Fantastic location across from Surfside's desirable pedestrian beach area - perfect spot for your group to bask in the sun, build sandcastles and check out the surfers! You'll be sure to enjoy the large deck with plenty of comfortable and sturdy seating designed for sea breezes, sunrises and surf sounds whether sipping that cup of joe in the am or cool cocktail in the evening - cheers!

The Space:
SLEEPING/BATH ARRANGEMENT:
- Primary Bedroom with King bed and en suite full bath (sleeps 2)
- 2nd Bedroom with King bed shared full hall bath (sleeps 2)
- 3rd bedroom with Twin over Full bunk bed and shared full hall bath (sleeps 3)

OTHER FEATURES/AMENITIES: charcoal grill, fire pit, outdoor shower, RO drinking water system, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, central AC, ceiling fans throughout inside, laptop friendly/WiFi, SmartTVs, washer and dryer

Guest Access:
EASY CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: It's easy to stay with us and secure too! Access the home electronically at 4pm on the date of your arrival with your unique lock code that we specifically give only to you via text and email. Your code is live from 4pm on your arrival date until 11am on the date of your departure.

The Neighborhood:
SURFSIDE BEACH:
No touristy chain restaurants, shops or hotels. Just chillin' beach bar and grills, food (and beverage) trucks (like Surfin Rita Daiquiris To-Go), burger joints (like Pier 30 and Beachfront Deck Bar & Grill) and tasty fresh seafood options (like Seahorse Bar & Grill and Red Snapper) line the water. Surfside is your simple relaxing sandy beach, water sporting, surfing, fishing and crabbing vacation destination.

All photos, amenities, calendar, and rates are 100% accurate to the best of our knowledge. We ensure our homes are fully and professionally cleaned after each guest stay guaranteeing your stay is nothing short of spectacular. In addition, all of our homes feature luxury hotel-quality/high thread count on all sheets, bedding, and bath towels. When you rent a 979 VPS home, you'll also receive the 'comforts of home' starter kit of shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, toilet paper and paper towels, dishwasher and clothes washer pods. We want your stay to be as easy as you do, and we make every effort to delight.

DOG-FRIENDLY:
Up to 2 well-behaved dogs considered, subject to approval and a non-refundable pet fee ($125 for 1 dog, extra $75 for 2) per stay.

WIFI/TV SERVICE:
Our properties include WIFI/Internet and TV service for your streaming services. Due to our location (Island living is a whole other way of life), service may be unpredictable or spotty, and repair times can be delayed. While we will do everything we can to ensure these items are in good working order before your arrival, please note, these services may not be as consistent as they are in your area. So grab your favorite people, ditch the electronics, and spend the day at our beautiful beaches!

979 VACATION PROPERTY SERVICES:
All 979 rental home follow local and state tax rules. Reservations may be booked up to 365 days in advance. Please send inquiry and details if your stay is more than a year out as rates and availability may not be updated. Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, $1M liability protection and $10K damage insurance - No Security Deposit Required!

CANCELLATION POLICY:
For any new reservation, you may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. Some exceptions may apply for last-minute reservations.

After that, cancel at least 30 days before your check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment less the booking fee.

Reservations made on 3rd party channels such as Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, etc may be subject to their terms and conditions which may be different than 979's. Please reference the site where you originally reserved your stay.

Property was amazing. Loved the glider rockers. They are on my list to purchase some just like them. This property was a notch above the ones we have rented for the last five years. Nicely maintained and care has obviously been taken to furnish it with items that will last. Would rent again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much!

This is the best spot by far. This is the last morning of our stay. I made a breakfast of eggs, sausage and juice that we ate watching the waves hitting the shore. Sooo relaxing. The place was equipped and clean. The views are spectacular. Spent most of it on the deck just looking at the ships slowly roll in. You can hear the sound of the ocean when you sleep. It was great. Definitely will be coming back. Thank you for sharing this amazing beach cottage with us💛💙💛💙💛💙💛

We arrived for a two week stay. First time experience on the Gulf coast. The beach house was like home on Lake Superior with the international shipping travel and waves enjoyed by surfers in we suits. Grand fun to observe with binoculars from the top deck. Seafood, fruit and veggies spectacular compared to home in MN. Foggy days reminder me of sailing summers in Maine. Loved the total relaxation and weather. Not too hot which made walking the beach wonderful. Small town feel with friendly locals House was nothing short of perfect. Super response from management with any questions we had during the stay. In good hands for sure. Will look to book again. Thank you soooo much

Sometimes pictures are old or embellished to make things look newer or better than they really are but this rental is exactly what was pictured. Very comfortable inside & out. Property manager was very responsive. Great experience. Highly recommended.

This is a very nice house in a wonderful location. We really enjoyed our stay. I have to admit that I miss the personal experience feeling dealing with actual individuals instead of a corporation though!

We were pleasantly impressed with our VRBO home and stay on Surfside Beach. The house was upgraded clean and very comfortable. We loved our beach views and for 6 adults o er 60 it was great. The nicest beach house I have ever visited in this area. I would recommend it to anyone!

The cabin was everything expected. Had a very good experience. The only issue that we incurred was that the bathroom shower never would get hot, so we were all taking luke warm showers.

Beautiful home on the Gulf on the break wall side of Surfside. Pictures were exactly as presented. We enjoyed six weeks and needed nothing. The property is well appointed with all cooking needs. We would choose this property again for a shorter or longer stay!

I loved the location right in the water. The place was very clean, well appointed, and management was very responsive. I could tell the owners put a lot into the house with all the needed appliances and kitchenware. I really appreciated the huge TV and care package with incidentals. Great place and I love love to visit again sometime!

We had a wonderful time being on the beach. We loved sitting on the patio and watching the surfer’s on the waves. The home is clean and updated. The king size beds and linens were so comfortable. We will be back this was an awesome vacation.

This property is very nice and we really enjoyed our stay. Even in August the ocean breeze made sitting on the covered deck enjoyable. Mornings watching the waves and evenings relaxing to the sound of the ocean were lovely. Definitely would stay at this property again

We really enjoyed our stay, spent a lot of time on the porch watching the dolphins play in the waves, pelicans diving for food, and surfers enjoying the waves. Excellent place, highly recommended!

We loved listening to the surf, access to the water, the house was beautiful and clean! We spent most of our time on the front deck, it is magical. We had a lovely time!

Everything was exactly as described & more! We were all so thrilled from the location to the outstanding care of the home’s decor. All we had to do was buy whatever food we needed as everything else was provided. We felt like we’d stepped into our own home. We loved every minute of our stay!
