House was really nice. The only negative was the smell when you opened the door. It was very musty.

This house was perfect. The set-up and decor makes you feel at home. We came for a baseball tournament and it was nice to be able to be so close to the fields and then come back to swim. I would definitely recommend 100% over and over again.

This home met all of our family's needs, and then some! It was clean, organized, and conveniently located. The covered patio and the pool with multiple umbrellas were lifesavers during the summer heat. We stayed in this home for four nights and don't have a single complaint. We plan to visit Surprise again in the future, and will definitely choose this home again!

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property while we enjoyed the 2024 mens college Final Four tournament. The location was perfect, just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of daily lives but close enough to be very convenient. The property was immaculate, comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet and easy to access. We couldn’t have picked a better place if we tried. Just wished that Mother Nature would have cooperated with a little warmer weather so we could have enjoyed the pool. Definitely a 10 on a scale of 1-10.

The house is just as it is presented online. It is very spacious and the floorplan works very well for a family. I was impressed with how clean everything was when we arrived. The neighborhood is very quiet and was convenient to restaurants and shopping. The backyard is an oasis! And the pool was kept clean throughout our stay.It really was a very comfortable stay and we would definitely return.

Comfy home with nice extra features including built in surround sound, lovely backyard and an extra-large great room/kitchen/dining area. Huge primary suite and bath with walk-in shower with grab bars. House is stocked with coffee, teas and a few other essentials including food storage products. This house is really close to neighbors on all sides but they were quiet. Enjoyable house to relax in and I would rent it again.

We loved staying here. The house was clean, fully stocked with so many things. The Keurig was great along with the coffee pods. The neighborhood was quiet. Our favorite was the backyard. The pool is so nice, the lounge chairs are comfy and the backyard is perfect. We are having a home built in Surprise. We will be back. Thank you for sharing your home!

This house was wonderful!!!! Nice kitchen, clean property and the house has a pay it forward policy so condiments, spices, coffee, etc are stocked by previous guests; we did the same. The beer fridge in the garage is stocked by others too! We contributed also to the beer fridge. My only feedback would be to turn the pool heater on during winter months for guests, or leave instructions on how to call someone to turn it on. The pool water was way too cold to use the pool but it would have been nice to be able to! Plenty of towels, linens, etc. Beds comfortable, washer/dryer on site. Just overall a lovely home! I would definitely stay here again!

This beautiful property was absolutely perfect for our family. We were in Surprise to watch our son play college baseball at Surprise Stadium which was a short drive down the road. This home was so clean and cozy to stay in. Everything felt brand new and fresh! The beds were very comfortable and all of the comforts of home were available to us! A well-stocked kitchen, and plenty of space to relax. The neighborhood was beautiful and we felt very safe walking around the area. Check in and check out were a breeze and Chelsea was very quick to respond to our questions. We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

This house matched our expectations. It was a great opportunity for us to spend time with our children and grandchildren. Excellent kitchen and open floor plan. Very large master bedroom with large closet and walk in bath. House had everything we needed. It was nice to have the property manager/owner reached out to ask if you wanted the pool heated prior to arrival.

This house was perfect for our family of 4 but it would great be a great place for a couples getaway or even a larger family. It was very welcoming: open, bright, comfortable, clean and has pretty much everything you need including a high chair if you have a little. Our two little guys had a blast! When we were inside we played with the puzzles, cards, board games, coloring books and enjoyed some family TV time while snuggling with their amazing light weight super soft throw blankets! And of course we swam often! The pool was perfect and so much fun. They had some pool stuff to use as well but bring swimming stuff for your kiddos if they need it. Oh and one big perk for us, the neighborhood was quiet. So when you want a relaxing evening in the pool, you will get that. There are a few playgrounds in the neighborhood for kids to play at and it is a just few minutes from stores making shopping very convenient. Also you're not far from the freeway which is fantastic if you want to check out fun restaurants or even head to the zoo. I have sent this home to so many of our family and friends because it was one of the best places that we have stayed at. We highly recommend it!
