I personally feel that it was a waste of good money. Disappointed

Great packages provided with the smart TV. Privacy was excellent. Plenty coffee, tea, creamers provided.

1. Window in bathroom broken, also window in kitchen. 2. Toilet seat not fixed to pan. 3. Toilet brush handle comes off. 4. Wash basin clogged. 5. No soap dishes or toothbrush holders provided. 6. Two towels provided; one was very damp. When the cleaner was approached, she blamed the rain, and was visibly annoyed at my request for the towel to be replaced. She stated that she was working alone, and that the other helper was given off to go to the farm. 7. We encountered cockroaches, ants, lizards & spiders. 8. Gas stove ignitors don't work during loadshedding, and we had no means to light the stove manually. 9. Not even a little table provided to eat meals inside the unit. 10. The bed linen was not changed before check-in; it was all creased and smelly. Fortunately, we carry our own, because I have compromised immune levels. 11. Due to this, we refused to have the cleaner into the unit to clean. We just keep the unit clean ourselves. On Saturday, the cleaner (Zanele) stated to me that she knows why I refused her offer to clean. When I asked her why, she stated that I have no intention to tip her. This upset me, so Yes, I checked out on Sunday without leaving a tip, which was never my intention. 12. The couch provided was never cleaned, it was discoloured and smelly. 13. A iron is provided, but no ironing board. 14. No senior staff/management available for face-to-face communication. 15. There was a foul stench right outside my unit. I complained and it was addressed, but the next day it was back. 16. It was a challenge to carry our luggage up the steep driveway to the unit upstairs. 17. Although the unit looks clean, but the hygiene levels are poor.

Good stay.

The tv and the walk in shower.

The bed was too firm. The walk in shower creates alot of water outside the shower, perhaps a glass window as a recommendation.

Great room with a lovely large bathroom. Enjoyed the double shower and bathtub. Room was well fitted, private and comfortable.

Gillian review

Access was super easy .place was clean and staff was more than helpful. Parking was good and we could see the car from the room. Its like a whole house in one.

The door didn't close properly.

It was wonderful.

The place could use an upgrade with cleanliness and extra cleaning on the windows, putting a bin in the bathroom and rhe small things.

Beautiful location, and nice decor

Muddy areas at the back where vehicles park, means that muddy shoes into the unit. Basin in bathroom was loose. The bed was MOST uncomfortable.

The place was neat and clean. Good value for money.

The TV works off WiFi and the WiFi stopped working on the second nite and then there was no TV for the rest of my stay. This was very disappointing as I spent most of Friday in the room due to bad weather and no TV. My suggestion is to have alternative to Netflix which is DStv.

Will not recommend this guest house

No breakfast

Worst guest experience that I ever had. I Arrived there and already the gate struggled to open. The room that I stayed in is a “new” unit, but completely unfinished. The sliding door had no lock, the very large window in the bathroom did not have a latch where it could be closed, there was also a large piece of the closet that was damaged. The closet door could not even open properly, as the one bed table is right in front of the closet. For 2 days I did not have any hot water in my shower, where the owner just informed me that the neighbour probably used all the hot water for a bath. I approached the owners about the issues, where the response was that they will fix it. Everything was fixed a day later, where everything should have been perfect once I checked in. I attended a function and came home one night, where I had to wait for 10 minutes before the gate opened. The few days that I was there, there was constant construction and constantly people laying around my room, with doors that cannot lock. I checked out 2 days before as this was the worst experience that I have ever encountered and I will not recommend the guest house.

nice location, comfortable, air conditioning was amazing, very spacious

Airconditioning was great for the humidity and heat!

Maybe give the guests some bottled water in the fridge to drink because the tap water is not very nice to drink and maybe think about putting doors on the showers or giving more bathroom rugs cause the shower makes the floor very wet but other than that it was a very nice stay.
