المكان جميل ولاكن الموقع لايوجد فيه بنيا تحتيه واتأثرت فيه مع وجود الامطار والفندق كان غرقان والكهربا انطفت والطلوع والخروج عبر الدرج الجانبي للفندق كانت رحله متعبه

Miserable, disappointing & frustrating

Nothing at all, Dubai had flooding rain, so the hotel had no electricity for almost 2 days & the hotel was surrounded with; i checked out on April 17th & was promised by the front desk officials that they will refund me for the value of the remaining 5 nights that i had paid in advance, in addition to releasing AED 1000 being security deposit to cover my extras, and AED 50 that i had paid in cash for using a hotel electric adaptor; nothing of that happened to date; i.e, till April 21st, 2024 & i’m still left with no refunds what so ever; i need your advice regarding a proper course of action to remedy the situation?

So bad experience

The worst experience on this site, it is not five stars, There’s overall mismanagement, yesterday day the pool had more than 100 kids, I think they are coming from the Novotel hotel. Break fast is not good and not as 5 starts standard and Accor 5 starts sites. Room cleaning is coming late around 12.10pm. I will never come back this site. Accor - regional office must take action and implement the SOP otherwise the brand name of Movenpick will be spoiled at all. First night I went to take an open buffet - dinner, I was surprised !very very poor buffet ! Today I want to change the Towel in the pool , they refused !!! By so bad attitude from the worker and his supervisor as well ! So bad communication ways at all ! It is not Movenpick standard at all

Great!

Exquisite hotel. Very beautiful design and the room as well is spacious, large windows, nice bathroom with a bathtub and large shower. Loved the pool area, the entertainment and shisha/food. The cafe was hands down my favourite. I wish I knew the names of all the staff working in the cafe, they were beyond amazing. The cafe was beautiful, I was able to work there with no disruption. Also worked from the business center which was amazing.

Check in was very hectic. There’s always a lot of people in the lobby. Elevators take too long. Also location is far from everything. Paid atleast 70-90 AED to get from A to B with a taxi from this hotel.

Not for couple but for family.

I was in floor 9 and the view was amazing. I didn't try all the facilities but they seem alright and great for family. I loved the activities in T floor so much. The bathtub and the bathroom design was great!

The location is kind of far from Dubai and everywhere else except for JBL. And the shower hot water's pressure is pretty weak. My room and the next room is separated by a door. And I kind of able to hear everything that is happening the next room. The food for room service doesn't taste good. But the vegetable was very fresh.

Ok but there are better places.

The pool.

It was not made clear it was a dry hotel. The breakfast was lacking. My balcony door was locked with no key. I was overcharged on arrival, which had to be sorted out.

1. إزعاج الموسيقى عند حوض السباحة يوصل للغرف، رغم وجودي في الطابق 13 لكن الصوت واصل ومزعج لوقت متأخر من الليل 2. الأسعار غالية شيء ما. نرجو تخفيض الأسعار

The room was big and spacious. We received a free upgrade which we were very grateful for. The staff were friendly and kind. The hotel had free parking for our stay.

الخدمة سيئة جدا حيث تم طلب سرير للاطفال عند تسجيل الدخول للفندق حيث تم تسجيل الدخول في الفجر ولكن تاخر كثيرا احضار سرير الاطفال و ايضا تم طلب ماء شرب وايضا تاخر كثيرا الماء

إقامه ممتعه وجميلة

فندق نظيف جدا ومريح وفخم غرف واسعه وجميلة. لا يوفر الكحول في الغرف هذا يعتبر لي من أفضل الأشياء.

طلبت شقه بغرفتين ولم يتم توفيرها لان حجزي كان غرفتين ولكن كانتا منفصلتين لذلك وددت شقه بغرفتين.

I wasn’t happy as I couldn’t use the spa facilities

The hotel had no alcohol and non of the facilities was working the spa or sauna and limited gym facilities

No services like spa facilities wasn’t working and when telling the staff no one would return back to give you a response

I recommend this hotel with all my heart, it is very beautiful, the location is ok if you have a car to rent, Ismail, the head of the breakfast room, is very kind and nice, very attentive to the needs of the customers. The breakfast was very varied and delicious, the rooms large, airy and spacious with a superb view.

Sensational hotel. Would highly recommend.

From arrival to check out the whole staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Everyone was so nice and respectful. We even got our room upgraded free of charge on arrival!

Impressive 5 star accommodation for a good price

Room is definitely above average in size. Floor to ceiling windows in bathroom are impressive. Clean, brand new furniture and exceptional attention to detail from the staff. Parking is also good for those that have a vehicle. Overall, great value for money for what is being offered. Also good amenities such as swimming pool and gym.

Need more staff and be quicker specially for those who book in advance

The check in is very slow and took my more than 20- 30 min get a room although I have booked online and paid in advance. Only 1 staff always there and walk-in to reservation in Que are many

مكان نظيف والغرفه واسعه ومريحه ومسبح الاطفال الي استمتع فيه الاطفال كثيرا

مواقف ضيقه بنسبه لسيارات العائيله وكانت منطقة الاستقبال لا يوجد تكييف كان حر ووجود تاخير في انهاء اجراءات الدخول بسبب قلت كاونتر انهاء الاجراءات

مكان سيئ جدا كانت الاقامة عبارة عن اتصال بخدمات الغرف علشان يوفرون باقي الاغراض الناقصه وضعوني في غرفة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصه على اساس الحجز الي انا اخذته من بوكينج وانا حجزت غرفة غير ذالك تاكد من الغرفة الي حجزتها قبل تسوي تسجيل دخول لان انا سويت تسجيل دخول وطلبو مبلغ اعلى على اساس الغرفة والضرائب وما ادري ايش قيمة الحجز كانت 550 والضرائب كانت 165 دفعت 970 ايش الزيادات ماتدري اخذتها لان مافيني ادور فندق ثاني غير الازعاج الي بالفندق زحمة غير طبيعية والاستقبال زحمة جداً لانه عبارة عن ثلاث فنادق وتقريباً اربع او خمس كاونترات فقط فندق غير مريح ولا انصح فيه تماماً
