Nice kitchen, comfortable beds, quite
Television did not have some of the main channel and was difficult at times to get programme on
4.2
Very cosy, comfortable and well equipped inside.
Only downside for us was approach to the flat. Dark alleyway with litter didn't create a good first impression but lovely once inside.
4.2
The apartment was amazing.. very clean and tidy.. the bed was so comfortable.
The access to the property was a bit awkward. There were metal steps leading up to the property. Something like a fire escape structure. I didn’t realise this when booking to apartment . I took my 87 year old father with me for a short break . We had to help him up and down the steps which we managed very slowly.

Really lovely apartment - very clean, fresh and airy. Faboulous views across the estuary and all amenities, parking and alternative (to car) transport in easy reach. Would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area. I’ve already recommended it to family and friends.
It’s not that I didn’t like the entrance stairs - I’d just give a warning that they would probably not be ideal for very young children or anyone with mobility difficulties.
4.2
Location was good. Accomodation was good.
Shower / bath room probably needs updating, but suited our needs.
4.2
Really felt like a home for a few days, it had everything we needed with a great view and decorated wonderfully.
That we didn’t book a longer stay!!!
4.2
No breakfast accomadation only. The property was difficult to find,no sign on Station Road. The entrance was down a very narrow passage way that was blocked by 4 bins and 3 reclamation boxes, at the bottom of the passage way was a mud path that was overgrown with brambles and covered with weeds.this lead to a wooden gate. The name was on the wall by the gate and the key box.Through the gate was a nearly vertical iron staircase of 12 steep steps with a handrail on one side only.At the top of the stairs was a small platform
There was NO smoke alarm, the kitchen and bathroom doors could not be closed. There were several kitchen appliances but no information on how to operate them.there was no bathroom near the bedroom, you had to go down 15 steep steps. The TV did not work correctly,it kept sticking and the speech was out of sinc. The owner had his phone on answer machine and he never replied to 5 phone calls or 2 text messages

We loved the views. Picture perfect
No smoke alarms, no little bins in bathroom , bedroom or living room. The stairs to access the property, broken letterbox on the gate. Not a great 1st impression. Once inside the property was a different picture, everything we needed for a great break away. Comfortable and excellent equipment to make our stay a good one. Would recommend and definitely go back for another stay.

