Cute place with big backyard. Liked all the interior decorations and games. Was disappointed people did not follow the no smoking rules inside. It smelled like cigarettes. Was also disappointed that the backyard was not fully fenced without holes. Was afraid to let our dog loose and get out. I did like that we could park in the back and close the gate, made me feel safer. But would have been even more comfortable if it locked from the backyard. Overall appreciate the cleanliness and all the games.

This cute house is the cleanest Vrbo we have ever stayed at. It’s decorated really nice, has comfortable beds and an updated kitchen and bathroom. We loved the back deck. The backyard is all fenced in and great for pets. We will be back!

The house is immaculate and well cared for. The location is conveniently located. You could hear the neighbors but there was no one shouting/partying. My only (very minor) complaint was that the gate didn't close due to what looked like fresh gravel, so my preschooler had to stay closer to me in the yard.

Great place in a quiet neighborhood. Close to everything you would want to do in Bristol. Jerry was super responsive to any questions. The backyard and porch were perfect to relax outside. I now have to get a giant connect four for our house, we had the best time playing.

The property was great our dog Ansel loved hanging out in the backyard enjoying the cool fresh air. The host is awesome very friendly and accommodating. Very convenient to downtown Bristol VA/TN. Would definitely stay there again.

What a fun place to stay. We didn't give it a 5 star because there were only 3-4 of each utensil, plate, coffee cup, drinking glass, etc. Not one plastic cup for us to take something to drink outside if we wanted. The kitchen was not stocked for staying in to cook. If you like dining out, etc. this was a perfect home. If you were to use any of the plates, bowls or utensils in the morning, you'd have to wash them again in the evening. The couch wasn't super comfortable. It felt 'thin' and was definitely not for lounging in. My husband and I literally just sat next to each other, upright. Kind of funny actually. These are minor details. The house is a great location and is well priced for the value. We would recommend it to friends who don't spend any time at the rental properties they rent or dine in.

My husband and I decided to take a trip together for my work without the hassle of hotels check ins eating out. Oh we were surprised this is a jewel that is hidden and no one knows. We enjoyed an hour at the casino so luch fun to get away from work for a bit. Kitchen is so nice and not to mention i lost my husband to the arcade game until 2am. We will be back and my place to stay when working my territory. This is 5 stars nothing missed here.

Enjoyed myself so much! Wish there were more comfy places to sit though. My son and his wife came by and there is only the tiny sofa and a single chair to sit. My DIL sat on one of the barstools and they were solid wood and not very comfortable. The house is so cute. Super clean. Kudos to the artist that painted the mural. Love that! Thanks again for a wonderful stay!!!

We enjoyed it very much. We were a little concerned about the neighborhood, but he has it set up that your all tucked in a fenced yard. It was perfect. Our dog could run and play without any danger. Highly recommend.

This location was so convenient. You are so close to the casino and pretty close to the speedway. The house was clean with a nice fenced in yard. It was perfect for a couples weekend away. The property manager was also super responsive and kind. I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area.

Would give more stars if I was able to actually able to stay on the property. I booked the rental for one night because I needed somewhere for my bridal party to get ready the day of my ceremony. I wasn’t told until the day of my booking (mind you, this is also my wedding day) that the property had somehow been double booked. On top of trying to prepare for my wedding, I had to find a new place for 10 people to go. Not at all what I imagined, I’m not even sure how that happens? I had to contact the owners myself to even find out this happened. They never contacted me until after the fact. Very unfortunate.

The house is adorable. Loved the outside furniture on the back porch where we spent most of our time. Loved the fenced yard for the dog to be off lease. Washer and dryer was nice with a toddler potty training. I enjoyed it close to parks we visited. Keyless entry was nice, I was given the code to get in thru the app, we message thru the app and he responded right away. Wonderful place!! Definitely will stay again!

Easy, quick, and on-point communication. The place was clean, nicely decorated, and fit for purpose. The home is not far from the best of Bristol.The large back yard with a great tree/back porch are a nice feature, as was the video game! (The back yard gate needs an inside latch, esp since you may, like we did, bring a dog and when the wind blew it open he visited the neighbors. Latched it from the outside thereafter. The driveway was a bit of a challenge for a sedan. We hit bottom driving out.) Overall, a good place to stay, and the host is professional and ready for business.

The place is great. They put a lot into remodeling the place and it shows. The owner was quick to respond and very friendly. Our little 10lb dog really loved running around in the fenced in back yard, off his leash! We also checked out the Blackbird Bakery at the owner’s recommendation and we highly agree, it’s great! We give the Hard Rock Bnb 5 stars, would highly recommend!

We were all set to stay at this "casino house," when we got a call from the owner saying that the A/C was being fixed, but he had another property that he could let us stay at for no additional charge. Communication with the owner was friendly, kind, and clear. He put us up in another property you might see on this site, the one that is all black, from the walls to the appliances. They call it "Black Beauty," and it was! We got to relax with a hot tub, a backyard full of games, a beautiful fireplace, and--to all our delight--unlimited Ms. Pac-Man in the hall! I know this isn't a review of the Casino house, but know that if you are a guest of this kind owner, you will be well taken care of in the cleanest of accommodations, and communication will be the BEST from start to finish. Thank you for everything!

This was our first time trying a rental home. It was very cute and had everything we needed. It was just like the pictures. The neighborhood was quiet. The house across the street reminded us of Sandford and Son, lol with all the junk and hubcaps but there were no issues. Easy access to entering the house and plenty of parking. We didn't bring our passwords to the TV apps so we couldn't use the TV except for YouTube. I would recommend this property and Thank you !!

The host was very responsive to our needs and check in was perfect. The house was spotless and its updated decor made it feel brand new. It was nice to have two full queens (instead of 1 queen and 1 sleep sofa.) The ability to park within a fenced area was also really nice and felt private. The only recommendations we would make were to list local TV or online channels from which to find current events before daily excursions and to level the entrance to the driveway. If you enter from the right-most side, there is no issue but we scraped our trailer hitch and bent the electric bracket on our first time into the driveway. We reported to owner and is easily fixable. Just don't want anyone else to find out the way we did. The neighborhood is mostly quiet and it looks like Bristol, VA is working hard to catch up with how updated Bristol, TN appears to be. Highly recommend Bristol Caverns.
