About this house rental

Welcome to Beach Walk Bungalow. Enjoy our updated, classic beach bungalow, which is 1/2 mile to the beach, Pacific City, HB Pier, and Main Street. Our downtown HB lot is split in half, holding two 1925 historic bungalows. Beach Walk Bungalow sits toward the back of the property and is entirely enclosed and private. The main entrance is off an alley surrounded by a six-foot-high fence.
Park your vehicle off-street in the designated parking area.
Beyond the entrance gate, you will find sunny and inviting outdoor areas. The front grassy area has a dining table for four, an umbrella, a BBQ, and an outdoor shower for a quick rinse of sandy feet. Around the corner are an outdoor sofa, chairs, and a fire pit table. Note: There are three steps up to the entrance door, as the bungalow sits on a raised foundation.
The bungalow has a full kitchen, a private bedroom, and an ensuite bathroom. The living area has a TV, a work-from-home desk and chair, and a pull-up, comfortable sleeper sofa; this area is open to the kitchen, with everything you need to cook meals. The center island seats four on counter-height stools. The bungalow sleeps four. Please note: The bathroom is ensuite to the bedroom, which means guests using the sofa bed will have to pass through the bedroom to use the bathroom. The bathroom has an interior locking door.

If you have two vehicles or daytime guests, off-street parking is typically available and easy to find unless it is a summer weekend or a local event is happening.

There is a small bungalow behind Beach Walk Bungalow that is rented part-time. This unit's patio abuts the back part of the Beach Walk Bungalow, and six-foot-high fencing, bamboo shades, and outdoor curtains ensure Beach Walk Bungalow Guests' complete privacy. The stackable laundry unit sits in a private breezeway off the alley and is available for guest use.

The cottage was beautiful and well stocked, and the property is maintained very well with nice privacy and good fencing for our 6-month-old puppy. There was also plenty of space for our bikes behind the gate, so we felt secure not even locking them up between bike rides. Alex communicated well throughout the stay, and we loved the proximity to the beach and main street. We will definitely be staying here again!

Nicely kept bungalow in great location. Everything was as advertised. Only issue was that there was a significant amount of dog hair under the bed. There was also dog hair on some of the carpet. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would probably stay again if in the area.

First and foremost Allexis was an exceptional host. Now on to the beach bungalow. Don’t waste your time looking at other properties. Just book this clean 5 star beach bungalow. Absolutely loved the charming quaint and quiet nature of this place. Plus you’re right next to everything. And I mean everything. Beach/restaurants/shopping or any of your desires are within an extremely short walk. You will have no regrets booking here. Just reserve this place, chill and relax.

My family (dog included) had a great time staying at the Bungalow in HB. The property is extremely close to great shops, restaurants and the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked so we were easily able to make meals. The backyard was awesome. Perfect for us to chill out on the patio and some nice, green grass for the dog. We used the fire pit at night and in the mornings w/ a cup of coffee. We had a great time and plan on being back.

The beach cottage is very quaint and exactly as pictured. A 15 minute walk to the beach and Main Street. Close access to PCH if you’re wanting to head to other nearby beaches. The kitchen is very roomy as is the living room area. The outside fire pit, gas grill and eating area is very private. The cottage gets full sun in the yard through late afternoon. This made it nice when we didn’t want to go to the beach. Additional wonderful things about this rental is that there is one parking space for your car, air conditioning, plenty of beach chairs, towels and coolers. It’s a pain in Huntington to find parking so having one space is a huge plus. We stayed here during Fourth of July. There was a ton of fireworks in the area which we thought was awesome. Allexis always got back with me whenever I had a question. I Highly recommend this property if you are staying in Huntington Beach.

We were so happy that we choose this Bungalow......it looks great in the pictures but we think it's even better in person. The property is very clean and well appointed, everything you need is there. The Bungalow is very nicely decorated and very comfortable. We love this place and will return in the future. This was absolutely the cutest, coziest bungalow! My daughter and I were in town for college tours in LA and this was the perfect spot to come back to! The owners have thought of every amenity! The bungalow is perfectly decorated, cozy but plenty of space for us. The location can’t be beat. You can walk everywhere in Huntington Beach and so nice to have a parking spot too! The finishes in the kitchen are amazing! Even the perfect dishes that fit the personality of the bungalow! Now I want gray cabinets at home! We didn’t have great weather but still had the most fun and relaxing stay!

This was a wonderful long weekend in Huntington Beach! The property was so close to everything and still quiet and peaceful! We were able to walk everywhere and the beach is just a 5 min walk away! We had the best time at the Beach Walk Bungalow! Not only was the house exactly as described, with everything we could have possibly needed for our four-night stay, but our host Alex was the best of the best! She was responsive, helpful, and so kind during our stay. I cannot recommend the location enough if you want to be blocks from the beach and Huntington’s fun downtown. Great food, shopping, and sight seeing. All around, a perfect stay!