Stunning views, comfortable sofa and beds. Excellent location.
There isn't any instruction manuals.
4.2
Quite spacious and nicely furnished. Good location.
4.2
Wonderful views. Excellent restaurants, only a few metres away. Very comfortable flat and spacious for 2 people. We'll equipped. Nice decor.
Metal steps outside, up to the flat. We had difficulty finding it because we thought it was in Conwy, but it's in Deganwy which is over the bridge (which was closed for repairs)
4.2
Apartment spotless and great location. Owner Jonathan very welcoming helpful and accomadating to my self and my daughter. Would definitely recommend
Stairs to apartment sorry
4.2
location great. opposite train station snd bus stops. views lovely over the estuary.
metal stairway leading up to front door, not good if you have mobility issue
4.2
Quiet location over looking estuary, comfy beds and extremely clean. Although I might give things we didn't like, we would go back there. Few doors away excellent Indian Jai Ho and local pub down road, slip road up by traffic lights Castle View pubs, must book for both.
Iron steps going upto flat. TV took 2 days to sort out, no instructions. All leaflets of attractions out of date by upto 3 yrs or more. Situated in Deganwy not Conway as thought. Table lamp in back bedroom at foot of bed, not beside the bed.
4.2
the views
Bad, unlit access, in 2 dark alleyways & up a steep metal fire escape, no parking ( I paid an extra £42 to park on private land opposite), no linen change in a 2 week stay, no iron, the owners clutter filled the sitting room, plug & wires from tv just hanging in space, no heating in bathroom, bath taps disabled, no bath plug, no washing machine (that was advertised).
4.2
beautiful position and views over estuary and castle. convenient location opposite coastal path, station for conwy valley line and Llandudno, and bus stop to conwy , between tea-shop and bistro.
very comfortable, attractively furnished and well-equipped 2-floor apartment with plenty of character. amazing views from living room and front bedroom.
very little!
approached through narrow darkish passage-way with access by metal staircase so need to be reasonably fit. an information pack with instructions for kitchen appliances etc would be useful.
4.2
Very clean and comfortable with a great view of the harbour out of the window.
The shower kept tripping out when we were in it, meaning we had to get out for a trip to the fuse box with soap in our eyes.
4.2
All ok great stay and location.
Be better with a Washer rather than a Dishwasher.
4.2
Superb location, easy to get to lots of places by car and train - station right outside the door! Wonderful views across the Conwy estuary. Very well equipped and comfortable. Good range of appliances and kitchen equipment.
There was no guest information at the property, apart from a few attraction brochures. So, no appliance instructions for the dish washer, the bean to cup coffee machine - which we never used as we hadn't got a clue how to (and this was a real shame as there were tons of beans left for us) - and seemingly no way of getting terrestial TV channels. There was just a firestick and Alexa, no instructions whatsoever for people who are not used to these.
4.2
Very clean and with excellent facilities.
The bathroom door doesn't close fully. The stairs up to the front door are steep so be warned. Parking is on the street - right outside the house is limited to 1 hour, but free parking begins only a few yards down the street.
4.2
it was right opposite the train station so you didn’t really need a car ! trains were really cheap and often -to Llandudno and betswy-coed . lovely walk/ cycle path to deganwy beach then the marina and on to Conwy . lovely quaint flat full of nautical pictures and ornaments full of history . very good binoculars in the window so you could see over to Conwy castle clearly . all home comforts- tv , Alexa, games , solitaire , chess etc, fresh flowers, chocolates and scones . up the road is an Indian restaurant , a Chinese restaurant , a take away and next door is a French restaurant - so you won’t starve !! there’s also a Lidl down the road and a Tesco in driving distance .
it could do with a light in the ginnel as it is very dark at night . we used our phone torches to unlock the gate but would have been lost without them . also it would be no good for anyone bad on their legs as you have to climb up metal steps( a bit like a fire escape - but not as bad) luckily we are ok on our legs so we were fine - although getting suitcases down was a bit tricky
4.2
It feels like home and it’s very comfortable
nothing
4.2
Beautiful view. Spacious extremely well equipped double story flat
The road in front is quite busy and a bit noisy at times.
The shower pressure is too low.
There are some things that need explaining. Would be good to have a manual. We googled and used YouTube videos to figure out how Espresso and microwave worked
4.2
Perfect location; view and comfort.
Would prefer a clearer guide to the TV & the recycling
4.2
Location is great, beds are great, overall apartment is great. Love the sea-themed place and view is incredible.
You enter the apartment through a small walkway between 2 businesses. The end of the walkway is not lighted and could use a cleanup and power wash. Also, towels, once wet had a funky smell to them. Not a big deal though as I assume they just need a good bleaching.
4.2
Beautiful 2 bedroom house, super clean and very comfortable, a real home away from home. Exceeded our expectations
Communications via Booking.com could have been better, this was a fault with the platform not the host. Jonathan our host was excellent.
4.2
once inside it was really nice and comfy, very well equipped and great views
the entrance is appalling the ally was dismal, filthy and stunk of bad food from the restaurant next door, the entrance to the flat is up a very steep what can only be described as a fire escape very dangerous when wet. ( Photo,s should be placed within the add)
there should have been a welcome pack with information on how every thing worked and local transport ect.
The truth about the free parking
4.2
very comfy and clean - great views.
All good.
4.2
Eye for detail. Immaculate amd wonderful welcome. Amazing views and felt home from home
Maybe outdoor steps difficult for those who struggle to lift or carry luggage or mobility
4.2
it was excellent, home from home beautiful furnishings lovely comfortable beds they had thought of everything, from tea coffee milk in fridge tea towels, fresh flowers, we will definitely want this apartment again
everything was perfect
