Tutto perfetto!

Struttura nuova, pulita e arredata con gusto. Check in e check out senza problemi. Carmen molto cortese e disponibile. Ci siamo trovati benissimo anche al bar proprio accanto alla struttura, gestita dalla stessa famiglia, con dolci spaziali. Buon lavoro!

Great service a stone’s throw from the archaeological site

The staff (Carmen) was super nice and accommodating. Let us store our luggage after we checked out, and helped us with transportation and food. Really were top-notch service. So close to the archaeological site and the associated train station. Easy walk, and plenty of food options around the corner. Great base for exploring the ruins.

One flat pillow per person. No headboards upstairs, so what pillows you have… you lose.

El personal y lo elevada de la multa por llegar una tarde al check in. Demasiado abusiva la tarifa por llegar tarde. La persona nos cobró 60 euros por esperar una hora.

ポンペイ遺跡入口との直線距離は近い。あくまで直線距離。（直線距離は近いものの、宿泊施設からは坂道を大きく迂回しなければならず、スーツケースを転がしていくには負担となる。）

Carmenさんからの返信を受けて、全部書き直します。 Carmenさんから私たちを誹謗中傷するメッセージは、Carmenさんの人間性を表していると思います。このような内容です。「My dear old and stupid gentlemen and booking, with these photos I want to show you the falsity of your review. As mentioned several times, our taps are correctly marked with the respective colors for hot water and cold water. Having said that, I think you are two false people, I'm tired of still having to explain. I also want to remind you that you asked for check-in from 3pm to 4pm but you showed up two hours late without even notifying me, I waited eliminating my other commitments. I don't seem to have received an apology for this and I don't have to apologize for the lack of hot water because it's absolutely not true.I consider all this closed. I hope to never meet you again.」請求金額が80ユーロであったと主張していますが、間違いなく81ユーロでした。宿泊施設のCarmenさんは、カードを受け取るとすぐにタッチ決済で、支払いをしてしまったため、事前に金額を確認し、PIN入力することはできませんでした。私たちは、不安に思い何度も繰り返しレシートのコピーが欲しいとCarmenさんに訴えたところ、手書きで領収書（嘘の金額は80ユーロ）を面倒くさそうに書きました。事実、81ユーロのクレジットカード会社からの明細があがってきており、その明細を添付します。お湯が出ない問題について。Carmenさんは2階に住んでいるとのことを返信していますが、どこに住んでいようと関係ないです。問題はお湯の位置でシャワーから水しか出なかったときに、すぐに駆けつけられる場所にいたかどうかが重要なのであって、Carmenさんが何処に住んでいるかに意味はありません。 Carmenは写真を見るように言いますが、この写真では分かりませんね。とにかく、シャワーを浴びるため裸でいるわけですからね。最寄りのスタッフに声をかけるのは当たり前の話で、Carmenさんに連絡しなかったことで、私たちが非難される理由はありません。すぐに駆け付けられるのであれば、18時頃チェックインの時、Carmenさんが登場するまで、30分待たされることはありませんからね。私たちが、どのような状況であるか、ほんの少しだけ想像すれば分かるはずなのですがね。とにかく、Carmenさんほ早く請求金額の誤りを認めて、返金してください。 VISAカード本社、またはBooking.comを通じて返金請求をしています。オーナーは、Carmenさんが、このような嘘の返信を続けていることを知っているのでしょうか。もう一つ、クレジットカードが使えないことを伝えるため。電話をかけたと書いていますが、私の電話履歴には残っておりません。電話が通じなければ、Booking.comのメッセージに残すべきです。他の宿泊客（ドイツ語）が2023年12月31日にクレジットカードで支払えず、現金で支払うことになり、このことは誰も知らなかった。ドイツ語原文「「Kartengerät wohl defekt also musste ich Bargeld abholen, jedoch wusste niemand was von der Bezahlung..」私たちが旅行する前からクレジットカード器械の不具合が分かっていたはずです。今まで、さんざん私にメッセージを残しているくせに、この時だけはメッセージに残さないなんて不自然です。おそらく、電話をかけたということも嘘でしょう。他の悪いレビューをしている宿泊客に対する返信と同様に、私にも宿泊施設から嘘の返信がありましたため、ここに書き込みました。

Bonito y cómodo

Aloje solo una noche aquí. Queda muy cerca de la estación de trenes Pompei Scavi, aproximadamente 5 minutos caminando de las excavaciones. Carmen es amable, con disposicion a ayudar y orientar sobre la ciudad.

Se podría mejorar teniendo un menú con las cosas que incluye el desayuno asociado a la estancia. Pedí una cosa en la cafetería donde se sirve el desayuno que no estaba incluído y lo tuve que pagar, no fue costoso pero es algo que podría estar mejor explicado.

Nice place near to the ruins

Very friendly host, nice room and bathroom, comfortable bed, kettle and a small fridge in the room. Very near to the entrance to the ruins and to the railway station.

There was indeed some noise from the passing trains ( not at night) and the highway. It wasn't really disturbing, though.

convenience, a few minutes walk to Pompeii ruins.

