Great room, friendly staff, recommend minimizing the time spent in bed

Very clean and nicely equipped, and an eye for design was clearly applied to the decor and appliances. Jetted tub was lovely!

The bed was a mixed-bag - the linens were very clean and well laundered, but the mattress itself was extremely firm. This led to a lot of shifting around, and the large, hollow, metal bed platform would make considerable noise with every movement.

Great staff and very clean facility with a shared balcony.

Staff was super friendly and the place was really clean! The room was updated too and we had a fridge with freezer which was great as well as a microwave.

I wish we had asked for a do not disturb sign or for our room not to be serviced because we had our stuff out on the bed, assuming that they wouldn't make the bed and clean but they still did. Next time we will ask for a do not disturb sign but this is a personal preference. On another note, they cleaned the room very well.

Very clean renovated room,comfortable bed,good WIFI.Motel is perfectly located near the beach.Manager and staff are kind and helpful people.

Definitely would stay again! Wish there was a pool.

We had a great xtra long weekend at Royal Crest and will definitely return

Room was very clean and staff was friendly and accommodating. Owner was very nice and helpful with any questions/needs we had and more than happy to make our stay a good one.

Room could use some type of dresser/drawers or closet to put clothes in. Also, there was a stove in our room (although we did not request it) but no pots or pans to cook on it or utensils. Again, not an issue because we didn't request a stove, but it would seem you'd supply some cooking items with a stove in the room.

Excellent Value in Hampton Beach! Recently Renovated!

The location is very close to the beach and all the shops on the main street of Hampton Beach. The room I got was recently renovated, very clean, with new floors and a fresh and vibrant paint job. Additionally, the gentleman on staff was super nice and accommodated me by putting my room right next to my friends'. The rainfall shower head was excellent!

The A/C unit in the room was very loud, so I did not turn it on except for short periods.

We'll be back, but maybe not during a peak weekend.

We booked last minute to stay locally after buying tickets to see a show at the Ballroom. We had stayed here previously, in the offseason and liked our experience. When it's not freezing out, this is a perfect place to stay. The front desk clerk was helpful and accommodating (we had 2 cars and didn't need to find alternative, overnight parking). We enjoyed how spacious the room was, it being centrally located, and how nice and quiet it is even though it's close to some very loud attractions.

The price was a bit steep for a 1-night stay, with no ocean view. We understand that we stayed during the holiday weekend, but even still, the price was extremely high for a 1 room motel.

Very good

The owner was extremely nice gave us a free upgrade to a jacuzzi room for the same price and let us leave are car there all day the next day to walk around even though we only stayed one night i highly recommended this place. Dont let the outside appearance fool you they are renovating slowly due to new Hampshire policies but inside the rooms are beautiful and up to date. Highly recommend to stay here
