I really deserved to stay in this elegant loft and it was certainly a treat. I visited Melbourne to visit Heide and NGV so the artworks and elegant artistry of the apartment was an added bonus. Gorgeous tree lined street a block from a lovely local cafe and the parklands and beach or walk a few steps the other way and hop on a tram. And so easy for Mo the puppy who enjoyed easy access outside for his wee walks and was a perfectly good boy the entire time. And I found a doggy day carer just around the corner. Definitely recommended.

What an amazing little find. You can stay in a bland hotel if you like but this place is a true home away from home. Beautiful fire place, eclectic art collection and the location is perfection.

Came to St. Kilda for a triathlon and to be a tourist in Melbourne, generally. I picked this place because of its immediate proximity to the race.
But I would stay there if there were no race and I were not actually needing to be in St. Kilda.
The place is well furnished and feels bigger than its listed size. The high ceilings downstairs were a welcome relief from typical cramped accommodations. Bedroom ceiling is low which is a nature of loft style apartments. But you're on your back up there. Full kitchen came well equipped, and it turned out I bought more than I needed at the grocery store because they already had essentials.
Shower is intensely hot, which I appreciate.
The neighbors were silent.
Place is on two different tram lines - like immediately in front of one of them and just around the corner from the other, making it very easy to get into Melbourne and beyond.
Walking distance to the beach and I don't mean any long walk. We're talking about crossing two streets. An abundance of good restaurants and coffee shops in the immediate vicinity. Easy walk to the sea baths. And surprisingly close to Luna Park.
This triathlete loved it because I was a few pedal strokes away from the 70.3 bike and run course.
Dealing with the owners was the easiest such communication I've ever had.
Again - I would stay there again without hesitation. And I hope to.

Very well located with off street parking and tram virtually across the road
The loft was so homely and just lovely to arrive home to at the end of the day
If anything negative it is the lack of natural light as only a small window at the front but heaps of lamps supplied which added to the ambience at night
We were out all day so this did not bother us
My adult daughter and I had lovely walks along St Kilda foreshore , morning coffees , and restaurants galour , all very close by
Paul the owner even phoned me when I had a booking query
Which was appreciated
Would highly recommend and would stay again
