Excellent short break
Position, communication, ease of entry, equipment,, excellent heating. Nice to have some basics e.g. oil, salt etc 2 bathrooms ideal.
Seating in sitting room needs improving as sofa wrong for the smallish room. Need to be aware of steep stairs to top floor

Had a wonderful time staying at Bro Arran, making a perfect base for our steam trains adventure!
Gorgeous cottage right in the middle of the town. Went to ride on little Welsh steam trains all week with brother and dad and it was perfect. Dad has mobility issues, but absolutely fine for him to get up the 1st flight of stairs - then he had everything he needed on that floor. Me and my brother had the 2 beds on top floor. Fantastic in every way. Thank you!
Can't think of anything we didn't like. We put non recycle rubbish in the black wheelie bin out the back - hope that was ok (there was a sign saying green bin??) Like I say, everything was great!

The house is super comfy, with all the facilities someone could need. It is close to the shops.
The wifi was not working well.

Very good
Good communication with the owner. Beautiful (old) house in the middle of the town. Everything was very clean and worked well.
The internet didn't work very good.

Great value stay
Where to start... - Every shop you need for a self catering stay is max 2 mins away. - Unbeknownst to us at the time of booking, there is so many things to do in half hour driving radius, that the one week stay was not enough to see/ experience all of them (mind you, we are into hiking/ tracking/ scenery/ hidden gems). - The house is clean, felt like at home - Rooms are spacious - Beds are super comfortable - Is equipped with everything we needed for a 5 member family - The place is dog friendly - Pubs/ restaurants are obviously dog friendly - Closest hiking trail starts 3 minutes from house and is beautiful
The one and only thing I could think of is the lack of the dedicated parking space. This fact is highlighted on Booking, and before we arrived to stay the owner kindly emailed us a map with locations to safely leave the car, and alternative parking methods.

Highly recommended
it’s entire house in the heart of the authentic Wales village with the stone houses surrounded by all attractions Snowdonia can offer. In the house you have everything what you need for your stay. Even the WiFi speaker. It really feels like at home. The village has nice selection of restaurants, pubs, coffee shop, supermarket as well as local wine merchant (where you can enjoy your wine in a cozy place). We stayed for couple of days with our friends, who’s been visiting from another country and all of us enjoyed it.

Fabulous stay in a lovely village. Brilliant location to explore the local area.
The house was lovely and very well located at the edge of town, within walking distance to everything. There was a busy pub over the road, which we loved. One night it was a little noisy but mainly because we’d left the window open as it was warm. The following night we didn’t hear a thing.

Nice location, near Snowdonia and have a good scenery
Easy to buy food in supermarket, near a pub, shops and nice areas; houses are pretty, quiet and friendly.
