About this cabin rental

The Lakefront Estate is newly remodeled and includes 3 bedrooms (6 beds), 2 full bathrooms, 2,250 sq. ft indoor living plus 2,000 sq. ft lakefront patio, hot tub, boat dock, fire pit, BBQ, full kitchen, and plenty of space to relax.

The space:
-The Master Bedroom has a King sized bed, full private bathroom, and TV.

-The Queen Bedroom has a Queen sized bed, shared full bathroom with Bunk Bed Room, and TV.

-The Bunk Bed Room has four single sized Bunk beds and shared bathroom with Queen Bedroom.

-The Living Room has a full entertainment center with TV and stereo system, and ample seating and couches to relax.

-The Dining Room has a table to seat eight guests.

-The Wet Bar is located in the corner of the Living Room, as you walk outside to the Lakeview Patio.

-The 2,000sq ft. outdoor patio has a hot tub, BBQ, fire pit, and a private dock on Boulder Bay on Big Bear Lake.

The dock and Boulder Bay currently are 8'+ deep, and is accessable by boat. Two kayaks are available for use on the dock.

Firewood included. TV includes cable TV, dvd, netflix, disney plus etc

This was our 4th summer in Big Bear and is our favorite rental by far! Really appreciated the extra beach towels, smores supplies, fishing gear, and kayaks. Amazing views and incredibly easy access to the water.

The house is very spacious and accommodating. Had our grandchildren there and they had a blast. Having the boat dock for our boat was perfect. I can only say one bummer thing is I wished there was a a couple comfy seats on the patio other than the chairs around the table. The wood Adirondacks have had it and we’re not nice to sit in. Great place to paddle board and kayak from also.

A beautiful cabin right on the lakeside. The host always keeps the place well furnished, clean and warm. We got a little snow on the last day and the host was so kind in accommodating us thru that somewhat heavy storm. You'll have so much fun here with your family or friends. Thanks again Kyle for a wonderful stay.

Great long weekend in beautiful home on Boulder Bay. Beautiful deck with fire pit and jacuzzi . Ducks greeting in am. Across the lake Boulder bay park view. Walking distance to town. House has everything we needed. Would love to come back❤️

Beautiful place for a family stay! Everything real close by, and every detail listed about property is on point. We had a blast catching fish, taking out kayaks, and just watching the stars by fire pit. I am real grateful and thankful for the opportunity to stay here and make new family memories here.

The property was huge, would have fit up to 8 very comfortably and 10 comfortably. There was enough room for the pen we take to hold our dogs when we are out without them so it didn't get in the way. The house was clean and well stocked, the location was excellent, right on the water. Would be happy to stay there again.

Boulder Bay is a great neighborhood. The house was perfect for us! Just 3 old friends taking a vacation and having the best time! We were thrilled with the house AND the outdoor patio. 2 kayaks were supplied and enjoyed! The house was very well equipped! We found every kitchen item we needed. The bathrooms were well stocked. Hot tub was ready for us when we arrived. Cory and Jim met us at the house when we arrived. We didn't have to go to an office in town. Nice and convenient after a long drive. Cory was immediately responsive to a text. We would all stay there again! Thank you Cory!!

The property manager was very responsive and the check in process was well done. Jim checked us in and was awesome. Unfortunately, this property seems to be on the decline. Inside the home there was damage in the ceiling that had been repaired but not completed. The screen door was missing from the main entrance outside and the the view of the bay was blocked by bushes that needed to be trimmed. Quite a bit of the furniture outside was broken and or mismatched and the ramp to the dock was useable but was also broken. We did enjoy using the kayaks, but similarly they weren't in the greatest condition.

The location of the property was the best! My son was able to fish just right off the back dock. There were kayaks for use that my daughter and I took out onto the lake. Located right next to the park for walks with the dog. Close enough to town to grab food and souvenirs but remote enough that town traffic was not an issue. Just be aware that the house can be hot as is typical in Big Bear there are only fans and no AC. The dock walkway was damaged but still useable. Overall would come back because the location is perfect!

This was our second time staying here this year. We loved it so much we had to go back. The property has everything you need to make the most of your time in big bear. The house is super spacious (the pictures do not really emulate how spacious it actually is). The hot tub and awesome fire pit were a wonderful added bonus to the property. But the main attraction is the lakefront with its own dock supplied with 2 kayaks and fishing gear. This place is in a perfect location super close to the marina where you can rent boats and jetskis as well. Corey and his team went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had the best experience possible. Thank you for the stay again and hopefully we will get to go back soon!

When I say that this property is gorgeous that is an understatement. We kayaked everyday, we went in the jacuzzi everyday, we went on walks everyday, and we relaxed everyday! The house had everything you could need. Bring your food and never leave. No need to go into town. If you want to go out to eat there’s a restaurant walking distance “Blanca & Pierre’s” Slept like a baby every night! We will be back!

I have been to Boulder Bay multiple times and always loved the landscape and views. This home was just perfect for us! We had 6 adults and my 2 month old grand-baby as well as our pups. The pictures do not do it justice for how spacious it really is. Plenty of room to spread out, visit, play games, cook, hang out on the gigantic patio and just chill !! All in our group were very happy and made many memories to last. The bay itself is the lowest level that I have ever seen. Several of our party enjoyed kayaking in the bay (didn't even have to get in the car). Short walk to rental and launch into the bay. The birds and ducks were so fun to watch, even got to see a resident Great Blue Heron every day. The stars were beautiful at night and so peaceful. The Boulder Bay park is a 2 min. easy walk from the front door as well as a small store and restaurant. I never got into my car until we left. If exploring the area is your idea, all is in easy drive and such a lovely town. Activities for all tastes. The kitchen has plenty of supplies and storage for all your cooking needs. We did bring our own crock pot. All the beds were comfy and we slept well. The couches were large comfy. The dining table was huge and perfect for family dinners! The tub in the master was not working at the time but I'm sure they are repairing that (just ask if that's a big deal to you) The owner graciously accepts dogs but be aware that there is no enclosed yard. We brought an expandable gate to keep them on the patio and that worked great. Overall, highly recommend this home!! Would stay again.