The trainline and road are near, it could be noisy. It did not bother us much since we were exhausted every day.

Accommodation in Pompei

Great space, very modern fittings.

Mould in the shower, very disappointing, as very nicely renovated.. Bed very hard. No signage on the street so hard to find. Contact point was in a cafe and not all evening staff friendly (one very rude).

Disappointing experience

LOCATION: The walking distance (10mn) from the ruins of Pompeii entrance which is really a plus. The barman (blond one) which i don't know his name (sorry) was a quite nice guy and always smiling and trying to be understanding. Restaurants: There is a plenty of choices for eating nearby the hotel.

WHAT IS MISSING AND TO IMPROVE TO BE A GREAT HOTEL - LOCATION and NOISE: The hotel is located in the middle of two very busy roads, so on one side you have the entry/exit of the highway, and on the other side of the hotel you have a trunk road, so it is very noisy from 6 am until later at night. Not to mention on top of this, the train is passing by just on the bridge located at 10 meters away from the hotel. Since they cannot change the location of the hotel, the owner should invest/improve in a better sound proofing and also change the doors of the hotel's room, they are not suitable. - The lady in charge of the booking lied to us pretending that there was no free Shuttle to the airport. It was writing on the booking page of booking.com, and this was the reason why we booked their hotel. The worse is that the lady changed the settings of her backoffice (in front of me) from "free" to "paid" airport shuttle, thinking i was a foul not to notice it! Booking.com can confirm this by checking when she made the changes - The breakfast is a joke, only one coffee and one pastry, they even dare to charge me 5€ for an old chocolate cake which was disgusting and almost expired! - The waitress totally don't care of customers, i think she hate her job and she looks very bored to serve clients. She even gave a coffee to my 9yo son pretending that it was a "coffee for kid"??!! Seriously, a coffee for kid?? She even dare to tell us that we were the ones who order it, totally unacceptable! - FAKE REVIEWS: from my experience, I suspect that some positive reviews with high rate out of 9 or 10 , are fakes. Most of them are coming from "customers" from Italy, and i think this is weird. Furthermore, This is totally possible and easy since you can book any room of this hotel on booking.com and choose pay to later directly at the hotel, easy!

Modern conveniences, smart tv, comfortable bed, nice having a separate area in mezzanine for kids bed.

It was not clear that the rooms were out the back of a 24 hour bar, there was no reception area obvious. No view out window (just a concrete wall).

A clean and modern ensuite very close to the ruins.

A very clean and modern room minutes away from the Pompeii Ruins. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was a decent size. Carmen was there to check us in and allowed us to leave our bags early which was a huge help. Breakfast at the cafe/bar on the property was included.

We appreciated the breakfast provided but would have enjoyed it more with fewer smoking patrons and a quieter TV.

Welcoming staff, 5 mins walk to Pompeii entrance, close to restaurants.

Near to the Pompeii scavi entrance. Staff was warm and welcoming.

Heaters were not working. Lack of parking space except roadside parking at a busy road. The breakfast was really simple: coffee and pastries.

Great!

Spacious room on ground floor. Extremely clean. Everything well taken care of. Location is perfect for visiting the Pompeii ruins, a 2 minute walk.

The breakfast (croissant and coffee) tasted great, though was the same every morning. Some more options when you stay multiple nights would be nice.

Great option for visiting ancient Pompeii

A modern, well designed and comfortable room and en-suite toilet/shower room. It was clean and fresh. Their attached cafe is very popular, has great coffee and cakes but outdoor only seating. Only a very short walk to one entrance and an official ticket office for the incredible ancient Pompeii ruins. It proved a great place for my first visit . About 2.5 km from the train station.

For light sleepers, the proximity of the regional train may be an issue but for me it was no concern at all

Excellent choice in Pompei

First class reception from Carmen .A wonderful young lady who was a pleasure to deal with right from the start. Premises were close to train station and Pompei ruins. All in all an excellent choice. Finally Carmen recommended a lovely restaurant La Gare.

Is clean and spacious

They didnt provide anything necessary for us such as mineral water , tea, or coffee. No kettle provided. And not even a cup to drink. When i ask about the kitchen in a common room, they said is only approve to be used for those eho stay for more than 3 days. We just want a hot water to drink. Basically is a room without amenities. Brrakfast very stingy, only provide us to choose 1 croissant and 1 coffee ( 2 euro).

Comfortable stay after a full day of touring the site in Pompeii

The rooms were VERY clean and a nice sized bathroom. it was in a very secure location. I will definitely be staying here on a future visit. Carmen was very professional and a lovely host.

Fantastic location, clean and modern. Great staff!

Perfect location to visit the Pompei ruins. Lovely modern and clean rooms. Easy to find and central to plenty of places to eat. Carmen is a credit to this place. She was so helpful, friendly and accommodating. I would recommend a short stay here especially if you want to be within walking distance to the archeological park.

Unfortunate that it’s right under a train track. The noise didn’t bother us in the evening.
