New Years Eve vacation. We have been doing this trip for 30 years and the kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we have ever rented.. and the game room kept the whole family entertained. The location was great and the terrace with hot tub and fire pit made this a perfect stay. The manager was responsive and we never had to ask for anything. Everything was perfect. We highly recommend this property.

My family of six stayed at the home of Bethany and Steve and it was wonderful!
Their home is perfect for large groups and the floor plan is spacious.
The home is licated on a quiet street and the backyard views are Heavenly.
The rooms are furnished nicely and very clean and well kept.
The kitchen was sticked with everything a cook would need.
We definitely plan to visit this area again and will keep this home in mind as our first choice.

We checked in a little early and we’re delighted with what we saw. With grandkids 5 and 7 they felt like they were in a game arcade! So many toys and games. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The deck, swing, and hammock were big hits. There are 3 large, comfortable sitting areas. The kitchen was efficient and had all spices available. The hot tub was fun for everyone. The adults played pool and the kids played air hockey. We highly recommend this place for families with or without young children. A very nice, quiet neighborhood.

We had such a great time at this home! We came for a sports tournament and had teenagers 15-18 and parents. The kids had a blast with all the games and fun! The kitchen was well stocked! The property is beautiful! We can't wait to stay here again next year!

They thought of everything. Game room was well equipped. My husband won the Nine Ball tourney 😄 The bar was convenient! Board games, lots of toys for the kids.

We had a wedding at our family home and needed more space to house guest. The house had plenty of room and very nice accomidations to stay comfortably. Very easy check in and clear instructions for check out. We thank the owners for all their help and enjoyable stay.

Very beautiful, spacious, comfortable house. It’s like your home away from home with all the extras the host has available at the house (air fryer, beach supplies, toys, and entertainment for all ages; among the many things!). My family and my sister’s family stayed at this house very comfortably. We had kids ranging in ages from infant to18 years old and there was something for everyone and they were all entertained at all times while at the house. We have stayed in many houses from multiple rental sites over the last few years and this house is definitely one of our top three. The host responded promptly and were so kind and thoughtful, they even left the supplies needed to make s’mores and reminded us to use the whole house fan when the weather started to warm up (whole house fan worked very well and no issues with house being to warm). My family and I would highly recommend this home to others. Definitely a great pick you will not regret!

My wife and I were joined by our two sons, their wives, and their kids (two each, so four grandkids) for four days to celebrate my 70th birthday, and it was wonderful. We so enjoyed the house -- it's spacious and well-furnished, comfortable and fun for everyone. With all the different games, toys, TV's, pool table, air hockey, skeeball, etc., the kids were never bored, nor the adults! Also there's a huge backyard to play in, as well as large deck with comfortable chairs, hot tub, and fire pit -- everything you could want, to enjoy a vacation, and we were happy to stay in the house for most of the time. We also did some wine tasting in Edna Valley, enjoyed Avila Beach, and the village (Arroyo Grande), Lots to do all around the area. The location is pleasant and quiet, with an expansive view in the back. The hosts were considerate and communicative. This is one of the best rental homes our family group has ever stayed in, and gave us special memories for a special occasion. Top-notch! We absolutely loved it.

We were in town for my son's wedding and stayed at this lovely home with family. Very roomy, clean, and filled with fun activities!
When we were not busy with wedding festivities, we had time to play pool, enjoy the smores the host left for us, and enjoy the deck with beautiful views.
We did not have time for the spa, but it looked wonderful. We wished we could stay longer just to enjoy the home! We noticed it was well-outfitted for an infant's stay. The kitchen was well-stocked.
You will not be disappointed in this property!!

The house was spacious, and it was perfect for our large group. It had a huge game room with plenty of games to entertain everyone. There was a pool table, air hockey, foosball, board games, and nerf guns...just to name a few. TV's were available in multiple rooms with streaming services.
The amenities were fantastic, down to the smallest details such as providing shampoo, shower gels, cotton balls, cotton swabs and bath salts. The house was organized. Light switches and linen cabinet shelves were labeled to eliminate the guess work.
The kitchen was well stocked and clean. The microwave and refrigerator were spotless. Coffee and tea were available, which was a nice touch. The hosts provided a basket of chocolate, graham crackers and marshmallows so we could make s'mores, which was a hit!
We loved that the house was exceptionally clean. The location is serene with a big backyard, perfect for our dog to run around in. There were even dog poop bags available, which we'd never seen at a rental home.
Beth and Steve were wonderful hosts. They were responsive to our messages and requests. The small and thoughtful details that they add set this charming house apart from other rentals that we've had. We felt at home during our stay. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at this property last weekend. We were there to enjoy our son's graduation from Cal Poly SLO. As most familiar with the area know, hotels, restaurants, and various other services can be difficult to access during big event weekends at the college. House was very roomy w/ 4 bedrooms (3 Q beds & 1 King), 2 separate family/game rooms that included Skee ball, pool & air hockey tables, and foosball. Plus, large kitchen & dining area with every modern convenience. Would definitely plan to reserve this location for a similar event in the future.

OMG where do I begin. We have stayed at a lot of places over the years but, I have to say this one tops them all. It was so inviting and felt like home. The game room was a big hit with the pool table, air hockey table & Foosball table it kept us all entertained. All the bedrooms meant we didn't have to share. Bethany & Steve were awesome they left a gift for our one son who turned 21 and left stuff to make snores for our other son. It was just an amazing time and we can't wait to do it again. So if you want a home away from home this is the place. Thank you Bethany & Steve for letting us enjoy your beautiful home.

The description of the home did not disappoint! We had a blast with the game room, nerf guns, hot tub, the beds were super comfy, there was so much space and the views were amazing! The house had everything plus more that we needed and it felt so homey. The entire house was so clean and is very well taken care of. We all had such a great time! Bethany was friendly, so response, and always pleasant to communicate with. Great spot and definitely worth booking a trip!

This house was absolutely amazing to stay at! Not only were Bethany and Steve incredibly communicative and amazing hosts, but the house exceeded all expectations. There were tons of games to enjoy together, the house was incredibly clean, very comfortable, and the massive backyard was perfect for the two dogs that were staying with us.
Kitty greeting us to the door just added to the incredible positive experience of staying here.
